Basic room that was clean and was great for 1 or 2 nights. Room was fine not great but was clean and roomy. Breakfast was pretty standard hotel style with eggs / sausage / pancakes, assorted juices, yogurt, cereals and so on. It was hot, plentiful and area kept very clean.

The hotel check-in was easy and quick. My room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and well as an amazing staff. My overall stay was excellent and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. 👍👍

It's conveniently located close to everything on 280. It is a bit behind some things but that helps with less road noise. I can see that its been renovated but the renovations look like some random dad completed them. The floors don't always go all the way to the walls. The caulking is very sloppy where they tried to seal things. The wall A/C unit had a sizable gap between it and the wall. I could see through it from across the room. The room was tidy, but not clean. The floors made my white socks black on the bottoms. There were rings on surfaces from cups, etc. The door doesn't meet the floor so you can hear everything in the hallway. I had a hard time sleeping because I could hear every door close, every person walking down the hallway, etc. Every time someone knocked on a door I walked to my door because it sounded like my door. I was alone so I didn't complain to anyone, I was able to stay the week without issue. Had I been with family, no way I would have stayed the week. Wifi was roughly 5MB. My ATT phone on 5G was getting 600MB so I just used the hotspot on my phone to work remotely. Cost was good, but if given a choice I would stay somewhere else. Front desk staff was friendly and quick.

We had to stop in Birmingham for a brief visit to traffic. Relocated this hotel in the Hotels.com app. The staff friendly is very helpful and considering we were driving very large. Breakfast the next morning was excellent! Thank you for a wonderful day!

The property was good - however the booking process was terrible. We searched for a specific location ahead of us, and had to backtrack quite a distance to get to this location. We felt scammed - we lost a lot of time and miles.

I wish I could say the problems were only with the room. As soon as I got there I was greeted with a double charge for the room I already booked. Luckily Hotels customer service sorted out the situation for me and I was refunded the second room charge (I was also charged deposit which was refunded as well) The room was overall very dirty. Chairs had stuff smeared all over them. Walls were beat to hell. Covers stained all over. I get it, this is a budget chain hotel but a little cleaning effort really goes a long way when it comes to a place for guests to stay. Invest in your property and you will see a difference in reviews.

You get what you pay for. It's older and could do with an update and good deep clean. It's a quiet property, bed was comfortable, and staff were friendly. The room was a bit dirty and my room reaked of marijuana. There were dog paw prints on one bed spread, water stains on the ceiling, and very questionable reddish brown streaks on the bathroom wall.

Friendly staff, rooms were nice and clean. Main downfall was the walls are supper thin. You could hear everything in the hallways and in other rooms. Other than that it was a nice short stay!

Worst hotel I have ever seen or had the displeasure of dealing with. Even though we slept in our vehicle due to the uncleanliness of the entire property, they refused to refund any of the funds. If I could give a zero star review I would. The drunk handicapped lady in a wheelchair out front was a great and fitting addition

It is a basic, clean hotel. We were visiting my mother-in-law at Grandview Hospital and it was very convenient to the hospital. No frills but cheap and clean.

First, check-in the receptionist was rude upon check in and ignored me upon check in due to being on personal phone. The hotel was hot due to working on the AC unit throughout the hotel. The halls and elevator was dirty. The room it self was dirty upon entering. The floors needed mopping and sweeping. Hair was everywhere. The doors don't close completely unless slammed. The bed had stains and bed bugs. Nothing in the room was clean. I personally had to clean my own room. The frig in the room didn't work as well. The tv didn't work as well. Not adequate parking. Breakfast in the hotel was horrible. Not enough for all guest or enough of a variety. This hotel needs to seriously upgrade

Overall this location is very budget friendly. I was also impressed by the complimentary hot breakfast La Quinta provided. The property is in a quiet area conveniently located a short drive from places to visit, shop and eat. A trip to Walmart is commonplace on most vacations I've been on in my life. I was pleased to find out this property is 3 minutes away from a Walmart Supercenter. And if shopping is your thing, The Summit is also within a 3 minutes drive. There you will find name brand stores, restaurants and an AMC Movie Theater. I would suggest this to anyone visiting the area with a limited budget. I definitely plan to stay there again.

Stayed in room 211 and the bed comforter was stained, pillows were stained, but it was just an overnight stay so we didn’t make too much of a fuss. Overall it was a decent stay.

Room is very modern, looks like recently updated. Very clean room. Love that the floors are not carpeted. Comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again.
