We had an amazing stay for our honeymoon. The staff was super friendly everyday and they welcomed us with a room upgrade and Prosecco. We really appreciate their friendliness, beautiful rooms and wonderful location!

Stay was amazing. Hotel is great and staff were awesome. My only complaint is rooms were small. This was compensated by having a larger bathroom. Breakfast was also delicious.

From the minute we arrived to the moment we left this hotel was amazing, the staff were really friendly and great information , Marco the Barman with his amazing knowledge of cocktails. Real cosy hotel with only 48 rooms, great location around 15 minutes to Parthenon and 20 minute walk to the coliseum. When we return to Rome we will be returning

The staff were wonderful. The rooms are very small. The bathrooms are small and there is no counter space. No windows at Cetera in the rooms.

Was a lovely hotel in a convenient location, staff were helpful and always greeted us with a smile, breakfast was good and staff here were very attentive. Only negative feedback is only one motor in the room, above the bathroom sink, could do with one in the bedroom

The staff is unbelievable. The kindest, most helpful and very funny hotel staff I’ve ever met. Lobby and rooms are both beautiful. Very happy I found this gem.

This place is awesome. It’s close to everything you want to see and still offers that quiet comfort feeling when you want it. Rooms are a bit small. The staff is amazing. We had lots of good conversations with Marco at the bar. Stefano is is a superb at his job.

Our stay was exceptional. The staff at this quaint property goes out of their way to cater to every need. They arranged our transportation, dinner reservations and made breakfast a special occasion.

Excellent service! Super friendly staff, especially Stefano, who is a metro da tel and host. Everyone jumping to help from calling a taxi to suggesting a place for dinner. Pretty good rooms, extra area for luggage was helpful. Highly recommend!

The exceptional attention the staff provides to their guests is the best I've had over my 40 years of travel. We stayed 4 days in a Superior Room (11) and it was well appointed. When we returned we stayed in a Jr Balcony suite overlooking the fountain and it was luxury at its finest, room 29. The check in process was flawless (Alma, Lisa, Valerio) took care of any requests and were patient with all our questions. Room service and housekeeping Ronnie was always one step ahead of us, especially when we came back for our return night. Stepano and his team did an outstanding job with our daily breakfasts as well. I do have to note we checked in at 1045pm and were starving with the bar closing at 11pm, Marco went out of his way to making us a light dinner and made us feel so welcome after our long trip to get there....Also, Martha the Resident Manager really helped us out with an error I created during booking and we can't thank her enough. Martha should and her staff should be commended for the exceptional service, quality accommodations and their attention to detail for all aspects of our visit, we will be back! We felt like family and invited her and her team to our home in San Diego, they're are family now :)

The hotel is immaculate and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of choice.,The male manager/waiter at breakfast can be a bit brusque and intolerant. Maybe he was a bad morning. We stayed in a standard double room which was beautiful but quite small. The reception team recommended places for dinner and booked these for us. Il Giardino was very nice. We would definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Rome. The Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps are a short walk and there are lots of places nearby for a drink.

Martha & Lisa checked us in & the 4 couples we were w/ efficiently. However, entering the room was very hot & the room was supposed to be a DOUBLE DELUXE LUXURY ROOM. The room was not Luxurious like advertised. The Biggest problem we had was no air conditioning. Our room never cooled down (avg. 100F+ degrees outside). Maintenanced came over 5 times. Air conditioned never worked properly. The Hotel never offered another room until late (after 9pm) for us to ONLY SLEEP IN ANOTHER ROOM. We had to take shower in the HOT room and take any necessities to a room that was a lower grade. Upon entering the lower grade, (Classic room which was only smaller) I told them we will just move to this room. They refused & kept telling me they called a TECHNICIAN to fix the air condition in the original room. I asked what if it’s not fixed. We had reservations for 3 nights. They kept avoiding my request to change rooms. After staying in a lower grade room our 1st night. I was approached by a front counter attendant in the lobby telling me we could move to a room of the same grade. We were getting ready to leave for a tour with our group. We had 10 minute before leaving & needed us to moved our belongings then & could not wait until we came back later. Paid the same rate for all inconvience. Parties in our group had the same air issue but maintenance was able to fix. I would do extensive research & never stay at this hotel. Worst experience ever. No apologies or discount.

This is indeed a hidden gem of a boutique hotel in Rome. Incredibly clean and well maintained while the staff are some of the best I have ever had in 40 years of travel. They are extremely helpful in virtually any request. They hotel provides the perfect European touches while the location is perfect for seeing Rome. My only regret is not staying longer.

We had the most amazing 3 night stay at the hotel. The staff are exceptional and the hotel provides a beautiful oasis in the busy city of Rome.
Room was spotlessly clean, bright and airy. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and bar perfect for a pre-dinner drink.
Can't say enough nice things about the hotel and the staff in particular.
Would go back tomorrow..
