The staff was very nice during check in and when I asked if I could stay a few more hours after the checkout time, they were very polite in being able to accommodate that

This is a nice place to stay, room was clean and spacious. Only down side was No ice machine. Definitely would recommend this property.

Road construction directly in front of property was incredibly loud. Property appears to have been recently remodeled and is in decent shape. Lots of shady people hanging around, though.

large room and full size refrigerator... clean and fresh

Our stay was okay. We had asked for early check in, and never received that which was disappointing to say the least, and it was challenging to get service at the front desk and seemingly no one was tending to the phone even during office hours. The parking lot area was kind of dirty-seemed like there was some homeless people living near the dumpsters. The walls were pretty thin so you could hear a lot of what was going on around you, especially doors slamming. Our shower was broken so getting hot water was challenging. Even though it had a kitchen there was not pots/pans/ or anything at all in there so we couldn’t use the kitchen at all unfortunately, unless we would have packed our own kitchen supplies-which wouldn’t have been feasible.

Takes too long to receive my money back it should be available within 24 hours banks say they dont hold it. They need a credit card processor and bank that returns the money faster. No bed bugs or roaches in the room i stayed in.

This hotel is fine, but I had 2 issues: I had a heck of a time connecting to the WIFI and secondly, there was a small dog in a room next to mine. It barked for hours. I eventually fell asleep but I was not very fresh when I woke up. I had a pickleball competition in the morning. Needless to say that I did not do very well.

I would never gonna make another reservation at these hotel.. they said they canceles and i was there already.. with my kids.. couldnt find another that night and i had to stay on my car
2.0
Despite pre-paying my stay, the remainder of my stay was cancelled. The room got booked again, so the property got paid double for the room. They said that I would need to contact the third party site for a refund, but when I tried calling the property multiple times to get the approval for my refund, they never answered there phone making it impossible for me to get a refund.

Decent hotel

first the hotel is in the worse area of Tucson. scary area and ghetto. The rooms smelled like cigarettes even though there's no smoking. there was trash left outside the room and around the hotel. a crazy person came to the hotel at 1 am screaming looking for someone, it woke everyone up. but the hotel didn't have security to put a stop to it. expensive for the conditions

This hotel is very basic. Nothing fancy. I am a missionary, so I am used to staying in this type of hotel. It was nice having the kitchenette. Downside, NO kitchen supplies: dishes, utensils, glasses, cups etc. Went to Dollar store to buy disposable items to use.

It was a very good deal for what the room came with. They have little kitchens, a microwave, a full size refrigerator, a stove top, sink, and cabinet space. We paid 50 bucks/ night which for five dollars more, we stayed at motel 6 at 1010 S freeway and w didn't get a fridge or a microwave even so definitely was a damn good deal. The only downside or dislike i had in the slightest was that we were put right next to the office, like shared a wall with the office lol. Although we stick to ourselves and aren't worried about getting caught up, it was still a little frustrating to be right there. All in all though, great experience

Not good. Bad costumer service. The hotel has a super 8 motel 6 feeling but with horrible costumer service. Room didn’t feel like they were disaffected and with this covid. That’s important, we left and got another hotel. That’s how bad it was

Very very dirty and old. Pretty gross to be honest.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Decided to throw me out 3 days early when I pre-paid for 5 nights. Disgusting place, disgusting clientele and the BIG, OBESE Manager needs to learn a few things about customer service. Still waiting on my $100 deposit since I went back and cleaned the filthy place impeccably in order to get some money back....

Trashy place not a kid friendly environment

I would not go there again. Everyone was nice, but the general atmosphere was not good. The room was adequate but not overly comfortable. The bathroom needed attention. I got a rash on my face from whatever they used to launder the linens.Free wi-fi was ok, not great.
Indigents hanging around the facilities. This location is very close to the Gospel Rescue Mission which lends itself to may "passersby".

This property was used to be extended stay but this property is now changed to Tucson Siegel and become the worst place to stay with just only two people running the property with such a sticky dirty carpet and smelly room and no room cleaning and no front desk service

I paid my reservation and when I showed up they hotel told me they had no more rooms available and I never got a refund!

Gave us a hassle checking in. Was supposed to have queen bed, had twin. Room booked for two people, had one stained towel. Carpet is nasty. Non-smoking room had cigarette burns all over. Drug deals in parking lot.

The sheets on the bed where dirty and the room smelled like smoke , I was told it was a non smoking room .
1.0
Cheap, no security, no towels, AC not working, a lot of traffic-people-not cars, no ice, police keeping a close eye on the place, garbage building up in the hallways along with dirty towels, lots of dogs. Do not recommend. If I thought I could get my money back rapidly after booking 3 nights with Expedia I would not have stayed.

They first said they didn't have the room I booked. Then they comped the room then I get in the room and it was a mess. Looks like someone had just left. TV was on, water in the bathroom sink and open shampoo and soap in the shower. I was worried about staying there so we left. What a dump of a hotel

It was a bit difficult to contact with staff at night after 11:00pm.

Not much near hotel for eating. Commercial area. Bed was SO hard I had a terrible time sleeping. Hotel itself was clean and close to I-10

This Hotel room did not appear to have been cleaned upon my family checking in. The sink, shower, and toilet were all dirty. The floors were dirty. The Linens were not good quality and the beds were hard and not comfortable.

The Hotel was good, nice and clean. Had to check out early, but my refund was given with no problem.

Had it not been for the fact I heard absolutely everything my neighbors did I would have given this place FIVE stars. The walls are waaaaaaaaaaaay to thin. If you are a heavy sleeper and don't mind hearing your upstairs neighbors walk around then this is a great deal.

Beer cans under the bed, room smells and dirty dishes. I called the front desk about it, employee was rude she told me was nothing she can do about the room. I will never stay again

The Crossland Tucson was clean, located near food/gas, quiet and comfortable.

All I really cared about is that the room is clean and I don't feel gross touching things...This room was so gross I didnt feel comfortable at all. The bathroom was disgusting. The floor, the bed everything. The shower did not have a tub and so it was level with the ground and there was only the outside shower curtain not the inside so water literally covered the floor when I showered (wish I had shower slippers becaise the ground was so dirty) and I had to use half the towells to soak up all the water.

Nothing fancy for sure very basic, room clean, exterior had carts of trash, litter on sidewalks and parking lot.

I reserved a non-smoking room because I am allergic to cigarette smoke. When I arrived the night of 12/10 they told me that I had to take a smoking room becasue they were overbooked on non-smoking. Then she insukted me by saying they did not charge the extra fee for the smoking room! It was late and I had drove 10 hours so I was to tired to try and find a different hotel. And they probably would have charged me to cancel. I was coughing and miserable the two days I was there. This was my second and last stay at this hotel.
1.0
No iron or ironing board. Sheets and towels had hair in them like they werent washed or they just were not cleaned well that kinda grossed me out. I wound up leaving a day early and checking out. They said I had to pay for the night anyways!
3.0
For the money, its ok. The bed was as hard as the floor! The decor was dated, I felt like I was staying in a mental institution room. Not relaxing, just depressing.
