We love staying at The Embassy
Suites hotels. We love the Fresh and Hot breakfast. I do wish hotels would go back to straightening the room and making the bed. I like to be lazy when I stay way from home.
Unfortunately the "happy hour" wasn't as good as some of the other Embassy Suites we have stayed in. The one bartender was rude and "snippy" both times we went up for a drink.
Other than that, it was a nice stay.. I still will recommend this hotel chain over any other.

I enjoy the Embassy Suites. I like having a separate sitting room with a TV. The breakfast is great with many options, including an omelette station. The room is comfortable and the service is always great.

We love Embassy. After a day of driving, we love your hospitality! Free cocktails and apps! Breakfast is fabulous! Your chef is awesome... friendly and loves his job!

This hotel has a visible view of the lobby from all rooms which makes it a very loud environment. There are no walls to separate the noise from downstairs dining and bar and lobby from the sounds hitting on your door. Really not enjoyable and super loud

Everything was fine except the bartender a tall black lady was slow on drinks and tried double billing my card even after I had given the card and signed . Brought me a whole new bill to sign and pay ??

We had a positive weekend stay. All amentias were available. The hotel was busy with various conferences and reunions and the staff was accommodating The breakfast Omelet bar was excellent with a plentiful food. bar. Shuttle was a nice option; however, was disappointed when the fee based shuttle did not provide pre scheduled pick-up for a timed event.

Hotel was ok. We had expected a better experience. We spent a lot of money and booked a 2-night stay. We traveled over 11 hours in one day to arrive at this hotel. Jerry, employee, was overwhelming. After a long trip, we were exhausted and welcomed by Jerry in the parking lot. The interaction was too much for our exhausted family, we just wanted to get settled into our room. Overall, the room was rundown. Room was big. Beds were comfortable. Found trash in our room from someone's previous stay. Amenities met our expectations. No laundry room. The pool water burned the kids eyes for hours. Breakfast exceeded our expectations and it was the highlight of our stay. The employees were all friendly except for Jerry whom was overwhelming. Parking was confusing.

the shower was fairly gross, it looks like mold and bacteria is growing all around the caulk, the tv gitched so badly it was unwatchable, when we asked for a new room they offered one to us, but told us we had to move right away or they wouldnt move me. they called around 1230pm while we were 2 hours away visiting a park, so we lost that small chance to get a room. the front desk lady said house keeping would come up to our room and clean the shower better. it appears they did come into the room to tidy up, but the shower was no better. we went down to the lobby for a drink after a long day, signs posted every where alerted you in a tacky way that you were absolutely not allowed to bring your own drink to the lobby. ok, no problem. ordered a miller lite from the hotel bar and almost fell over when i got the bill to see it was almost $9 for one beer. its cheaper to drink downtown chicago!!! to top it all off, our first toilet paper roll ran out, only to discover there was not a second roll anywhere! I've never been so disappointed by a hotel room.

Dinner in restaurant quite disappointing. Food tasted average and presentation showed no effort to make it look appetizing. Portions were small. Also, breakfast closed at 9:00 am, which is way too early and we saw several guests who were turned away at a couple minutes late.

Rooms are very quiet even though downtown. The rooms are VERY spacious. Could use a little updating, but still nice. No fan in the bathroom so waiting for the mirror to defog slowed my morning process. Should let patrons know that feather pillows are in the rooms so allergies are avoided.

Overall, hotel was pretty nice of the area. The main lobby is beautiful and massive. Very convenient to get in and out. Definitely will stay again. They do not have parking spots and have to park in garage. This about $16 a night so prepare for that. And it’s on the side of the building not attached so you have to walk a bit. Our room smelled like smoke in a nonsmoking room. They tried to hide the smell but was also bearable to sleep in. Bathroom had mold spots and not great but decent. Beds were super comfy! They are definitely working small improvements to each room so overall not bad.

Hotel is really nice, breakfast is very good emanates was friendly and helpful. There was no hand soap and no shampoo, and the fridge was leaking so the floor was a little wet, so housekeeping needs to step it up.

No toilet paper in our room. Took a long time to get toilet paper to our room after multiple calls to the front desk.

Downtown Charleston Isabelle very depressed area. There was very few dining options close to the hotel and we had to go to the Marriott next door for to eat. The room was clean but complimentary toiletries were empty. On the whole it was fine, just not great.

Everyrhing was great except the cleanliness of the room. There was a fake eye lash floating in the toilet and another on the floor in bedroom area. It makes you wonder what wlse wasnt cleaned while you get in bed ... we didnt check in until 11pm so I just threw them away and got my kids to bed bit definitively take a look around before getting into bed!

All the staff are nice and very helpful. It was nice to have a dinning area with great wait staff. It was a beautiful facility and the kids got a kick out of the glass elevator.

Very comfortable hotel for staying downtown in Charleston. Nice atrium, very welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast is about the bet I've ever had for a breakfast included in the stay.

Pool was warm and clean. Lobby is spacious and inviting. One suggestion would be to have larger trash cans in the rooms. Housekeeping would appreciate it.

We were not given a handicap room as we booked, the room next to us had a dog barking in it all day and night. The pool was out of commission and we were not told until check in. Overall hotel was clean and nice.
