Stayed here while visiting my son and his wife for the weekend.

Started off with the elevator not working, next our key wouldn't open the door, spent a long time working it, even getting it stuck in the slot. Entering the room was completely disappointing, first thing we noticed was a strong smell of smoke. You could still see foot prints in the floor. The room was filthy. The tub was dripping all night, we had to ask for a shower curtain as there wasnt even one in place. Overall we felt dirtier just staying here. Cabinet doors broken, missing handles, light fixtures missing or missing covers, outlet covers off. And the stated free breakfast? Some muffins and coffee. Not a breakfast.

We booked our stay for two days but arrived and there were no employees to be found, so we couldn't get checked in and couldn't get our key to our room. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, WE DID NOT STAY!

Staff are excellent and timely check in process smooth and quick rock star team of girls that are on their job, guys are all business yet laid back all this couldn’t happen without the management being well placed and skilled so hats of to the crew there

Outside entryway all you smell is dog poop.
As you walk in to front desk you are hit by a strong smell of marijuana.
They say there is breakfast all they have is coffee and if your lucky oatmeal.
There was mold above the shower.
There was junk sitting in the hallways (plunger, Step stool, garbage)
Sink in the room kitchen had no stop when you turned the handle you could turn both handles all day long and it would not stop.

We attempted to check in and they apologized but said they had no rooms available which left us with no where to stay. We were told this “just happens sometimes” and that we wouldn’t be charged but I still have a pending charge on my account. The hotel staff stated his just happens sometimes when the hotel gets booked through 3rd party apps (Hotels.com).

Well we got woken up outta our sleep from water pouring out of the fire water sprayers on the ceiling and it was coming out the smoke detector right about our bed.. all from a room above us that their sink wouldnt stop running so we had to be out before check out. There was water every where coming from the walls and on the bathroom and kitchen floor. At first all they said was sorry but then they said they would give me 10 dollars back which was last week and still haven't received it. Not the best stay but not the worst.

When arrived no one at desk. Two people were sitting outside of entry smoking and they said to go knock on red door around corner which I did but no answer until she came out of door across the hall. When we were going to leave the next morning no one was at the desk again. We were in a non smoking room but it definitely smelled of smoke! There were small holes in the wall behind a stuffed recliner by the window side of the bed. I could not turn the light off by the window side of the bed unless I pulled the bedside stand forward and unplugged it! The grab and go breakfast muffins were super dry! There was only coffee to drink and we don’t like coffee. There were cigarette butts scattered around the front sidewalk when we left.

The No smoking room has been smoked in, a lot. You must ask for every single amenity except toilet paper. The floors are sticky and filthy. I had to wash my feet after walking on the carpet barefoot. It would have been nice to have another blanket

Horrible place. The room stunk really bad. I had to buy a can of febreeze to cover up the smell. It didnt work. I didnt have any towels to shower with. No remote for the tv. And the people in room 233 wouldn't stop banging on the wall all night. This was reported to the staff but nothing was done. It also stunk of Marijuana every where. No staff at the desk between 11pm and 7am. No shampoo or conditioner either. Holes in the walls and a lot of just drug addicts there as well.

Room was not ready for check in. Was going to be another hour and a half. Staff we unprofessional and the facility did not very attractive.

It was decent at best, the shower head and hose it was attached to were broken, I actually bought my own shower head. And the recliner didn't recline at all. Oddly enough, I know the person that had the room before me, and I know they complained about the shower and the recliner, yet nothing was done about it. Probably won't stay there again.

Checked in. Had to wait 30 minutes past check in time to get in room due to it not being ready. When we got to room door wouldn’t shut properly so was told we needed to find a new hotel as maintenance was gone for the day and they didn’t have any other rooms.

I booked a king size bed at extended stay America suites Minneapolis for tonight, Friday 13th, and was horrified upon arrival. Not only did they not have the king bed we booked available for the TWO of us, but the room with 1 queen bed they sent us to was being lived in with trash everywhere.
We had been traveling all day with no desire to subject ourselves to this level of discomfort or frankly, lack of safety as the place was completely rundown.
A complete refund is all I’m interested in at this point and more than fair given the circumstances. Thank you for understanding and making this right.

We first walked in to check in and the desk associate was on her phone and had to wheel her chair over to the front desk to help us. The hotel was dingy, elevator had some trash in it, the door to our room stuck so had to push extremely hard to open and close. The kitchen had food left in it, there was no toilet paper, water on the bathroom floor, smelled like pot, shower head sprayed water from pipe right into the ceiling.
And to top it off, I booked and paid through Hotels.com, but the hotel itself then charged me when we stayed as well. I called to inquire about the charge and all they said was, "you'll have to call back." I called back and they said they don't get payments from 3rd parties so they have to charge. I'm still waiting on the GM to call me back. Do NOT stay here and pay double for a terrible room.

Booked this room after parking in the parking lot. Said 5 rooms left. Entered hotel and was told they were overbooked and I’d have to call Hotels.com for a refund. After trying and waiting for 30 minutes to start the refund process, left that hotel and found one without using Hotels.com. After another 90 minutes of times wasting, I was finally told I’d get a full refund. That was at about 1:45 AM. I’ll never go back, and I’m done with that app.

