Only 1 shuttle from the airport that serves both Hampton inns so that is slow but over all great service and super friendly.

I was greeted opening my door with a roach crawling on the floor. We stayed 3 days and saw large roaches every day, not palmettos. No hot water from bathroom faucet. Shower head broken, couldn't get it off massage. Otherwise, everything else ok. Restaurants close

The hotel qaa veey clean, smelled fresh . The room was huge and very nice and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast waa clean and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be back.

Convenient location to FLL airport. Room was fine but needed a major update. Shuttle to FLL was nearly messed up since night staff failed to pass that information to morning staff. I only found out i wasnt scheduled when i double checked.

Pool was dirty and closed for a portion of the day Front desk person we had didn’t really speak to us so I would say not friendly at all. One of the other front desk lady seemed very helpful and outgoing. There should be free shuttle to the port It was $20 per person. So $120 to get our party of 6 there. That’s too much.

The property is in a nice locarion. Shopping is in walking distance. Food options are good. The property itself can use some updating. Bed wasn't comfortable, linen looked old and uninviting. I have been staying there since the late 90s so I know what the property use to be like!

The property was in a nice area that was close to various stores and the airport. However, during my stay the water was brown and there were issues with the shower being clogged.

I really enjoyed my stay. We traveled with dogs and all was very accommodating for them as well. There was area around the property available for our dogs to go potty so that was a plus. My only complain was the night shift person at the front desk. We got in to town pretty late. At like 1:30am, and he was just awful. His attitude was nasty, we asked him a question and he acted completely bothered by having to answer it. Asked for our ID's rude AF and the only reason I did not come back with a slick remark was because we were exhausted and I just did not have the energy for it, because otherwise, he had the right one. I won't let his attitude take away from the good parts of our stay. The location was awesome, the property and room was clean. The breakfast had incredible options, and the room was roomy for us all. I will be coming back next time I'm in town.

The stay at Hampton was a very pleasant one, but there was an issue with the city water even though it was deemed safe the water had a yellow color and although they said to run it off the color remained the same, thus was also inclusive of the pool. I was a bit disappointed with the bedding (blankets) that were supplied as some had yellow questionable stains if you know what I mean and some of them were torn. Outside of that the majority of employees were very helpful in accomodating the necessary request made.

The staff were incredibly helpful. The overall facility was clean. However after 15 hours of travel I desperately wanted a shower which was out of soap. Not enough towels for 2 people.

Everything was good about the room but there was definitely cleaning that needed to be done. When I opened the sofa bed, the amount of dirt, crumbs and just overall filth was disgusting. Had to change the sheets myself in order to sleep there

This property is close to just about everything which is great for those not super confident driving in the US. Lots of grocery stores, restaurants, clothing stores around. The staff are super friendly and hotel is very clean! This was my honeymoon trip but I'll be back for family vacation!

Over all dissapointing because my room had fleas and bit me at the sofa and kitchen table. The so called kitchen was lacking a can opener, cutting board, frying pan, a cutting knife, the windows were dirty, no dish kiquid and no sponge. When I complained at front dest they told me I could go but at dollar store, how insulting. I rented the suite for 4 days I expected better... the breakfast crew were very nice, a few of the cleaning ladies were very nice also. Security is lacking I felt scared walking the hallways especially at nite. This location needs work. IT NEXT TO AN ABANDONDED HOTEL THE HAD SOME HOMELESS AND SUSPECIOUS PEOPLE. I will never go there again
