It was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. First of all, they should let people know they are tearing the whole front area up to remodel. It was so dusty and loud they should not be open for business. Then my room, starts with black grim on the shower corners, the bathroom floor boards, and on the floor itself. Then I have a booger on the bathroom wall and a Lougee in the sink., THE KICKER a towel with a dried on booger, the clock was off an hour and that is what I went by for my alarm. Then, it was missing the bathroom door handle and black all over the door then the end tables were burnt and Well the window did not shut and lock, anyone could have crawled up in there at anytime and actually as I was leaving, I took a picture of a bike by an open window where someone had crawled inside. The tv was not set up to work on any channel. I fell asleep, I was exhausted, didn’t even know I dozed off…. I went to the front desk the next morning and the only thing she said to me was “ well, did you let them know last night?” “No” I started, I fell asleep and didn’t even realize it. It was so loud from the remodeling I could hardly hear her. I want either my money back and free night of stay somewhere Due to the failure to report anything about the remodel That is wrong for you to do to customers spending their money and trusting in your hotel recommendations!!! Not ok. Oh and I loved getting asked as I left if i could get any fentanyl ,also dirty tampon in front

Never again. This place should be condemned and torn down. The floor was unswept. The sink and toilet bowl were stained. The rack to hang clothes from was coming out of the wall. The linens were stained and in need of replacement. The entire room needed to be painted. The lamp beside the bed and the reading lights installed on the bed were not working. The lady checking me in was attentive, appeared professional and offered to relocate my room when I notified her of the clothes rack, but the other employee behind the counter was wearing sweat pants and didn't appear to be doing anything productive. In fairness, I booked this hotel because of the low price, but for $20 more for the weekend, the alternative was far superior.

This place was horrible! The lights were Jimmy rigged and yes we did get shocked trying to turn it on. The bathroom door was off track and couldn't fix it, tv didn't work, we changed rooms and the new room had a some kind of pipe burn on the floor in the bathroom. Throw up in the hallway and broken glass coming out of someone elses room. Too scared to be out after dark because all of the people that were hanging out in front begging for money and food or just sitting there getting high. Ridiculous!!

Would be better if they didn’t deal with druggies. There was always a group of people outside watching cars. Their doors didn’t work to come in a separate door. The pillows were gross and not good. I would recommend anywhere but there

You get what you pay for - I wanted a cheap, safe place to sleep while I traveled for work and I got that. Never felt unsafe, there's a nice park about 5 minutes' drive away for walking or running, convenient location right off the highway. A few things in the room were broken (lamp in the bed headboard, cosmetic cover for the shower knob), a few scratches in the wall paint, nothing serious or bothersome. Shower was very clean.

The room was terrible. Nothing at all like the pictures. Didn’t seem clean at all. Hard to put in to words how eerily it seemed as though a crime scene was very possibly in this room prior to our stay

Like that Maverick is so close (right next to location) and so is Applebee's and a car wash. Laundry facilities (for guests) could be a little better lit.

Disgusting!!! I should have known of things to come when I used the restroom in the main floor and the water didn’t work. The floor reeked of pot all evening. The room was dirty, toilet seat held together by tape, curtains had wire to try and keep them closed, window cracked and frame coming apart, chair was dirty, stains on blinds and lighting fixtures, light in shower duct taped, pocket door into the bathroom was sticky and dirty…. I could go on. Went out to my vehicle in the morning to a homeless man taking a crap on the sidewalk. I do not know how I even ended up booking this hotel but the 5.4/10 rating is being VERY generous. Get a cleaning crew into your rooms, go buy decent pillows in bulk and get rid of homeless on the premises. Do better!!! On the positive, no bed bugs and the bed was decent for the time I was there.

Room was very small. Looked much bigger in the picture. Cramped quarters. Dog crap all over the parking lot. Pool was in the basement with no hot tub. Very poor lighting and depressing.

The decor is dated and needs a paint job. They also need to change the lock on the door-it would not allow the door to shut tight. Overall, my stay was pleasant, nobody bothered me and I really appreciated that they allow dogs. I met some great pet parents and their furry friends.

Do NOT stay here! Save your money! The place was dirty and it stunk as soon as you walked in. I don't think they know how to clean because the room was dusty. There were stains on the curtains, walls, and bedsheets. We found leftover chewing gum on the tv stand. The toilet was broken and when we asked them to fix it, they never came. The staff doesn’t understand simple english. They advertise free coffee but when we tried to get some in the morning there was none. If I was able to give a negative review I will.

A ton of people congregated outside who will catcall you as you walk in. Staff at the front desk was polite enough but the room was dirty, there was toothpaste on the doorknob and the window wouldn’t even close much less lock. I did not even stay the night here and went to a different hotel instead. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

I have traveled my whole life and never encountered a hotel this bad. To be fair, I thought I was booking a different hotel near this address. People smoking at the front door while others do drugs in the parking lot. Dirty rooms with uncomfortable beds, lights that don’t work, tiny beds on dangerous bed frames with metal protruding out (my daughter has cuts and bruises on her shins), missing door handles, paper thin very damaged walls and the whole supposed non smoking building wreaked of cigarette smoke. No breakfast even though the website says there is. The staff just looks at you like a dear in the headlights when you bring things to their attention and their response is just to switch to rooms that are just as bad. Found out after checking in this is a hotel that houses the homeless population which is great for them but not for paying guests. We left before our second night and went to a decent hotel.

Room smelled of mildew.... Toilet clogged and went to ask to the front desk for a plunger (do not mind unclogging it ourselves) and replied "someone else has it, we'll call u when it's available" ... Never got back to us. .... Shower handle broken as well.

What was pictured was not what we got. Only had three pillow for a king size bed. The door for the bathroom fell off the rollers and the toilet had trouble flushing. The AC unit took about till 5 am to actually blow cold air.

The property was pretty rundown and the customer service was not great, we stayed there 2 nights and no one ever came to clean the room. The pool looked over chlorinated and there was no hot tub. There also seemed to be a lot of police activity at the property during our stay.

We get there and there are a couple of sketchy guys staying right outside the main door as I got to check in. I have a wife and a Young daughter. I did not fill safe with them being in the car alone while I checked in. We get checked in and go to our room. The room is disgusting and smells like weed and our toilet doesn’t work. I told the front desk and they said maintenance will show up they never did. All night there where sketchy people standing by the front door and walking around the parking lot I have stay in motel 6s that are better then this place.

They tried to double charge me. The toilet didn’t work. It took them 8 hours to fix it and we had to look for the maintenance man ourselves. Housekeeping never came to our room. The toilet stopped working again. The bathroom on the main floor had no hand soap or paper towels. They didn’t tell us we needed to renew the room key everyday and we got locked out. People hanging out around the front door smoking and in the lobby as well.

Worst hotel ever NOT recommended! It’s dirty there is bums everywhere not a safe hotel, me and family heard people fighting every night people yelling screaming drug activity going on no safe place to be. Pool broken, no refunds never again would we stay there! Glad to be gone!

Property was dirty inside and out, no housekeeping came to room, could not get extra pillows or towels, staffing didn’t seem to really take care of the guest. Rooms are super outdated and not what it looks like it in pictures.

There was not a damn thing to like. Staff was extremely unfriendly. Used the common area restroom; door didn’t lock, no soap, no paper towels, and toilet was stained yellow. Got to the room; window was wide open, bed sheets were stained and full of dirt, dust, and hair, bugs in the bathroom and overall a ratty unkept space. I’ve already cancelled the second reservation I had to stay here in two weeks when we go on our return roadtrip and this place should be removed from all third party booking sites.
