The hotel itself, was great. Convenient from the turnpike and only 30 min from Pittsburgh. It was clean, comfortable, staff was great. It's nice to have a restaurant on site.

Hotel room, lobby fine. One lampshade ripped. Two things happened during the free breakfast. One a guests dog was running free through the eating area, in sight of the registration desk, And no employee told this person a dog should not be running without a leash around other guests and licking their feet, which is what happened to me. Second, the TV was on some pro right news channel. I found that offensive. If it had been on a far left you just channel I would have said the same. If you can’t find something that is neutral politically put the TV on a music station.

My husband had to have surgery at UPMC EAST and this hotel is across the highway and very convenient for me to stay at. I ended up having to stay another night and there was no problem getting that booked.

The front desk employees we interacted with were great and very enthusiastic. That was the best facet. Also, the bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. However, the room was shabby and needed a deep clean. Breakfast was.....adequate. There was food. However, when it ran out, it wasn't refilled. They were always out of at least something.

Entire room was dirty. Bathroom floor and carpets were sticky. Wiped down with towel that was brown when finished. Crumbs on desk and carpet. Air conditioner had musty odor when on. Bathroom supplies needed to be requested when we first arrived.

No housekeeping during a 5 night stay. I asked 3 times and front desk said they would book it. Ridiculous. Also, mattress was so hard and lumpy it should be pitched immediately. Room was clean and quiet day 1, then a disaster. Do I get a credit back?

Loved it! ❤️ Best stop of our multi-hotel trip. Helped us out with batteries 🪫 for the TV remote (which not responding well), and greeted us enthusiastically whenever we passed by the desk. Truly a friendly and inviting environment… (wished I could remember his name to pass along kudos personally).

The only good thing about this property was the location. This hotel was incredibly poor in terms of customer service. We had good impressions when checking in, everyone was really kind, but when we entered the hotel room we were shocked. I had booked and paid extra for a double bed, but we only had a bed and a pull out coach instead for a family of 4. We went down to complain, but the lady in the front, was extremely rude to us. I don't know if this was racially motivated but the way she was talking back was so emotionally forced that she knocked down 2 ice packs and startled everyone. She kept arguing that she couldn't do anything about that since the beds were broken. I understand the situation was difficult for them as well, but the communication was extremely rude. I hope no one goes to this hotel. The only reason it is in business is because of the famous Indian temple nearby, so they better respect Indians or go bankrupt for that matter. As well a lot of guests were racist towards us, maybe that's a pattern? DO NOT STAY HERE!

Did not like the fact that the parking was hard to find. Loading trucks took away several parking spots, frustrating guests and leaving them circling the hotel to find a spot. No EV charging facility. Elevators smelling damp and warm inside. Room door does not close properly and makes a lot of noise when opening. Overall, a mediocre experience and will never visit of recommend this place to anyone.

Room was thoughtfully appointed to be comfortable and functional! Traveled with two 15 lb dogs. Plenty of room for their large crate and hooks to hang up their leashes and harnesses. Very dog friendly hotel! Nice breakfast buffet but could use a second waffle iron. Long line/wait to make a waffle. Overall a great hotel. We will visit again!

Hotel was in a great location with an incredibly helpful staff. We visited during the Microsoft outage so I really felt for the staff working but they were extremely calm and friendly under the stress of the situation. Despite the technical issues, it was a great stay over all!

The front desk worker was amazing! So very friendly with us! Once we were settled into the room, we found that we didn’t have sheets etc for the sofa bed. I am not exaggerating when I say that it was less than 5 minutes when someone arrived at our door and it’s all that we needed. He also asked if there had been anything that else that we needed. Highly recommend!

Housekeeping staff was under pressure to turn over what the desk clerk said was a full hotel for the past week while dealing with the massive IT security issue that took down their computer systems. It seems some details seemed to slip through the cracks. There was a used washcloth left in the shower, not sure if the shower was even cleaned/sanitized between guests or if housekeeping just missed it. Bodywash container was completely empty in the shower. These items were not discovered until the morning when I used the shower. The rest of the stay was fine.

The hotel staff was very nice, the property is well maintained and clean. The beds are very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. They even have a nice hello on the TV welcoming you. There is a nice continental breakfast that is offered with a waffle maker, yogurt, bagels, muffins, sausage, oatmeal, and juice. There is also coffee and tea station that is available 24 hours. The breakfast seating area is also nice with comfortable tables and hiboy seating with connections for your laptop or other devices.

This is the dirtiest and rundown Hampton Inn I had stayed. We couldn't sleep because some kids running, jumping and screaming in the middle of the night. The breakfast is super sad and it was almost gone at 9. The front desk was friendly and helpful but the breakfast lady was impatient and rude.
