Well, overall was average, clean...but old and a bit worn down. 1). No entry light inside and the room numbers in the outside were very hard to.read, especially at night. 2). Bathroom had no washclothes. Hand towels are not washcloths. 3). It was very cool outside and we arrived back to our hotel, after dinner, very late. The heat and air in the room was quite old. We turned the heat on for just a bit to take the chill off, and it smelled like it was on fire...so we shut it off completely. At least we had a warm comforter. 4). Dont be fooled by "free" breakfast....it was just bread, bagels, juice, cereal and coffee....nothing warm or cooked-no eggs, or waffle maker. So we just left. 5). The pool and hot tub were closed, as well. 6). I was close to where we needed to go, but also very close to the freeway. Staff was minimal.

The reception staff were kind and friendly. The room was comfortable. The rooms encircled an exceptionally beautiful, manicured lawn with trees and a few fire pits with comfortable seating. There is a room next to the pool with an above-average continental breakfast. This was a great stay. I would definitely return again in the future.

The hotel has a ver nice patio thats in the middle of this courtyard. Our rooms were not there but farther out across this broken parking lot that seemed like it was abandoned and dark. That section is definitely not advertised in their pics for obvious reasons. The room's bathroom was set up weird, looks like this room was something else before they turned it into a room. Pool and jacuzzi were both closed. Washer was leaking water everywhere. We needed coins to use itand spent awhile finding someone. ICE machine was not working also. Overall was not up to par with expectations.

The grounds were quite nice, and my room was serviceable, comfortable, and clean. It took 30 minutes for the shower to warm up, the coffee was horrible, and the entrance to the room felt unsafe.

Property is very aged, but they do a good job to present it as best they can. I had room in back during this stay and apartment next door had a party that lasted until about midnight. My stay in 2023 was in one of the courtyard units which was much better.

Warning: This place is very noisy because it is next to a major freeway and there is little to no soundproofing at least in the room I stayed in. On top of that the room was dirty and worn. Couldn’t do it and left early. At least they understood and didn’t charge extra.

The rooms were just as the pictures represented them. Close to highway but very quiet. Property could have been a Little bit tidier and updated upon the closure of the pool through Expedia. Would stay here again but would call directly to see if pool & hot tub accessable.

Don’t let the pretty pictures deceive you. The hotel is extremely outdated. It is definitely not worth the $215 a night my husband and I paid. The pool looks pretty in the property pictures but it is out of service and it has been for the last 5 weeks but they fail to mention that on their website. The rooms are old, outdated and you can tell that they haven’t been repaired or painted in a long time. The bathroom has cracks, the lamps are old and rusty definitely not what you expect for the price we paid per night. The air conditioner didn’t stay on, it kept turning off. It’s really a shame that the property is not up kept it has the potential, but someone clearly doesn’t care to maintain the facilities. If you can stay somewhere else I would recommend you do so.

The pool and hot tub were not working. When we got there he recommended we not stay since they already had guests leave. So we didn’t stay and they still tried to bill my card 7 times. Don’t stay here.

The motel is next to a busy freeway but the rooms are behind the main building so it’s not too loud. The first room they gave us was in the back row, far away from the lovely grassy area with the trees and pool and such. We were behind two large shipping containers in the parking lot! Items in the room were falling apart. I asked to be moved and they agreed. In the second (better) room, someone with a key came in a was surprised to see us there in bed. Once we moved our stay was much better.

Came down for the night to attend a friends birthday party. Great room with access to the garden area and pool. Live music going in the garden area, nice! Unfortunately the pool was closed.

The pool was closed and we didn’t get a notification until we checked it. The main reason why we Chose this place bc the look looked nice to use. Instead we just admired it from our rooms. The grounds had a beautiful gardens and well maintained and parking was easy to use.

the property did not pass permitting required to have the pool opened. We were moved to a back building far away from the main hotel court yard area. If management would have compensated guests for the lack of amenities by offering a meal at their restaurant or some sort of upgrade we could have easily overlooked the lack of preparation on their part.

My room was located just across from the swimming pool area which was nice with large grass area , benches, patio tables with chairs, hammocks and fire pits. I did not like the parking areas, they did not look safe, and lots of big pot holes. My room had a front and back door, the parking was outside the back door , did not look safe. We were in Navato for a wedding and the bathrooms are so small you can’t get ready for a wedding in there plus the lighting in the room was dark. Would not recommend if you’re booking a room to attend a wedding. The beds were ok. The rooms need repainting and the outside door and light fixtures need de webbing.

The front of the hotel looked very inviting and nice even in the lobby. The court yard was the most amazing place to be, everything you can think of to do and beautiful. To approach your entrance door from the parking lot in the back area is not very appealing. Once in the room there is nice modern furniture but old bedding and very dirty crevices. Smells of old water in the bathroom and some little spiders and gnats in the room.

It was clean, that’s about all that I can say. Other than that it left a lot to be desired. On check in, the front desk girl spoke so softly she was barely understandable. I busted my leg open on the homemade looking bed frame. The shower had no pressure. Bathroom was terrible design, I don’t know how anyone under 5’5 would use the mirror in the bathroom. For some reason there were squares of scotch tape all over the ceiling of our room. For the price, we expected better.

Although we had a "garden view" room (and a very nice garden it was) the road noise from Hwy 101 was not blocked by the reception and restaurant in front. The noise kept me awake that night. The room was clean but clearly very old. The pool and jacuzzi looked very nice with the garden but were not open.

I checked in ahead of time and gave all my information phone number, email and drivers license and then when I got to the front desk, I had to do it all over again. What a waste of time. The guy at the desk was certainly in no hurry to be helpful. Just took his sweet. Time

I like the communal garden space. Very comfy to sit out in the evening with fellow travelers. I wish that the parking areas around the property were freshly paved. Rooms are comfy and clean.
