Best hotel breakfast since before COVID

The housekeeping personal are really good but they don't have a security cameras around the building somebody stole my car from the parking lot and they don't do everything... and i wanna thankfully to the laundry lady she is very nicely.

This was a very nice facility. Loved the pool and breakfast.

Place is very far from clean. Upon arrival the entrance smelled of weed. While checking in was informed that we would not have our room serviced as it only happens every 3 days. It can be requested but this would have been nice to know before booking room. Room was gross. Red chair in room had its arms stained black due to filth. Carpets we sticky and overall room is very worn and not updated. Bathroom was remodeled but sink cracked, faucet not tightened so difficult to adjust. Newish paint but again very worn looking for something that was updated. People yelling in the hall all night long, so good luck sleeping without noise canceling headphones. While the refrigerator was clean the freezer was frozen over. One packet of coffee in bedroom for a booking of two and for two nights. Breakfast was gross and coffee in lobby was horrible. Guests are very questionable and not sure how they could afford the 250 a night. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel and probably no other Radisson again due to this place being horrible. I am not sure how this got favorable reviews in the past. Honestly should have been paid to stay here and write an honest review.

Carpeting needs to be ripped out throughout hotel. Very outdated rooms. The pillows are the size of throw pillows!! We had to go to Target and buy some. For the price we paid, I expected better accommodations and have stayed at much better for the price.

I had a 1BR suite, which was a surprise as I thought I booked a standard room. It was nice to have the space and extra sink for staying a week. I also appreciate the "no kids" swim hours in the late evening!

The King Jacuzzi Suite Was so comfortable and the room was clean

Loved the suite and the hotel overall. Did not like that we had to sign up to use the pool and hot tub, also the amount of chlorine used was so high that is caused our whole party's eyes to be irritated for days.

Tv worked very slow ,had to change rooms 1st room was musty smelling

Liked how close it was to most nessesities. Room never got rid of the damp feeling it had even with the A/C running. Plumbing was very loud from room above me, I definitely knew when they used the bathroom and shower. Breakfast area was VERY clean and well received.

My gf and I had a really great experience here! We stayed in the master suite with whirlpool tub. Staff was helpful and attentive, room was clean and well serviced. The area was prime for our little getaway to Kenosha! Breakfast was good and well maintained as well. We would definitely stay here again!

The check-in staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the facility was very quiet.

I booked this room because my mother was coming in town from our of state and it was her first time in Wisconsin. I booked a handicap accessible room through Expedia but somehow we ended up getting a room that was not handicap accessible. My mother almost fell twice since there were no handle bars in the shower. Also, our room was across the hall from the conference room and there was a meeting on Saturday morning that was incredibly noisy and woke us up at 6am. Furthermore, on Saturday morning I went to get breakfast for myself and then brought it back to the room and told my mom what they were serving for breakfast. My mom asked for me to get her a plate and bring it back to the room since she was in pain that morning. I went to try and get a plate for her and an employee stopped me and informed me that I was not allowed to get another plate since I already had one. I explained to the employee that the plate was for my mother, who was unable to come down herself. The employee proceeded to give me a dirty look and walked away. I was never told that we were allowed only one plate during breakfast and there was no signage saying such. Overall I'm very disappointed in this hotel. The only decent thing about it was that the beds were comfortable. We will most likely look into other hotels when traveling to Wisconsin again.

Convenient between Pleasant Prairie outlets and Lake Geneva right off of I94.

This was our 2nd time staying here and just as amazing as the 1st. Staff always friendly and helpful. My husband loves the different breakfat options. We will be back!

My first time staying here (6/18-24). The staff were extremely friendly. The rooms need to be updated. Paint the walls, fix the shower curtain rod. Change or at least deep clean the carpet. The continental breakfast was okay, nothing special.
