This hotel is UNSAFE!! DO NOT EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL! The room has flimsy locks and the security doors are wide open and the frames are jammed. Hotel staff DID NOT CARE! I ran away from this hotel and checked in to the Hampton Inn next door.

The hotel is under construction. Not a big deal, but I would have appreciated a heads up and forewarning that my window is covered with plastic; the room smelled like smoke to which I bought air freshener for the room. The workout facility was not tended in the two times over three days that I used it. The room rate was significantly less expensive than other hotels, well, now I know why. Every space in that hotel needs to be upgraded. Old carpet, moldy shower, and cigarette smell in the room. And where is the fancy patio that is on your website?? Radisson, please say this will get better!

This place is in desperate of an upgrade. Carpet is sticky with old whatever, bathroom fixtures very worn and corroded, sheets came off the bed in all 4 corners during the night, bathroom sink was semi-clogged, windows were covered with paper due to construction, room had overwhelming smell of cleaner, lobby offered one coffee pot (no tea) and the place was incredibly expensive!

Construction not very good for the high price!!

Hotel didn’t even look like it was open. Redoing the whole hotel. Was given a smoking room which stunk! Then switched to another room which the bed didn’t even look made decently. Everything was old. Not impressed at all and I’m usually not fussy.

The staff was amazing! Even helped me get back into my
Room after I locked myself out. Great staff!!!! You need a hot tub!

There was a gathering that was so large I could not get into the parking lot. There were 100s of people in the parking lot grass are and street to get to parking lot. There were security to direct traffic but it didn’t help. I called the hotel from a parking lot down the road. They said there wasn’t a problem and parking available. I told them I was just sitting in the street waiting to get into the parking lot and there was not way to get in. I told them the security is just standing there doing nothing. They said the gathering should be over by 8 pm. I was so upset I left and got a room in another hotel.

The properly is starting a Reno which is badly needed. Was dirty.

The rooms were very outdated. We had like a 3” space under our door. We had a big group in the middle of the night talking very loud for 2 hours.
2.0
Room was comfortable and close to our activities.

Needs internal remodeling; made me feel like I was back in the 90’s. There is an odor in the hallway probably from poor ventilation and too much carpet. The room with the king size bed and couch itself was spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom is very tiny, constant battle with the door being in the way. The sink did not drain very well. The cable TV had only a few functional channels. The gym was an absolute joke with only about 3 cardio machines and that was about it. Pool was also small considering how many guests were there during our visit.
Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was spotless.
Overall, not worth the price. Either spend less and stay at a motel that will still have better functional utilities plus continental breakfast or spend the extra $40 and stay at a nicer hotel that will have much better amenities and rooms, etc.

The room was old, and filthy. Do not stay here. There was feces around the toilet rim, stains and dirt on the walls, and I asked to have my room changed and the same thing in the new room. Awful staff, spoke to me as if it was my problem. Horrible place. I cannot believe that it is a conference center and wedding place -- horrible management.

Tired rooms, paper thin walls, but great staff .Needs to be gutted and rehabbed.

things felt old and not very maintained. kind of musty

Joyed a new weekend.

It is helpful to let guests know before arriving of road construction.
There are many events that happen in the attached conference center and yet the sound did not carryover to the ribs. This was a pleasant surprise.

They were alot of work being done one the road. It made it a lit difficulty to get to your destination.

It was fine but it does have a lingering smell of cigarette smoke.

The remote was not working. Went to ask for different one but waited 10 min before giving up on someone coming to desk. Pillows were too flat. No tv channel guide or any other brochures. No emergency exit sign on door.

Spacious room, good for the price. Hotel shows its age, may need some renovations and updates.

It looks nice, almost like they just semi tried to make the hotel seem upscale but once you get to your room after walking a mile because the set up of the hotel is bazzar. When we got to the room the door handle was facing down, and kind of janky, the room smelled like they tried to cover up the staleness with baby powder. The pillows under the case are yellowing someone drew on the furniture with pen, the toilet seat had a ton of markings, on the wall in the bathroom was splatter on the wall. The bodywash was empty when we arrived in the room. The worst part was the consent door slamming it was like the whole hall was just slamming doors.

I hate it when there’s a gap and sun comes in the curtains. Also it took me over 45 minutes to phone hotels .com and get checked in because I was trying to redeem my rewards and their was some issue with hotels .com getting declined.
I believed the hotel was trying to run it for too great amount.

Check in was fast and friendly. Room was clean and had a comfortable bed. The only issue we had was the size of the bathroom. Small and cramped but very clean.

We've stayed here multiple times and was generally satisfied with the service and cleanliness. Haven't been here in about a year. It's definitely gone DOWN HILL! Not as well cared for. DIRTY carpet. First they tried to give us a room that was filled with rank cigarette smoke. Dogs everywhere! YUCK. We won't be coming back.

The bed was terrible, did not sleep well. Could hear every move they made above us.

The doors need closing cushions. It was busy and extremely noisy due to slamming doors. Cleanliness was fine.

Initially put us in a smoking room. Horrible smell. Pathetic attempt at downgrading our booked room. Old building with paper thin walls. Never again.

The first room smoke detector beeping moved to a different room. Beds comfortable. Had a restaurant and club attached made it nice for eating. I would stay here again.

Usually great service-quality. There is an issue with breakfast lady telling me (2nd time) that staying in Radisson I wouldn't be allowed to have breakfast for free, that there's a 50% charge...this should be clarified.
2.0
Property has hot tub advertised in website when asking clerk where hot tub is he was short and immediately asked if I just wanted a refund immediately after check in. Due to not my and wife’s medical conditions we were wanting a hot tub on New Year’s Eve. I suggest you take picture of pool and edit . It is very misleading!
