I didn’t like the kiosk for check in. I didn’t like the no room service after 1pm. All the services has left the casino. They don’t maintain the rooms.

Had to book an extra night. Spoke with the front desk and was told it was incorporated into the rest of my stay, even called to confirm in the morning, was told that I did not need to recheck in or pay anything else. Went to lunch with family, came back was locked out of my room, went to talk to front desk, talked to three different people, to which they were rude and basically were treating me like I lied, so basically causing me to lose money and time away from my family. Didn't want to own up to their mistake. Horrible customer service, don't care about the little guy for sure!

Staff is exceptional and a pleasurable to interact with.
Hotel and casino needs a refreshing..
Resort fees should offer a cup of coffee in the room.

Room smelled like smoke, shower head was coming off and water barely got hot

Broken lamp, trash on the shelf, urine on the floor, and puke in the sink...but at least the toilet paper was folded into a point and the sheets were new. This was incredibly lazy and we will never set foot in the hotel or casino ever again after being faithful customers for years. This may even put us off of Hotels.com if the endorse places that have gotten so trashy.

Service was good from hotel staff, valet, and restaurants.
Wish the room had a coffee or hotwater kettle for making coffee.
benches for smoker was awful from people putting out cigarettes on seats. Need to add ash container next to the benches.

Great place for my husband & I to stay before we got married.
1.5 / 5.0
First there was no shuttle service to hotel and there was supposed to be. Second, no coffee maker or refrigerator in the rooms. And lastly check in was a nightmare with long lines to self check and half of the kiosks not working.

There was no fridge or coffee maker in the room. The service was decent, but came up disappointed a couple of times

If you need a coffee maker microwave or a (fridge-you may rent) Then this is not the hotel for you and your family unless you plan on eating out all the time.

We had a wonderful stay there after watching the Trans-Siberian Orchestra concert! Beautiful view of the strip and very comfortable room!

I paid the amount on Hotels.com, but the balance to pay at the property was much more than posted

Security team is power hungry to say the least. Watched them drag a 65 plus old man out because he brought his dog in with him. I mean took the guy down ( who was being polite and respectful) hard. Another lady got bumped and droppep her drink and they treated her like public enemy #1. Fell asleep in tryck cause it started doing a hour long regen and bout got trespassed from property and cops called. Guys are ridiculous.

We love coming here for the convenience of being around our family when we come to Vegas. Also, the affordable pricing can’t be beat! Finally, every time we come here, we also get some great sleep. Thanks again Orleans!!

We never checked in. The parking was completely full an dozens of other cars were also circling around trying to find a spot. The surrounding streets were also full. We finally gave up and drove 70 miles home to Pahrump. I want a refund.

It was a good experience for a 21st birthday, but the pool kinda sucks. (in my opinion)

This is an older property off the strip. It is very well maintained. An active but not overly crowded casino floor. The room was spacious enough for 2. Very clean on entry and daily cleaning if you want. Comfortable bed, medium firmness. Security to enter guest room area enhances safety. Late magic show Saturday night sold out quickly. Had a great conversation with shoe shine man. In house restaurants were average but adequate. Alder and Birch was excellent though and quiet. Plentiful parking. Easy ingress and egress. It was my first time here but would stay again.

Good as usual but the hot water in the shower took forever to get up temperature.

I’ve stayed at just about every major hotel casino on the strip and a few off-strip. This property, although one of the older properties is still in good shape, is close to the strip and is extremely budget friendly. This is probably my 5th stay there and definitely not my last. It’s a little dated, but comfortable, has all the necessary amenities, free parking (a rarity now days), plenty of food options, etc..

We had a good stay. We didn’t spend much time in the casino but there is plenty to do! We visited Baskin Robins and TGIFridays and also their arcade, bowling alley and movie theater! I was surprised by all the options at this property! The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again

Awesome stay at The Orleans. We had dinner at TGI Friday’s. Not only was the food delicious but our server James was INCREDIBLE! He was polite, friendly and helpful. He saw that we were trying to decide on appetizers so made the suggestion to try a variety off the happy hour menu. He made sure that our drinks were refilled before we even had time to ask. I’d definitely stay again.

Room was clean and has an area for guest's to sit with a perfect sized coffee table. The TV could be larger but gets a win for allowing Netflix and YouTube sign-in ability along with some basic cable channels. The bathroom is adequate sized with an iron/board, hair dryer and room for belongings. The Hot water is off the charts, nearly burned me so be careful and turn on the cold water to keep temperature in check, shower water pressure is decent. The door to the bathroom slides open/closed and this particular door was not lockable, not sure if by design or just broken. The bathroom has a window that opens slightly in the shower which is nice for airing out. The casino is large with a large poker area, has black jack as well. Nice selection of restaurants. If you're a bowler then look no further they have a bowling alley on the second floor! Overall a very nice stay! I would and probably will stay there again. My only critique would be the smoking allowance. Though I did have a non-smoking room.

Having a resort fee that only WiFi is included is a high price to charge. Also coffee machines were taken out of rooms without replacing them. Why remove them before having replacements

The bedding was dirty and the worker gave me an attitude because I wanted clean bedding

Front desk having problems with computer checking me in. Took a long time and a couple tries. I think my guy was new.

It was very difficult to get drinks from the bar if you are not gambling. We were ignored, so I have to rate the service as awful!
