Where should I begin? I’ll start with the water. The hot water was just hot enough where you didn’t need to have cold water turned on. There was only 2 pillows on a king size bed. Wasn’t allowed to take cold muffins to the room to warm them up in the microwave. Oh and as we walked into the room is smelt of cigarette smoke and it was a NON-SMOKING room!

Terrible hotel will never stay at another super 8 again. I was robbed of a cash deposit because my companion broke a perfume bottle cuz he was worried it smelled like sex. I had just woke up got dressed and walked out the door. So for that lady to accuse me of smoking was insulting to say the least. I explained the room smells like me nothing else. So i believe it was a scam from the jump and they intended to steal that deposit money no matter what. On top of that the wifi stopped working in middle of the night and I called 5 times never reached anyone at the front desk. So clearly people weren't doing their job and my very costly night was ruined by it. I spent more time messing with the junk wifi then enjoying my companions company. This is a horrible place to rent room from and i will be making a google review if nothing is done about this scam they are running.

The atmosphere is not quite what you would expect and the people in there aren't exactly people you would want to be around.. You have to have a 120.00 cash deposit too which is very inconvenient for people these days

Let me start by saying the lady at the front desk was very sweet, and that was the only reason I didn’t list as the lowest rating possible. I am surprised that just for s safety violations that this place is still open for business. The first room we had the toilet wouldn’t flush no big deal they clog up, but the whole toilet moved around and was not bolted to the floor, kind lady at front desk moved us to another room, this was way worse than the first! The room floor was dirty did t look like had been vacuumed in weeks, and stains everywhere, the bed didn’t look to have bed bugs but the level of stains on the mattress was disgustingly gross, the bathroom door would not close, bath tub had a hole in it and was moldy. Walls through out the room were dirty and scratched up. The scary thing was the ac unit, the outlet was just laying underneath the unit wit exposed wires, was worried it would catch fire. The unit did not work so room was muggy. They front desk said it was the fuse had blown. Way more than that I’m sure. We stayed for a few hours before our drive to just rest, should have just stayed in car. But the lady at the front desk was great. Poor girl felt sorry for her. They also called me a week before my stay to tell me they were increasing my rate due to having reserved so far in advance and they changed there rates with Hotels.com uummm OK never heard of that before

Imagine walking into a hotel room where the first thing you notice is a musty odor. The carpet is stained ripped and looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in weeks. There are crumbs and bits of trash scattered on the floor. The bed was made with sheets that appear dingy and have visible stains. The pillowcases are wrinkled and dirty. The furniture is dusty, with sticky surfaces and coffee rings on the tables.The sink has toothpaste splatters, the mirror is streaked, and there's mold growing in the corners of the shower. The doors barely locked, the ceiling was peeling, and the grounds were questionable. Overall, the room feels neglected and uninviting, making it clear that cleanliness and upkeep are not priorities at this hotel.

This place has a serious roach in bed bug problem it's no way to avoid it the staff really don't care they'll put you in a room with bed bugs and laugh and think it's funny this is one of the nastiest dirtiest hotels in the whole city of Indianapolis the whole world if you ask me do not risk it it is unsafe and if you do not catch bed bugs or roaches you're going to get hepatitis from the sheets right they have blood on the sheets this place is disgusting they have no real hotel staff they have one made for this whole hotel and he's right down this place is really I don't understand why the city hasn't shut it down

If you can avoid this place you need to I know it's cheap but it's cheap for a reason this place has a serious roach and bed bug problem that the owners do not care about this place is nasty the sheets have blessed things on them I don't even think they wash the sheets and detergent this is one of the nastiest places in the whole city of Indianapolis it's not worth it you are better off sleeping in your car then going here and catching bed bugs or roaches or getting mug and raped by one of the nefarious characters that stalk this properties you're basically risking your life to stay here not to mention your health there is black mold and mostly all the rooms the staff here do not clean they want $125 deposit for waffles and toast maybe cereal and milk it's disgusting

The Indiana board of health really needs to get involved with this place they need to shut this hotel down this place has a bug problem that is severe it is one of the worst places I've ever stayed in it's just a gamble whether you're going to get bed bugs and roaches or both they do not clean their seats they literally put you in a room with blood on the sheets the owner of this hotel has cut so many corners there's nothing left to cut this place is a hellscape it's a it's a rest Haven for prostitutes and drug addicts and bed bugs and roaches

1st room was filthy. Toilet was not cleaned. Shower was dirty. The room smelled like weed.Pulled blanket back & yep dirty crusty stuff on the sheets. They moved us to a different room. That room smelled like Bug spray, blood stains on the sheets, mold in the bathroom & something ( looked like dried food) on the wall. Nope, turned in the keys, asked for a refund, but the lady said I have to get the refund back from Hotels.com

