Absolutely love the hotel and all the people at the front desk I was disappointed the pool was closed until sometime in January honestly that was one of the top reasons i booked with the hotel for my boyfriend and his kids

Seemed like an older hotel that could benefit from some upgrades. It seemed clean enough and nice enough, but the bed was not comfortable. Also breakfast was meh. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself, was great. Convenient from the turnpike and only 30 min from Pittsburgh. It was clean, comfortable, staff was great. It's nice to have a restaurant on site.

Hotel room, lobby fine. One lampshade ripped. Two things happened during the free breakfast. One a guests dog was running free through the eating area, in sight of the registration desk, And no employee told this person a dog should not be running without a leash around other guests and licking their feet, which is what happened to me. Second, the TV was on some pro right news channel. I found that offensive. If it had been on a far left you just channel I would have said the same. If you can’t find something that is neutral politically put the TV on a music station.

Yes our stay was good but we had to wait over an hour for the room to be cleaned up before we could check in. No complaints everything was handled properly. We will be back.

My husband had to have surgery at UPMC EAST and this hotel is across the highway and very convenient for me to stay at. I ended up having to stay another night and there was no problem getting that booked.

The front desk employees we interacted with were great and very enthusiastic. That was the best facet. Also, the bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. However, the room was shabby and needed a deep clean. Breakfast was.....adequate. There was food. However, when it ran out, it wasn't refilled. They were always out of at least something.

Entire room was dirty. Bathroom floor and carpets were sticky. Wiped down with towel that was brown when finished. Crumbs on desk and carpet. Air conditioner had musty odor when on. Bathroom supplies needed to be requested when we first arrived.

No housekeeping during a 5 night stay. I asked 3 times and front desk said they would book it. Ridiculous. Also, mattress was so hard and lumpy it should be pitched immediately. Room was clean and quiet day 1, then a disaster. Do I get a credit back?

Loved it! ❤️ Best stop of our multi-hotel trip. Helped us out with batteries 🪫 for the TV remote (which not responding well), and greeted us enthusiastically whenever we passed by the desk. Truly a friendly and inviting environment… (wished I could remember his name to pass along kudos personally).

Room was paid in full though EXPEDIA however additional charges became an issue at check out. I was told that manager would be in later on and would clarify the issue, it is now the next day and still no one has clarified what the ussue is. I even called, leaving a message, and still no one has responded to clarify what happened or what is going .

The front desk girls were so friendly! One of the staff at breakfast helped my daughter with her waffles so she wouldn’t get burned. The extras in the room were great. Only issues, the pool water was very cold and the breakfast food was lacking. There weren’t many options and eggs should always be a staple. Only options were waffles, French toast sticks, and sausage patties. Everything else about the hotel was great, just make your breakfast bar better.

What I did like is that the inside of room was really clean. What I didn’t like first and foremost is that house keeping knocked on door 840 & 1030 and checkout isn’t until 12PM. Also the room door does not fit correctly so it was hard to close and open the door. It didn’t swing shut like normal hotel doors do, had to put it shut with force. Didn’t really like the breakfast, there could be better options. Also staff in breakfast room were complaining and also out of supplies like plates, plastic ware and napkins. Coffee had a lot of coffee grounds in it. Inside of elevator floors were dirty and sticky in both. Lobby floor close to front door was dirty. Very hard to find parking close with two children. Parking was full out front and out back.

We stayed for one night in a room with a king bed and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is in great shape and the room was very updated. It smelled fresh and clean when we entered. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked and clean. The breakfast was sufficient for a free Hampton breakfast. We didn't use the pool as it was quite cold. The only bad thing was trying to get into the property was a little confusing and the staff was not very friendly. Otherwise, we would definitely return and stay again.
