It was cool. A typical nights stay

Basic no frills. This place needs an update. Be aware that it's right next to the freeway and noisy. Good A/C. Elevator. It was clean. This motel is frequently overbooked. I got a room this time but won't bother to book again.
2.7
The bathroom didn't have shampoo nor conditioner, it was necessary to request it to the lobby if you needed.
That is completely non acceptable.
I will not repeat.
2.7
The walls are so thin you can hear everything the people next to you are saying and every footstep around but that wasn’t the worst part there was poop on the walls in the bathroom pee still on the toilet seat and the little kitchen area was disgusting especially the microwave and fridge door not to mention all the pistachio shells in the ac unit

There were homeless people hanging around the property. Exterior was a bit rough also room smelled strong like bleach tried to call from room no answer. Bed was horrible couldn't get a good night sleep also there was no comforter or blanket which I feel are basics. Tried to talk to Front desk but receptionist didn't seem to care or

Terrible bed, no coffee maker or shampoo in room. Loud residents above and lobby ran out of coffee by 9am

Was rebooked to this hotel. Definitely not the experience I was looking for with my girls. Overall, it was a clean motel type of hotel. Has a good breakfast restaurant on site. Lots of shopping all around.
It’s a nice hotel if that what you’re looking for. But I wanted a more country feel. This is city feeling. And my originally booking included breakfast.
2.7
for what we paid, the hotel should've been a lot nicer.
2.7
The staff was helpful and kind, but the property desperately needs updating.
2.7
Very disappointed. The carpet has spots and worn out. Unsafe, Several homeless around, loud, dirty. Staff was terrible as well. Sink was a bit clogged. I don't recommend it.
2.7
Carpet was disgusting Dirty old !

I've had good experiences at Extended Stay in other cities but this one was disgusting. It's a residential hotel full of people with barking dogs, screaming kids, sticky everything in the room, we took a tissue & wiped the counter & the tissue was literally black. Ripped sheets & the bed was basically a metal frame with a giant ravine in the center. We stayed 10 mins max before asking for a refund

It didn’t look like the pictures. Floor was dirty, curtains falling off and overall runned down.
2.7
The hotel was infested with some kind of bug in the bed my husband have his back with redness my body was aching, but service

Eric the desk clerk was the ONLY thing that was good about this place,
2.7
Not clean
Bad breakfast
2.7
Trashed cars in lot, lobby not very clean. Grounds not clean. I’m a little worried for my safety
2.7
Horrible! Rooms were not very clean. Booked a “non smoking room” and it smelled so much like smoke. The microwave was very dirty (we weren’t going to use it) but what if we had to? We did check in dropped off our bag and left for the day. We came back like at midnight and our door was OPEN! We tried to make it but we ended up leaving the hotel and driving back home at 1:45am because we just didn’t feel comfortable. The guy that was in the “lobby” just said “ok” when we said we were leaving did not care at all. Not to mention it was 4 couples we all left. All out rooms were discussing! The pictures do not look like the actual rooms. We paid $175/night. That’s really expensive for what the hotel was!
2.7
The kitchen sink is not finished. One side has a hole in it, the countertop has a cut out square for a patch. There were no ice trays in the freezer. There’s only one trashcan for the entire unit, the light in the bathroom doesn’t work.
2.7
The staff were very unhelpful and the facility’s were bad
2.7
This is a perfectly acceptable, cheap spot right off of highway 101. Close to wine country and close to
San Fran. The kitchenette would be great if you were staying for a few days.
2.7
It was horrible as room was overbooked. Was told no room
2.7
It was very dirty. People tried kicking down my door in the middle of the night. Staff did not care
2.7
Although my room was clean, it had a very very strong odor of wet dirty bleach. I had to ask for another room, but unfortunately it was all booked. I did end up getting a towel from restroom and watered it down and cleaned the floors to remove the excess bleach which was causing eye and nose irritation.
2.7
While on a long trip I booked the Ext. Stay late in the night.
Unfortunately all of the phone numbers for the hotel do not work, do I was unable to ask if late check-in would be allowed. After driving 30 minutes to their location... asked to the main office call box phone located I was told I cannot check in and to call Expedia if I had a problem with that.
2.7
The room was large and clean. Convenient location,
2.7
Disrepair, people repairing cars in parking lot in the wee hours. Worn out.
2.7
Dirty room with no bathroom exhaust. Old beat up furniture. Smelly towels and flies! Family friendly they said, but unfortunately it has the appearance and vibes of a low income housing! Saw women in questionable attire near the property while driving in or out. We cut short the stay by a day!
2.7
People who worked in the front desk was so helpful & friendly.
2.7
Very quiet and clean...
2.7
ok not bad
2.7
Would not recommend staying here. Not family friendly at all. Floor was very dirty not vacuumed. Vents were dusty!
2.7
So the floor was filthy but everything else we are telling ourselves had been cleaned. But everything had been tweakered. The elevator was broken. The staff were friendly and cheerful however which is always appreciated. Its the other ‘guests’ that live there and take the place for granted that ruin it. They should have like a probationary period for people wanting temporary housing. Just be more respectful man, thats not hard to do. Anyway, end rant. Its ok for an overnighter but longer, go to the north location.
2.7
Puppies woke me up at 5:30am barking next door I called the front desk didn’t help. They locked them in the bathroom and non stop barking
2.7
The young man who checked us in, Erik, he is the best employee at this location. We had to praise him. The hotel itself could use some updating like new shower heads, new cooktops, laminate peeling off cupboards. But the beds were nice and firm with no sags. Windows weighed 70lbs so my husband was only one could open them. The parking lot seemed like it only had just enough spots that were squeezed in too small a lot. And there were some questionable characters hanging around the evening hours. Feel like we paid too much, like Holiday Inn prices for Motel 6 stay. If there were few options Id stay again. Like a C
2.7
Very dirty all around the property. Trash everywhere, it was disgusting!!
Very loud people all throughout the night. Woken up at 2:30am by a very loud motorcycle being revved up over and over and loud music. Then another hotel patron started yelling obscenities at him. It was absurd.
2.7
The service varied depending on the attendant ; our toilet broke mid stay and totally ruined our night and they weren’t willing to help or accommodate. Won’t be returning
2.7
I had stayed there prior to my last stay and because they do not accept cash and there isn't a store for about a mile radius cuz it sits on an onan off ramp and a strip of car dealers I have no car and I have a medical condition and wasn't able to get to the store in time but I have been staying there for about 2 almost 3 weeks already they locked my room and gave me a DNR (do not rent) I had the money to pay. So fast forward to yesterday I had no idea I was dnrd and my friend rented the room and they seen me kicked us out and kept our money. The place is disgusting the floors are black the sheets are dirty they don't have any towels the service is horrible management is ridiculous. I could go on and on and on I wouldn't recommend that place to my worst enemy
2.7
The heater/air conditioner was so loud it was very hard to sleep and did not heat up. Everything was old about the room.
2.7
Prostitution, homelessness and drug use around the property. Room was dirty with outdated fixtures. Possible bed bugs and a loud noise going all night made it hard to sleep. Staff never at front desk. Worst $ I ever spent!
