The staff at Simon Verde were incredible and very helpful! The apartment had everything we needed. The apartment was very clean and close to many restaurants. It is a little outdated but the affordable price definitely made up for that. The only suggestion I would have is that the rooms have some type of coffee maker or tea kettle to make coffee or tea. There was a machine at the front desk but the price was a little high for the small cups provide. The staff was incredibly nice and we enjoyed our stay here very much.

5*** Large rooms with great conditions, pool.

Apartments are of a generous size if basic.
Fridge and microwave were old and in poor condition. Parking was underground entry via a buzzer and ticket system exit via a token!

Property seemed worn. In a residential area, far from amenities. Parking garage was dark and scary. Public transportation was limited. Neighbouring room guests were very loud, for both nights we stayed. Room was large. Bathroom was large, however we could not regulate the water temperature for a shower.

Every time we had a shower the bathtub/taps leaked water from the wall to the hallway into the suite.

Very clean and modern hotel, with excellent comfort and friendly staff. Just next to the hotel a small convient store and a cafè. Unfortunately a long way from Seville (45 minutes by buss).

Stayed there for a week (work-related trip). Nice, quite area, although a bit far away from local amenities in the town centre. Nice staff who were ready to change my apartment when I said I needed a microwave. Some TV sets are a bit old.

We stayed there for two nights. In light of the comfort and the value for money, we stayed for an additional night. My son enjoyed the swimming pool while I enjoyed the kitchen, making a lot of Spanish meals and having great time together with the family.

The hotel is located in the midst of an exclusive neighborhood with large gated single residential homes. Though it is located is a bit far from the Sevilla historical center where we wanted to visit, there is bus service to the front door. The unit was roomy and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The main desk staff spoke English. The kitchen was not stocked for cooking: there were no cooking utensils/pots/pans, only 2 plates, 2 cups, 2 forks and spoons, no cooking condiments, no towels, no dish soap, not even salt and pepper. But upon request, they did bring several cups and saucers and a pot to boil water for tea. But the price was very reasonable.

Sevilla Suites is good if you have a car and can navigate well in Spain. It's in a residential neighbor west of Seville, and difficult to access without a car. There is a bus that comes once an hour, but not on Sundays. The staff were friendly and helpful, but always very busy. There is good WI-FI reception in the lobby. The room was huge and bright with a terrace and kitchenette, but there were no utensils. I suppose you have to bring your own. The room and the hotel in general were clean but showing signs of wear. A lot of the caulking was missing in the bathroom and the drains were a bit sluggish.

Beds are very hard, pillows too flat.
Need better directions for reaching hotel.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. If you don't have a car don't think to stay there. It is not so easy to find the hotel either. The room was clean but the kitchenette was a real mess.

First off, this hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Well, in the middle of residential streets. There are no restaraunts within a 20 minute walking distance. If you don't have a car you have to take the bus to get to Sevilla. This would have been fine had there been restaraunts or shops nearby for the times we were at our hotel. While there, we felt trapped and we were forced to have to call in for pizza. When you first walk into the hotel, it seems very nice. Beautiful, in fact. Even our room first had that look. Unfortunately, we soon looked further and discovered more. The shower door was broken and did not seal correctly, making it so the water from the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor and subsequently the hallway. All the floors are marble so when the water got on the floor it was very slippery. I actually almost slipped, but caught myself in time. The reception desk was not very helpful in the various questions we had. Though it has the potential to be a nice hotel, they need to pay attention to detail. Also, keep in mind how far it is from Sevilla, or simply other civilization

The Hotel was quit hard to find and even with directions and map we struggled. The receptionist intial cold greeting was forgiven as she gave good tips and directions of places to go to eat near by. The Hotel room as very large with kitchennette, large bathroom and kings size bed and topped up with balcony towards the pool. The trouble was all the noises from creaking walls, noisy fridge and approx 20 teenagers booked on the same floor who partied till early hours of the morning. We got no sleep. When complained the next day regarding this the am receptionist only replied matter of factly that yes there where teenagers at the hotel- no apology was offered.

Very comfortable apartment

The hotel is a good deal for the money. Though we do suggest bringing along an air matress as the bed was very hard! For the money this is an ideal hotel outside the city. If your plans are not to see historic city sites then this is the hotel for you, otherwise pick a hotel in the city center! The directions listed on Expedia need to be updated as street names have changed and it took us over 2 hours to find this hotel once reaching Seville! The only "problem" we had was that our room key kept failing to work and we had to get it rekeyed 4 times during our 2 day stay.

The hotel was very quiet and nice to walk around during the day or night. The comfort of the room was also enjoyable. It was hard to find but, worth the effort to have a relaxing stay. Well worth the visit.

Located in an urban suburb, you'll need a car to get to the hotel, and it's difficult to find. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the building modern with white marble floors throughout. (The lack of carpet makes sound travel a bit too efficiently.) A 20 minute drive or a 1 hour bus ride one-way to Sevilla. The immediate area has plenty of resources if you have a car. Lovely balconies. Very spacious rooms.

If you are without a car this hotel may not fit you - last bus from Seville is at 9 pm. Besides that the hotel is rather nice, less than 10 minutes by car from the center of Seville. The stuff was very nice, rooms are very spacious with kitchens although the kitchen was completely lacking all the facilities except stove and had neither dishes nor cups.

great enviroment and equipment, a bit far from the city,

The hotel had very huge rooms (apartments) for kid-families wich are reasonably prised. The nabourhood is very quite (quite unusual in Sevilla), and the Swimmingpool nice as well. The local Tapas bar next to the hotel has good and cheap Tapas. The hotel is difficult to find by car though, and you have to print the maps in great details (zoom in) not to get lost. It takes also some time by car to get to the centre of Sevilla. Without car - forget it.
