A clean enough place to lay your head after a Vandal football game. Location is great. Room phone didn’t work to check out and I don’t think the registration desk person cared when I mentioned it.

Lobby was dirty and staff was more interested in their phone than anything else. Hallways were not clean, room was not cleaned well. Not going back next time I’m in town.

Not many options in the area but this would be your last resort! Our room had the worst smell! I can’t describe it! I think may there was a dead animal in the pipes! We had the window open and bought air fresheners - the smell never went away! The whole place needs a compete update! Only plus is it’s across the street to the University, good location. Wouldn’t recommend especially at close to $400 a night!!

The staff was super nice. Best price in Moscow at the time. They offer breakfast which is always a win when travelling.
Accommodations are a little older, but was just fine for visiting my college kid.

Extremely upcharged due to parents weekend requiring prepayment and no option to cancel. The room was atrocious. There were only 3 pillows for double occupancy. There was a large clump of hair stuck to the shower wall, there was food on the microwave, and there was what looked like a dried blood stain on the blanket. Spoke to front desk, they told me they would take care of it. Only changed the blanket. Room wasnt serviced during my stay even though I put the please service sign on door. They make you prepay because they know you are stuck once you get there. We left a night early because it was so disgusting, we just took a loss due to no cancelation. If this is your last option in Moscow/Pullman area, do yourself a favor and make the drive and book in Lewiston.

I stayed four nights while visiting my daughter, a student at University of Idaho. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was always available, helpful and friendly whenever I needed them. Location very convenient, right across from campus entrance.

We were overall not happy with this property

Our keys would not work after 1 use. Our shower was clogged. But staff did a great job fixing the issues. Breakfast was not super great

After reading all the reviews, I was very skeptical. We even brought our own sheets, just in case. But we were pleasantly surprised that the room was very clean, everything smelled freshly laundered. A few things I would definitely improve on were showerheads as they are very outdated and not controllable, the cleaning of the bathroom itself, specifically the Upper corners of the wall/ceiling. The hand towel had some stains, but everything else was clean. The breakfast was minimal at best, and I wish there had been more protein, choices or oatmeal. But the kids loved making their own waffles!

Old and tired.

Right after getting to our room we noticed our sink did not drain. They replaced parts while we were out. Starting about 11:30 there was someone hammering, banging and slamming things in the room directly above us for 2 hours!!!!!! And the window to did not lock. This was a ground floor unit with a window to the back parking lot. Anyone could have easily broke in. The breakfast was nothing fancy cold cereal, hard boiled eggs, the juice machine and water did not work. Not what I expected for paying $290. I should have complained more but was so furious and tired we just packed up and left first thing in the morning.

The hotel was old and not well kept. We had to call the front desk to get helo with the tv twice in two days as it would not work.
The "breakfast" was sub-par at best. Just a waffle iron, dry baked good and a juice machine that was mixed wrong.
There was an overwhelming smell of cleaning priducts throught the hotel that was completely offensive to the nose.
We stayed 2 nights and had 2 towels for the whole weekend. Also, we reserved a King room and received a queen bed; at best. The off leash dog area was not acceptable. It was on a hill, full of dead grass and stickers. There were no bags to clean up after your pet hence the reason it was covered in old dog poo.
I would not recommend this hotel to family or friends.

TV didn't work well -we had to reset the Direct TV box both times we turned it on.
Would be nice to have protein included in the breakfast options.

This was a very outdated and run down property. Smelled like cigarette smoke despite being non-smoking. Sheets and towels were like tissue paper. This might all be somewhat tolerable were it not for the price - very expensive.

Super close to everything.

Old hotel, breakfast was the worse we've ever had at a hotel. Our room smelled like a wet dog. Paid $330.00 a night for this
Ridiculous. Won't go back.

The employee that checked us in was very rude. She needs training on how to act in a service industry. By contrast, the young man who checked us out was very friendly.

Booked room more than a month in advance. My arrival time was 8/10/24. Air conditioner not working. Office staff said it was broken on 8/4/24 and is still waiting to be fixed. He told me there is nothing they can do and won’t refund the money either. I had to drive extra 30 miles to find another place to stay. I wish they informed me a few days ahead of time so I can rebook another place. It was a horrible experience for me in the middle of nowhere in Eastern Washington. This is not a way to run hospitality business. Disappointed!

Friendly staff, great location!

Check in person was friendly. Room felt dirty, sticky, outdated, unwelcoming hallway lighting, some power outlets didn’t work, strange musky smell in room, stains on bedding, stains on carpet, sticky tv remote, cracked and rusty sink, mirror had broken frame, tub had soapy residue on it left from previous guests’ soap bar which meant to me the cleaners didn’t clean bath tub. Was not worth $250 but everywhere else was booked up. Will not be coming back.

Tried to check-in prior to our meeting and was told we'd be charged a fee for early check-in, so we said we'd be back later. Came back later to check in and our keys didn't work. Finally got into the room and the TV didn't work. Then this morning, the shower water from the room above us was running through our vent. Won't be back.

I booked this on accident. I thought I was booking the Fairfield Inn, which is much nicer. This hotel is outdated. Previously this was a Super 8. They put new linens on the beds and pictures on the walls and called it Fair Bridge. Carpets are dirty. The chair and lamp in the room had stains. Bathtub was stained as was the shower curtain. There are better places to stay in Moscow!

Great location, good price. No complaints, just no wow factor.

There was an air conditioning unit that was breaking/broken and sounded like big machinery. It was so loud! Our shower randomly sprayed water out the fitting; getting water all over the bathroom. The sink faucet pressure is like Niagara Falls. Breakfast was very limited. Friendly front desk.

The clerk that checked me in was awesome. The facility is a little dated but all I need is a place to sleep.

The room smelled horribly! The bathroom also smelled…like raw sewage.

In no way shape or form worth the
Money they are charging. Completely taking advantage of family traveling to WSU graduation.

The shower had water restrictions which made the pressure unacceptable. It took double the time to shower. We realize that this is a dated hotel but the walls were VERY thin. The AC unit was very noisy , which made it difficult to sleep. The best part was the service. I would rate the staff a 4/5!

Was this property cheap for a nights stay? Yes! We needed a place to stay for one night and it got the job done! The staff were friendly and so kind! But the place it self? It was worn down, you can hear everything around you as the walls were crazy thin! The bed was unbelievably uncomfortable and the place smelled not great! The room it self was overall clean! But I did find a couple spots of dried blood on the white sheet! Would definitely not stay again but also like I said it was cheap and did the job!