The facility evidently uses weed as the air freshener because that is all you smell no matter where you go. The room did not look clean. Yes, we asked for a pet friendly room due to having 2 small dogs with us, but a yellow chair that is torn and so stained it is brown, stained sheets, stained bed cover and no pillows seems a little excessive for a pet friendly room. I didn’t even want my dogs on the floor. The bathroom floor had what looked like tar all over it and on the outside of the bowl. Plus the toilet flapper didn’t work unless you pushed it down. No remote No pillows Dirty Stained everything Weed smell Tar on floor

"I WANT MY REFUND"!!!!! Pictures online are deceiving. I didnt get the king bed i reserved and the room was an old setting back in the 70's, old carpet ripped and old bedspreads, old headboards and old curtain and torn desk chair, just no updates of furniture i also saw some bedbugs in the room and was very uncomfortable and the guy at desk was rude talking to me about me asking about my king bed i reserved. I didnt get any rest during my stay, the building fire alarm kept going off during the day and doors were slamming inside and outside door was slamming people going in and out day and nite. They were drilling and sawing above my room upstairs when i arrived and on the floor i was staying on working on remodeling the floor in the hallway. This was the most miserable stay i ever had in a hotel all my life....please check hotel out in person before renting...this was not worth the money i payed.."REFUND MY MONEY"!!!!!!

You get what you pay for here. It is cheap because it is next to highway and there are no hairdryers in the washroom and the breakfast is not really a breakfast. The good news is that a McDonalds is within walking distance and a Starbucks is not far. Also, the place is a 10 minute drive to downtown. So if you are looking for free parking and a cheap place to spend the night, this is it.

Went there and the bed sheets were stained. Lampshades had smoke stains. Chairs were dirty. Bullet hole in the window in the front lobby. People loitering around. Was in the room for all of 30 minutes. Let the front desk know we wouldnt like to see another room and would like a refund. They offered for us to check out another room but we declined. Staff however did refund us right then and there.

Bug in the room. Faucet was shaky. Thin sheets. Mini fridge had a gurgling sound all night. The good part is that Patel the receptionist was very accommodating and helpful. The lady who serves the breakfast was rude. The breakfast served mini muffins etc. not much of a breakfast. The property has a lot of unsavory characters. I wouldnt stay there again. Candi

I was charged $250 for smoking in my room and I don’t smoke. The elevators smelled of weed. I could smell cigarette smoke in my room. The electronic door lock went dead and for two days I had to go to front desk and be let into the room where my medication was locked in. Evidently the first request for maintenance to fix the door wasn’t answered. The facility was nice but the charge and the request for a response from the manager was unanswered shows there’s a breakdown in info structure of the facility. Breakfast was good. Lol

As we drove up there were stacks of building materials around the front entrance. Then once I walked into the front office, it looked completely uninviting. It was empty of any furniture. Then the front desk didn’t just have a plexiglass panel or two, but a complete glass cage. This was making me feel even more uneasy. If the clerk needed to be protected behind a cage, what would I need to watch out for. Then while I was waiting I started to read the multitude of signs posted. One in particular started that they required a $125 deposit or you couldn’t get your room. Then they had to inspect the room on check out to make sure you didn’t steal or damage anything. All of this made me turn around and walk out without checking in and go down the street to another hotel.

This hotel was very run-down and dirty. The towels has yellow and gray stains on them. Fixtures were broken and gaming of the wall. The breakfast was pathetic. A couple tiny donuts and cereal. There were loud guests rushin roaming the halls at very late hours.

Smelled really bad. Room's chair was too torn up to sit in. Vending machine was broken. Room's AC unit had been kicked in and barely worked. Room cost $300 when it should have been $50-60. There was a cleaning fee if we left a clean room and a much larger deposit in case they decided anything was broken or missing.

I would not recommend this place. Its very dirty. Our bathroom shower had no shower cuetain. Both the rod and shower curtain were laying against the wall. The blankets covering the bed were full of holes from cigarettes. It smelled very musty and honestly this whole place needs to be gutted or burned to the geound and rebuilt.

We stayed here the night before the brickyard 400 race. As we entered the windows and doors was streaked from in proper cleaning. The staff was ok. The place smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom was clean but only 2 towels for 4 of us, which they charged us $5 to use. The bed sheets had stains on them, the comforter was very thin, the pillow was shrunk, the office chair was lacking all of the leather on it. The floor was dirty. The room stunk. One of our guest said he would of preferred to sleep in an open field by the highway. Two of our guest got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and saw bugs on the floor. One of our guest looked at the breakfast and saw two types of cereal and bread only. We passed on it. I really hope Super 8 can clean this hotel up and make it better.
