Always good , the only thing I would change is that more towels are needed , preferably two per person . I usually only have a bagel or toast at their breakfast as the sausage and potatoes are always undercooked . But bed is comfy and staff is very nice , most especially Chauncey .

Perimeter door to parking area had a broken latch...notified desk twice but was not repaired.
TV in room had an unusually small screen
Pool water was poorly maintained
Bathroom mirror was not bright enough for makeup application

You get what you pay for. This hotel was functional. It had damage multiple places including the elevator. The 2 floor hallway smelled like someone smoked pot in their recently. The room was fine, but had some damage in the bathroom.

Very pleasant staff. Comfy bed. Pool was clean and plenty of nice chairs; landscaped. Very clean bathroom; nice shower.

We arrived later than we hoped for surgery scheduled early the next morning. The front clerk, Courtney, was WONDERFUL. So helpful and kind. The room was beautiful and very, very clean. Would definitely stay there again!

My rating is very low because integrity is everything and this hotel has none. I simply left a couple of valuable items in their bathroom and attempted to contact them later that same evening of my check out in order to secure my items. I never received a call back, and when I attempted to reach out again in order to retrieve my items nobody seemed to care and again I didn't receive a phone call back. Nothing is being done about this and I'm very upset about it. There are cameras all over the hotel but not once has anyone offered to track down the whereabouts of my things. Maybe they assume that I will just go away, but that's not going to happen.

The property was very nice, & in a convenient location giving lots of restaurant options that are very close by. The rooms were very comfortable and clean! The only downfall is that we were under the impression that the deluxe king suites came with a shower/bath combo, they only come with a shower which was kind of an obstacle with a toddler. No fault of the property, Expedia just needs to update the room features. Other than that, our stay was great!

Stayed for 1 night but the stay was very nice! There were many places nearby to drive to and look around. Staff was polite and answered our questions about nearby attractions. My husband is picky when it comes to out of town hotels and this hotel was on his “we’ll stay here again” list. Thank you for the enjoyable stay!

The staff would knock for housekeeping before check out time. We told them check out was at 11 but they kept coming back. It was very frustrating.

Stay far far far away from this place. I’m convinced the 5 star reviews are fake and from their staff. The night staff working the front desk is EXTREMELY rude. She will roll her eyes at you .. act like your bother her and her precious time. At 1 am that’s the LAST thing you want to deal with . They will charge you way way way more than you quoted after you check out pretty sure we were charged almost 200$ for a one night two bedroom room lol. Even tho I was quoted 100. the breakfast is a joke.. there was no coffee.. half the cereal containers were empty along with the milk and the bagels.. now on to the rooms.. I found trash under my bed.. my sheets were dirty with stains. The room smelled of wet dog .. you could tell our room had not been clean . There was hair In the bathtub. This place is absolutely disgusting and I wouldn’t believe these 5 star reviews because they Arnt true. . They will give you the run around avoid at all cost.

A good quiet place to stay as we are in the city once a month . I do wish thought that more than two towels would be provided . Also , breakfast is supposed to be served until 9 am , and our first morning there , the gentleman was putting everything away at 8:40 and told guests he was closing it down . The second morning , the sausage and hash browns were ice cold , so don’t count on a super fantastic breakfast. I opted for toast and coffee. Overall , clean and safe .

The front desk lady at check in was a little rude and had an attitude, lady at checkout was pretty nice. Outside of that the stay was great, complimentary breakfast was a great plus to the stay!

Very nice and clean facility. I was worried the traffic would be loud being so close to a major street, but it was not noticeable at all. We also had some scheduling rearrangements that the front desk staff were willing to work with which was very accomodating. Having the breakfast bar available was also great before heading out. Also loved the flavored water selection in the refreshments area.

I stayed on the fourth floor last night and it was probably 1 AM before I was able to fall asleep. Had an early business meeting this morning so that made it tough. There were a couple rooms that people were running up and down the hallways, yelling, laughing, music, and television up very loud. It went on for hours.

Good staff. Budget hotel. Severely understaffed and room cleaning etc is difficult. Building smells like smoke, loud guests, heating control in the room makes no sense. Our window was also broken and leaked in freezing cold air. You get what you pay for but facilities have gone downhill.
