This hotel room was genuinely horrific. The bathroom ceiling was covered in mold a d about to collapse due to a leak above. Water squished out from under the laminate flooring with every step. We saw a roach in our room. Even the smoke detector was disconnected. Do not stay here. Even at the low price we paid it was way too much. I dont know how this place has survived health and safety inspections, if we would have been able to find alternate accommodations we would have.

Clean medium size room that has clean extra large refrigerator and extra large microwave. It also has new electric stove, however there are no pots and pans (I believe these can be provided if asked for).
It is under new management and is a little quieter than my last stay.
As with some of the other rooms I've stayed in here, the shower Curtain is a little short and the bathroom floor gets wet. This could easily be correct with a new shower curtain and "shower curtain extenders."

Seemed as if the room hadn’t been stayed in or cleaned in awhile. Smelled stale, so we immediately turned on the AC.
We killed a roach near the kitchette table and saw a tic in the bathroom.

Upon arrival noticed and insect infestation. Inform the staff in the front desk and decided to stay at another hotel in different location.

A few minor issues in the room like outlets not working and small things like that but definitely not bad at all for the price

Room was filthy - toilet didn’t work as a dead bug floated on the surface - I’ve never stayed in a worse room in the United States.
Red Roof should discontinue this location.

I would not recommend anyone to stay there. The room was not diddy, there were no cups, ice buckets or ice machines. There was roaches in the room. I had y to hang my luggage up on a hanger to avoid roaches .

Yikes. It was a cross between a homeless shelter and a trap house. Very unsavory types everywhere. My toilet broke within 24 hours. The hotel building clearly was once beautiful but they haven't reinvested in the building at all. The workers come into your rooms without knocking. They try to charge you for smoking when you get a room where someone has clearly smoked. The 1st room of my 2 night stay had no trash can and no bathroom towels. They DID give customer service. They addressed the MANY problems they had. There was a very nice boy/girl at the front desk who was very nice and polite.

The room i was first assigned had roaches all over the place when I pulled up the bedsheet they scattered all over the place. I took video as proof to show the clerks at the check in room of the roaches scattering off of the inside of the bed as i pulled off the comforter and other bedding.
I went down and talk to the people in the office and they moved me to another room. I thoroughly stripped the bed and I didn't see any roaches in that room however, under the bed, there was look like dog food a couple of pieces of dog food.
The first room was completely nasty. The staff said that they recently purchased the place from the previous owner and then the process of cleaning and renovating. I don't know how truthful that is, but I would probably stay at another hotel the $20 more for a cleaner room.
The snack machine didn't work in the laundry room and the hotel looks like it has a lot of people that stay there by the week.

It was disgustingly dirty. The room smelled of ancient cigarette smoke. The floors were so dirty that I refused to take my shoes off.

A few guests, including myself arrived about 15-20 minutes to check in (check in time is at 3:00 pm). We were told that we had to return back at 3:00 to check in. It was horrible booking 3 parties in a tight store front lobby. The hotel and the surrounding grounds were unkept and very dirty. I will never book under this company again.

If you are looking for a truly budget option then I understand why you would stay but honestly it is not worth even as the cheapest option.
When we booked this we were in a bind. As we were checking in the dyer was on fire the fire department had come out. Then our room keys did not work. We had them reset three different times. By the time we got in the entire room smelled like someone smoked a pack of cigarettes in the room.
We decided to go ahead and book elsewhere.

This is the filthiest hotel I've ever seen. You have to give them your dirty towels to get clean ones, they have bugs, the inside of the toilet is rusty, has cigarette burns on the comforters, stained curtains, no ice, it's terrible

Would not recommend at all

Not the hotels fault it’s more a New Jersey thing. Getting in and out of the property is not ideal with the way the roads are. Nothing within walking distance to shop or eat. It’s more of a long term stay hotel so people hanging out most of the day and night.

Unfortunately, I would not stay at this hotel again.
The floors had not been mopped in months if not years, they were absolutely filthy. There was old urine around the base of the toilet. The refrigerator was broken, and I had to put my food in the freezer, which was the temperature of which the refrigerator should have been so both were broken.
The air conditioner did not continuously run, making it extremely hot in the room, and I was unable to sleep comfortably.
There was no phone in the room, kitchen, essentials, paper towels, or dishes to utilize they did not even have a hotel cart to bring up my belongings.
This is not the service one should be faced with when paying $100 per night!!

Not a great place to stay. There was a party in the parking lot, very noisy. The room was hard to find (numbers on doors very small) the room door would not lock (Dead bolt) the room was not very clean and I would not use the bathroom (all that needs to be said).
We will never stay here again!

I haven’t seen roaches since the 90’s. This property has roaches bad. It’s bad when the lights on and you seeing them. Then they didn’t even sweep the floor after knowing they bombed/sprayed for bugs. It was about 7 dead on their back & i saw 3 living & 1 bug i killed i can’t even tell u what it was. I went to front office they changed my room b4 that i asked the 1st person i saw do they have roaches n they room she said yeah all of them do. Like it was normal. The staff was great but the roaches and the term roach motel came from this place.

I am sick from the air quality of the hotel. My throat is swollen and mildew was in the bathroom. I seen one roach. Dirty linen was outside of my room and the desk clerk informed me.... he could have moved it. He didn't. The stairwell needs to be pressure washed due to dust, dirt, ketchup and food on the wall. I only slept four hours each night. Bad stay... places like this make me spend extra for holiday inn.

There was no shower curtain. I had to ask for one and then it was handed to me not even put on for me. There was zero turndown service. If you wanted new sheets, you had to ask for them again they were handed to you.

Rented 2 rooms . No shampoo. Or hand soap. The shower courtain was missing in one. The second night one of our cards didn’t work had to go call them to get that fix. And front desk was very rude.
