We love this hotel. We have stayed here many times. It is so easy to get on & off freeway. Central to SLC as well as Provo. Always friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms, great breakfast, overall cozy atmosphere. Love the pool. Our only disappointment was a flat tire on our car when we were ready to check-out. Because it was Sunday morning in Utah, it was hard to find help. Hotel manager, Mike, came to our rescue. Drove us to O' Reilleys for a portable tire pump, inflated the tire himself, then referred us to Victors Tires, the only store open in Lehi. He called ahead for an appointment and we were shortly on our way. Mike refused any compensation. Ten stars for Manager Mike and the Best Western Timpanogas Inn !!

The staff was great and bed comfortable but the elevator doors didn’t alway open without hitting the door open button. The water pressure was weak and the tub didn’t drain properly. My room door was ajar when i first got to it which was a little concerning.

2 adults and 2 kids, the staff was super friendly. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast food. It was good no complaints. Conveniently located by the highway and gas stations, close to multiple restutants. Overall a great place to stay for an affordable price.

Convenient to I-15. Breakfast was your typical bfast. Coffee was hot! Exercise room a plus! Bed was comfy, also a plus. Didn't use Jacuzzi or Pool.

Our room had a bad smell. Dried blood on the shower curtain. They moved us to a different room and it smelled okay, not great. Then noticed dried blood on the wall in the bathroom.

This was a satisfactory stay for a Best Western. Clean and tidy. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. My only complaint was that our room had a faint but unquestionable smell of marijuana. I'm sure that is out of the ordinary. The breakfast was pretty good. For a basic overnight stay, it was great.

We were treated kindly throughout. Very clean. Quiet! Breakfast was very good. The lady overseeing breakfast was prompt and kept everything very clean. This was a last minute booking and I worried but was pleasantly surprised how good it was.

Very quiet and convenient to freeway without the noise. Everything first class especially the breakfast. Probably the best breakfast we've ever experienced in a "free" hotel offer including Hampton Inns which is always good. Kudos to the lady in the kitchen. What else can be said? Just a great place to stay.

Location Location Location and service and cleaniness. Comfortable sleep! We had a 2 queen beds for the two of us (husband wife ) stopover from Grand Teton. Best of Best Western continental breakfast with lots of choices - 4 types of waffles. Milk vs almond milk, sausages and hasbrowns And scrambled eggs. The free breakfest was great! I used pool and gym in morning. Very clean. Wish pool was open earlier. Why 10am opening? I was up by 7am as are most travelers.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had nice options. The only thing we dislike was that pool was too cold and nobody was enjoying it, everything's went to the hot tub. That made the hot tub a bit crowded.

We checked in and the clerk was very friendly. Due to a medical condition, we had reserved an accessible room. When we entered the room, we found that it was infested with ants. They were everywhere, furniture, walls, and floor. When we returned to the desk to ask for another room, the clerk just came to the accessible room and sprayed insecticide everywhere. We were told that this was the only room available with accessible features. We had no choice but to locate to a regular room. This made it very uncomfortable for us. We were not given any other options. We were not offered a refund so we could find another hotel. We were not offered a discount. Overall, the clerks were friendly, but lacked empathy and did not have our best interests at heart. They should have offered better options than just "this is all we have, take it or leave it". On our next trip, we will be staying elsewhere.

Great value. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were spacious. The bathroom is pretty small so if you have assistive devices get the room for accommodations. Water pressure isn't great. I was satisfied.

The full breakfast was very good. The hotel itself is in need of some updating. Our room furniture was quite banged up and the shower grout was stained. The door handle to the bathroom was coming apart. For toiletries we were given two conditioners, no shampoo and it looked like the conditioners had already been used. This hotel is right next to the freeway and traffic noise was a bit of an issue.

The shower/bathroom is very small and difficult to maneuver in unless you’re fairly small and the shower pressure isn’t great. The a/c made odd clicking noises so we had to switch to the fan at 2am didn’t sleep well. The pool was a positive and it was fairly quiet for an older establishment.
