It smelled like cigarettes when it was a "smoke free" room. Sheets were dirty and couldn't sleep because of the other customers being loud in the middle of the night.

There were cockroaches on the bed and in the bathtub.

It’s a dump to be honest. Rooms are falling apart. Not much of anything available. Lots of suspicious individuals and illicit activity. If you don’t book all nights up front you will be charged a $100 deposit each time and it takes 3-5 days to receive the credit back. They are not flexible at all.

This place is horrible. Do not book. I stayed there one night the next day I left because the roach was climbing on my face in the middle of the night. Very nasty , not located in a good area

Very run down. Dirty, unsafe neighborhood, in need of repairs, very sketchy, rough clientele. We won't stay again. We were fooled by the online photos which do not match the actual property. Interior was nothing like photos.

The staff was nice and did the best they could but the property is HORRIBLE the entire place is dirty. They showed me many rooms and most of the showers looked like they belong in an abandoned house. The smell of mold is insane. I'll never stay here again

The rooms are spaces and clean, maintenance appears to be on top of things once its reported. Some of the long term guest are very unclean. And keep in front of their doors dirty. They sets in front of their doors with their room door open, like they're in an apartment setting. Was not happy with check in, the agent was having a personal conversation with two ladies. He did not even asked them to step to the side while checking me in. I had to stand to the side. First room was on the second floor, no direction to the room. I had to asked about the elevator. Get to the room, the shower was leaking, and water on the floor in front of the shower area. Was moved to the first floor, there was another scavenger hunt for that room. There was a lady setting in front of her door and blocking my door, that was just inches away. Bout door mats was dirty including having cigarette butts on them. The fridge was not working had to put my food in the bearly cold freezer. I reported same the morning and when i get back to the room the fridge was change to a new one. There were some other issues that i reported to the agent on checkout. The lights between the two beds was not working. The hotel can be a nice place if attention is paid to it.

Most that stay here are homeless. My neighbor screamed at his wife the entire time. People that couldn't afford the night sleep outside until they can afford a room again. Ghetto children screaming and running around. Florida is so expensive that the poor and disadvantaged are forced to live in places like this. There are 3 ESA hotels within a mile of each other all exploiting people that are down on their luck. This place is too expensive for the quality, but they will get it because no one has any other choice. That's why there's 3 of them, and they're mostly full. they can maximize profits while keeping the poor and disadvantaged both poor and disadvantaged. It's a trap. This is where our country is at.

The sink in kitchen was broke so we had to do our dishes in bathtub. The staff was aware of the issue however no one bothered to fix it. The laundry room was disgusting and all machines were out of order except one washing machine. I already put my money into the washing machine and did not notice dryers were out of order. The front desk refused to refund my money. I called corporate office twice about issues and they refused any kind of assistance. I even asked to move to a different location they refused. I used to be in hospitality and I know we'd certainly never treat our travelers this way!

The room had stains on the carpet that were frayed and were disgusting. It stank of cigarettes, the bathroom had paint stains everywhere, I didn't know if it was paint or another mysterious fluid. I fought with a cockroach that came out of the ceiling while I was taking a shower, I suffocated it with water from the shower until it went down the drain. They said the elevator was broken, I had to climb three floors with three heavy suitcases and no one at the hotel offered to help. I had a reservation for the same hotel the following week. I canceled and booked elsewhere.

Up until this point I've always been satisfied booking through Hotels.com. This time, the photos of the hotel look nothing like the reality. First of all, the room I checked into WASN'T EVEN LOCKED. After wandering around looking for my room because the clerk didn't tell me where it was, I finally found it and the latch was put in between the door and the door frame to leave the door propped open. The room doors are on the exterior of the hotel and are accessible to anyone off the street. I was honestly scared to walk into the room. I had no way of knowing if someone was waiting in there for me. Thankfully the room was empty. However, it was not clean. There were stains on the sink, clumps of hair, stray pills, and other miscellaneous things on the floor. The furniture was falling apart. The dresser drawers weren't even closed. There wasn't even a blanket on the bed, just a sheet and a duvet cover with no duvet. I've stayed at way nicer, upscale hotels for the price that I paid to stay in this disgusting, disheveled room. I will never stay at an Extended Stay again and I'm not sure I want to book through Hotels.com anymore either.
I can see now that many other reviews have similar complaints. I should have read the reviews before booking but if so many people are making the same complaint, why has Hotel.com not updated the listing to reflect what the hotel actually looks like? And how can they possible justify the outrageous rate that I paid for such poor accomodations?

The floors were black when I wiped up a water spill. There was a blood spot on the sheets of my son’s bed and ash marks on the comforter of my bed. We ended up leaving and did not stay.

This hotel should be removed from the Extended Stay network. I have stayed in my share of poorly run and substandard rooms but this one wins hands down. The entire grounds are filthy from debris everywhere to disgusting sidewalks, stairs, room, office.....everywhere you looked it was filthy. Found cockroahes on the floor, in the bed and a lot of cockroach feces around the tub and in the kitchen and all around the bed.
The clerk first booked us into an occupied room. Thankfully the guests were not inside the room when we opened the door. When we came back to report it to her she said are you sure that housekeeping forgot to mark it properly. I said I don't know what that means but there is clothing and kids toys spread about the room. I said I'm pretty sure it is still occupied. She said she has clue how that could have happened. I wanted to say...but I didn't. If you stayed off your phone and not conduct a video call with your boyfriend/husband while you were checking us in this most likely wouldn't have happened. Literally the whole check-in process she had her phone laying on the counter and she kept talking to her friend who I could clearly see in the video chat. The office was a mess and there are so many mechanical issues and violations around the property. The stairwell closest to the larger parking lot is missing the end caps on the metal stair edges that your shows stick to the edge cap and I nearly fell a couple of times. Level this place and start new
