Nice and quiet stay

Booked this 3 day trip to take care of a family emergency out of state and what a joke this was… The room seemed clean, but the beds were rock hard, and the air conditioning barely worked. Glad I brought our own towels because their towels left you feeling waxy, like they were loaded with soap. The continental breakfast was mediocre at best, DIY waffles or stale cereal… and then there is the pool. We made sure to make a bit of time for my daughter to use the pool to try to lighten the mood a bit and let her enjoy the water, but she was in for about 2 minutes before we were grossed out by the amount of floating debri (bugs, hair, who knows what else). The pool looked good from afar but was far from good. And to top it all off there were some shady characters that lingered around outside both during the day and at night, if I wasn’t so concerned about dealing with trying to cancel our second night we would have left and gone elsewhere. It was a miserable time overall.

been staying here for years as it was convenient for us but we were not happy as it was run down and not being cared for properly. it seems the property is under new management. what a difference

The room was dirty, floor, table, bathtub had a soap scum ring around it.

Hotel, room, and pool were clean. Bed was comfortable. Housekeeping made sure I had fresh linens and took trash out every day of my 3 day stay. The only issue I had was the tub draining slow. Breakfast was okay. I would recommend adding breakfast pastries, toast, toaster, and boiled eggs to the breakfast bar. Otherwise, my stay was relaxing. The staff was helpful and pleasant. I will be using this hotel for my next get away for peace and quiet.

It was good for a place to rest my head. Fan/ac/heater unit was very loud lol. Faucets need replaced…they were old, loss and rusty. Other than that, it wasn’t a bad stay at all

Everything was fine, rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and staff friendly. A big disappointment was the breakfast. Cheerios, Waffles, yogurts, and apples were only options to eat.

Its a good place to stay. No problem

The staff was friendly, professional and courteous. The beds were super comfy. The only thing lacking was breakfast. There were 3 kinds of cereal, yogurt and waffles. There were no eggs, muffins or even toast. The coffee was good.

Room was good. The downside was after a 13 hour trip I just wanted to take a long relaxing bath. However the tub wasn’t all that clean and there was No plug for the tub. So a bath was out of the question.

It would be a good idea to have more breakfast selections in the dining area

Its a run down old hotel that is charging much too much. Clean. Staff is good.

This motel was excellent with one exception. We could not shower early in the day of our departure because the hot water was not turned on yet. So, we had to leave without showering!!

Convenient location made me book here, I was pleased with the price point but was ultimately unable to sleep for any significant length of time. Terrific Road noise mixed with the borderline opressive utilization of misting perfume atomizers in the lobby made the senses overwhelmed. Beds were comfortable but a lingering funky smell beneath the deep use of the scent atomizers suggests to me there may be sewer/water issues that are being treated with this band aid solution. Would not stay again.

Quality Inn-Exmore, VA a reliable, clean Quality Inn facility every visit. Manager there is committed to maintaining quality levels internally long term.

time for a rehab. Unit showing its age.paint and upgrade to shower. fan needs repair or replacement. Breakfast not very good. only one hot item!

The motel was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the manager was very accommodating. If ever in the area would stay here again!!

Good value with newly upgraded room. Somewhat noisy being right on the highway but that improved overnight with reduced traffic flow. Seemed safe.

My son and I stayed because it was on the way to his college visit. Both him and I agreed that the beds were both extremely comfortable. Loved the HVAC unit, shower, flooring, and overall cleanliness and appeal.

We have stayed at this facility for about 3 years in a row and we have seen improvements made year after year we would really like them to see more improvements year after year there you go

the bathroom door was missing a hinge pin and would not close; the faucet assembly was not secured to the sink.

Lousy breakfast. Ended up eating out.

The shower was dirty, the beds were small and the breakfast wasn't much of anything. It was an uncomfortable stay to say the least. Wouldn't recommend.

Great place for an overnight stay on a long road trip. Not too pricy, allows dogs, decent breakfast, very clean.

Frogs in the pool. Bathroom was a bit dirty.

When we arrived to the location, we were greeted but the staff who were friendly, helpful and efficient. When we got to our room, it was not what was pictured on their site. As soon as you opened the door the musty body odor smell hit you bin the face. There were chunks of thinks that looked like dried skin on the floor. The shower walls were stained and dirty. Both of the beds in the room leaned back toward the wall so you felt like your feet were elevated above your head. There were few places to eat and took a while and a bit of a drive back the way we came to find the Sage diner, which was good. For the over $250.00 a night for this stay, I would not recommend it.
