Clean room, comfy bed, working tv, clean bathroom. What’s not to like?

When I checked in everything went well or so I thought. I go to my room, it was a ground floor room so the first thing I check is to make sure window is locked. I pulled the window and it opens up so I try to lock it but the lock does not work. I went back to the desk and spoke to the guy who checked me in and he said he would call maintenance to see if they can fix it or he can move me to another room but it won’t be on the ground floor. He said he would call maintenance so I went back to room and waited about an hour and no one came, so I went to the desk and some other man was there working now. I explained to him the situation and he said that maintenance and the previous desk person had all gone home for the day. He was very apologetic and I could tell he felt bad about the situation and he said he could moved me to another room (what other choice did I have) and it was on the 3rd floor. The room was very nice. I was very tired because I had driven 10 hours because my Mother is ill and was in the ICU at the hospital. It is not the first time I’ve had an issue with the clerk. I always stay at this Hotel and is my favorite ( in my hometown where I was born and raised) but sometimes I have to travel alone and have to be safe, not sleep in a room where the window does not lock and the clerk does not take care of business before going home. The rest of my stay was very unsettling and stressful.

Little hidden, but I was able to get my truck and trailer to it, with parking lot next to it behind some restaurants. The hotel was great comfortable and quiet, could use some painting.

My first experience with the front desk when I called the day before my arrival was wonderful. The man was helpful, pleasant, and kind. Upon our arrival, however, the staff did not greet, was inattentive, and when someone did eventually help us, the person was barely audible. I had to ask him to repeat himself on anything he said. The bathtub was not clean enough for us to want to shower. Overall the property is quite worn and can use a facelift. Not one of our better hotel stays.

Bad neighborhood. Groups of men hanging around outside. Also appeared to be Prostitution activity. One guest was pulling two aggressive Pit bulls around in a wagon. There was an argument and shoving match in the breakfast room. Hotel was overall dirty and any attempts to upgrade were obviously done by the lowest bidder. If I had children with me, I would have slept in the car. I honestly have no idea how they earned an 8.2 on Hotels.com.

When I first arrived I was expecting to queen beds and it has 2 full size and that goes for all of the double bed room just and fyi.. anyway when I entered the room the blankets had light yellow stains and one of the planks from the floor was coming up. There were also stains on the walls. The front desk receptionist was so kind and moved me to one of their suits that was not 100 times better but we managed. I just want to thank the sweet girl that helped me that morning of Saturday and the other sweet girl on Sunday!! They deserve a raise just for their customer service skills.

Not too clean. There was hair in my bed sheets and bathroom. Was expecting to ask for a connecting room but when I arrived I was told those have been discontinued since Covid. But website still reads that there are connecting rooms and clerk was aware.

My husband and my 2 year old stood here for 2 nights, the beds are super Hard and uncomfortable (gave us a back ache) floor in room was lifting the vent is restroom was falling (226) on are last morning I went down for breakfast walking in at 8:57am everything was pretty much picked up if it wasn’t the cream cheese for bagel it was the bowl for cereal. I was toasting my bagel and no cream cheese when I asked the young lady for cream cheese she replied “I restock tomorrow morning “ I asked her for a yogurt for my 2 years old and got the same answer “I restock tomorrow”I was told breakfast hrs were till 9am another mom was also there trying to get cereal for her kids, the milk and cereal were out but staff took the bowl when that mom asked for a bowl staff answered the same “ I restock tomorrow” it was NOT 9am when we walked in and how hard was it for her to hand a bowl and a prepackaged yogurt? I left with just a cup of coffee when I let front desk know what had happened she stated .. “ oh ya we stop serving at 9am again I walked in before 9am. It’s fine she wants to be out at 9am then you should say breakfast served till 8:30-8:45 this way your Staff is out on time.

Maybe it was the room that was given to us but it did not match what was marketed on the website. It was not updated and more than just dirty. The pillows on one of the beds were literally yellow and the mattress box had black questionable stains. I chose not to take pictures because i won't be staying here again.

The sofa chair in the room was filthy. Like visibly dirty and the bathroom walls were dirty with spilled soda or something spilled down them. Other than that the room was comfortable and the AC worked well.

This property was disgustingly filthy. The phone was a vile shade of smoker’s yellow. The room AC barely worked, the chair was had dark stains, and the bathroom floor had soft spots. The pillowed were unusable they were so lumpy. Seeing how the staff cared for I didn’t feel it was safe to eat the breakfast. I’ll never stay at this facility again
