We were here for tje childrens hospital. They let us in for check in after hours which is great...but the room was pretty dirty. Our chair fell apart the moment it was used, there was food on the walls in tbe kitchen, other peoples hair on the floor and dirt... not trying to be picky

Good location, pet friendly and handicap accessible

Great stuff. Very helpful and nice. Definitely recommend this hotel.
3.2
Overall pretty good price for the amenities, I will likely stay here again in the future.
3.2
All good. I don't really spend a lot of time in my room when traveling, so it was exactly what I needed. No complaints here!
3.2
The property is adequately clean, the room was comfortable and AC worked. The kitchen area is dated and without any supplies, but there is a stove and refrigerator. I wasn't able to give five stars for a couple of reasons. First the front desk is not 24 hours, but closes at 11p, there is a phone to call for assistance but you are advised it should only be used for emergencies. Second, I have never stayed in a hotel with no form of coffee, even a maker in a room or a carafe in the lobby. I knew they weren't doing any kind of breakfast, but with a kitchenette room thought there would be some sort of coffee maker even if an old fashioned pot. Overall, it was a nice, no frills stay, relatively close to several gas stations and other food places.
3.2
The staff could not have been nicer, and the property was clean and convenient to my location. The only con is that the property advertises breakfast, but the hotel doesn't actually offer anything (not even the "grab and go" breakfast that was stated on Expedia. Just for awareness if you're thinking that the combination of stay and breakfast is something you need. It's also not convenient to any breakfast options.

Didn’t have breakfast ever the hotel no longer provides it which is miss leading. The room smelled like smoke. Had to leave the windows open all day during the whole stay and used febreze everyday on it. The front lobby always smelled like smoke and drugs. The beds were miserable.
3.2
Carpet was dirty and turned our feet black. Felt like there was a film on the carpet. Musky smell. Outdated.
3.2
The entire hotel smelled like cigarettes as soon as you walked into the lobby, in the elevator, and halls. Which is weird considering the entire facility is supposed to be non-smoking. This bothered my asthma so bad with how heavy the smell was. The room smelled musty like old dried water or something. They did not have “grab and go breakfast” like it mentioned when booking and in the email I got with information on the hotel. The only positive thing I have to say is that the sheets were comfortable, but could have used a blanket on the bed and not just the thin fabric they try to pass as a blanket. The AC in the room worked great and it’s a fairly convenient area if you have a car to drive around places. Not at all worth the price we payed to stay there for 2 nights.

Found a cigarette butt between the headboard and mattress.
3.2
This property was close to major highways yet it was relatively quiet.
3.2
Located right next to the entrance of I-376, which takes you to downtown Pittsburgh, it was very convenient and the room had a small kitchen (but no pots, pans, plates or utensils). The room is spacious, but the floor needs a major cleaning because the bottom of my feet turned completely black after walking around a bit. There were no pillows on my bed and the microwave was out of order. Also, you can only enter the building through the front entrance, so if your car is parked behind/side of the building, you have more distance to walk because all the side doors are exit only.
3.2
Checking in smelled of weed. Had to go get the kitchen package and didn't have the coffee maker and never received a call for one. There is not a grab and go breakfast or coffee like it says on the website. No on ever seems to be at the front desk.
3.2
It was nice
3.2
It was fine for a night sleep
3.2
Horrible. There was no room available for my reservation.
3.2
The bathroom was horrible. Nasty. I used the rags and towels to clean room and could not get replacements. Lobby closes at about 11pm nightly. Breakfast was advertised but not provided
3.2
They do not have an ice machine.
3.2
There is no breakfast as mentioned in expedia. Not even a coffee machine is present. very horrible place. Very very old and some unpleasant smell from room.

I booked a stay on Tuesday June 4 and Wednesday the 5th at this Extend Stay. I want to preface this with the fact that I have stayed at at least 4 other branches. I have NEVER complained nor have I ever witnessed such BIZARRE and unsanitary conditions. Tuesday afternoon I was walking barefoot on the carpet while I unpacked my clothes and watched a movie, it wasn’t until I was going to the bathroom and noticed that my feet were absolutely black and FUZZY. It was DISGUSTING. I immediately rinsed them off in the tub and washed them thoroughly with body wash. At this point I noticed that the bathroom mirror was completely smudgy and not from me. So I tried to use the mirror in the bedroom it was also completely unusable. That’s when I called to the front desk and told them the situation. I was really stunned and taken aback by the response, she simply said that she would have someone bring up windex and a vacuum when they had time. About 2 hrs later a random guy brought me a very old vacuum , and then he waited outside of my door until a young lady brought a generic windex. Then they both said in unice, we need these

Liked everything

The room was very old and dirty. Spiderwebs and spiders crawling on one of the beds. It is a very old hotel and has not been updated at all.
I would never stay there again.

The receptionist was fantastic

It was amazing just the site says there’s breakfast but they made sure to let us know this app did not update it! Very clean and extremely nice and helpful people working here we had a wonderful date night thank you !!! And the kitchenette was spotless ;)

Advertised as Free grab and go breakfast, they do not offer this! Took about 10 mins for someone to come to the counter to check me in. First room went to turn the bathroom light on and sparks flew out of the exhaust fan, and it blew, tripped the breaker. New room worked though and she said sorry and just transferred me to the new one.

In the add it’s mentioned as newly renovated but it’s not . They even don’t have wifi and while booking it mentioned as complimentary breakfast but they don’t have coffee atleast . Staff was very rude . Whole my experience was worst . I need some of my money back to for not having wifi and breakfast

The staff at the front desk were super-helpful during check-out by telling me to avoid driving through the city that morning as there was a half-marathon going on and a lot of roads would be closed (and not indicated on Google Maps). They gave me a great alternate route to get on I-79, too, so big thumbs up to them!
3.2
This hotel is bit old but clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Their website shows that they offer coffee and grab and go breakfast but this is no longer true. Need to update website. You willl need to go out or bring food/coffee with you. But, there are plenty restaurants and coffee shops around.

I was in Pittsburgh for a tv show I was filming for and had an extra day of filming to do so I got this room after I left the set and was pleased with the comfort and rest I got. I only wish I could have slept longer in the comfortable bed instead of having to be up at 3:30am to get back to the set.
3.2
Claims to have breakfast, but no breakfast option available
3.2
It was a very quite place
3.2
Had large fridge, microwave and burners
3.2
liked the mini kitchen
3.2
It smelled like smoke in the room. My husband has had sinus cancer so it really irritated him.
3.2
Good room for the price. Pretty clean overall nice area
3.2
The advertisement stated breakfast was available and it was not. The hotel had bedbugs which means it was unclean. It was a long uncomfortable nightmare
3.2
Was great
3.2
There is dog poop everywhere! I travel with a dog. There are no bags or areas designated for dogs.
There is garbage everywhere around the property.
Very dirty outside and disgusting.

When we first checked in and got into room it was freezing b/c window was broken and open. I got it closed enough to warm up the room but still a big gap I had to stuff a towel into. Online it said coffee/ breakfast. There was absolutely none of that not even a coffee pot in room. My wife had to go to front desk to ask for one along with creamer. Room was dingy and carpet was gross. Would definitely NOT stay at this hotel again nor recommend it to anyone!