Police presence. A bit sketchy.

At early evening check in the front desk attendant was unaware of our arrival as was listening to her headphones. Lobby smelled of recent ‘weed’ smoke
Was traveling with family and that room had a broken room phone and key card lock. And a grab and go breakfast should NOT be considered as breakfast included.

The halls smelled like urine. My checkin was delayed by 25 minutes due to no rooms being ready. The bed was dirty and had no mattress cover.

The room was in terrible condition and had a bad smell. Beat up furniture and appliances. On top of that, I was given a room at the end of the hall across from an exit that lead to the back side of the building and there were several guys standing in front of my door by the exit door smoking pot and they didn't want to move out of my way and watched me enter the room. A little while later they were not longer standing in from of my door but one of them was at the end of the hallway looking down towards my room and ducked back around the corner when I stepped out of the room. I felt like I was being cased. I have no proof but I felt like some of the employees were in on it. I grabbed my bag and left. I have NEVER walked away from a hotel room that has been paid for before but I felt so uncomfortable there I had to. I could not see actually going to sleep there.
2.0 / 10.0
No lights or telephone worked in the room we were checked in to.
6.0 / 10.0
There were virtually no amenities in the room. One needed to ask the front desk for everything. No cups in the room. Coffee maker but no coffee. It was clean.
4.0 / 10.0
There is a note in the room that the manager personally inspects the room prior to the guest arrival; the room was in disarray, bathtub unusable, hair in the towels, outlets destroyed and the plug in for the lamp was broken still stuck in the outlet.

Floors were sticky, water was running in the bathtub and could not be turned off. Room smelled and carpet felt dirty.

The young lady at the front desk (in the dirty lobby) had a difficult time finding me a clean room. They had just changed shifts and a list was not left. When she did find me a room, it was a king suite not a single Queen I reserved. She was accommodating and gathered me some towels, however, there were no towel bars (broke from wall). I stood in that room and was horrified. My feet stuck to the floor, there were rusty wire hangers, the window curtain liner had holes throughout, the windows between the inside and outside screens would not close, so there for I could not lock my windows (1st floor), I ran water in the sink and tub and they did not drain and barking dogs in almost every room. I am from out of town. A family member came to pick me up and took me to their home to sleep on their couch. I paid for 1 night and did not stay there. I checked out the next morning and was refunded the remaining three nights I was charged for. This Hotel DOES NOT look like what is advertised online. As a woman traveling alone, I did not feel safe in this Hotel. This Hotel needs serious attention, inside and outside.

Door propped open when arrived. No bedspread, pillow cases, or TV remote. Floor was dirty - did not look like it had been cleaned. Water constantly ran in the bathtub - could not be turned off. Intoxicated person walking hallways. Someone vomited in front of our room. Stayed maybe an hour and left.

We have no objection with governments using hotel facilities to house homeless or aliens, but if the chain wishes to retain my loyalty it must not sacrifice its standards.
The parking lot was littered with trash that had clearly been driven-over for days. The sidewalk leading into the lobby was covered with stains and colored chalk drawings from children resident in the building. We realize that extended stay hotels, with kitchenettes, permit occupants to cook in their rooms; however, more transient guests, like ourselves, do not want to smell the lingering odors of others’ meals.
Moreover, the cleaning staff must have been focused on something other than truly cleaning the room. We did not see evidence of insects, (and we did check the corners of the mattress and bed sheets) but we did leave the hotel with bites.

We paid online $191.54 for the stay. Check in June 7, check out June 9. When we returned to the hotel after shopping on Saturday June 8, we were locked out of room and our stuff had been hastily thrown into our suitcases for pick up at the front desk. They moved us out of the room even though we booked to check out on June 9. The front desk was no use, the agent kept saying “nobody told me nothing.” The manager was not available, day off, and the agent didn’t know who to call and couldn’t provide us numbers. We paid for 2 days but only stayed for 1. We are due a reimbursement for a Saturday night stay as we were moved out and had to go find another place to book for the night. Very inconvenient when we had to be up at 2:30 am for an early morning flight!

Nasty place. Was not allowed to check in due to overbooking. Front desk guy was very unhelpful. Do not recommend

When we arrived we were told there was only one room available. Despite making the reservation weeks ago. Timika was very truthful about the room having an odor and took us to the room to see if it bothered us. It was tolerable. She also gave us 30% off of the price with the promise to move us the next day if a room came available. Upon settling into the room we realized our shoes stuck to the floor and carpet. This finished off our opinion of this hotel and decided to only stay that night.

The refrigerator in our room the light was burnt out we asked 3 times for it to get fix and it never happened just like the lamp was broken as well in the room. There was water all over the bathroom for someone did come and check that out for us the person was very nice and wiped up the floor and checked the toilet for leaks. The manager I believe when we checked out was going to refund us some money off our room it never happened either. Needless to say very disappointing.

I mean the place needs a renovation. The bath tub was running water all night and wouldn’t shut off. The tv is outdated. basically, the place is old and needs to be demolished.
