Was a basic hotel and I only needed one night. Room smelled musty, and ac vents were disgusting. Overall service was fine. TV had direct tv and the channels were buffering the whole time. Couldn’t watch TV. Woke up and there was sugar ants on the counter.

The staff was good, but this hotel needs cleaning and many repairs. The front and back of our bathroom door were warped and peeling off from water damage. The bed was uncomfortable. Hallway carpeting was torn. The breakfast wasn’t very good.

The room was average. But the staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast area was nice and clean and had a good selection. The girls definitely took pride in maintaining that area. There was also a nice little "store" area to purchase things after hours which was nice if you didn't want to go out

My only concern was while using the walk in shower the floor was slippery in the shower. Maybe if you could put some kind of non slip tabs.

Great friendly staff up front. Hallways and elevator smelled like marijuana. Parking lot was sketchy and wasn’t well lit. Overall, I’d stay again individually, but wouldn’t recommend as a family stay.

Price was great, staff was good and friendly. We choose this hotel based on the high ratings, however we were disappointed when we got in our room. The room had a really stale/moldy smell that even after I put air freshener it didn't go away. The hotel is old in the decor but I can live with that. The shower was the worst, no matter where we put the dial the temperature was uncontrollable. One second it would go from freezing cold to scorching hot. We were woken up all through the night with people walking the hallways having loud conversations, tv blaring from the next room. Based on the smell of room and shower, I would not stay in the hotel again.

There was blood all over our sheets, pillow case, the sheets had obviously not been changed! Old toe nails on the night stand. The room was dirty! This was terrible! And when I asked for new sheets no one would help me. The blood was terrible all over the sheets and management didn’t help much with that or seem care. Please do not go here it’s an waste of money, time, and unsafe!

The first night was okay besides having to wait for over an hour in the lobby to check in because of miscommunications and false advertisement the second day the air wasn't working in the afternoon and we told them twice it finally cooled down after 1:00 in the morning after my husband had to clean the filter himself and they never sent anyone up to the room stating later on that it was possibly because there was a do not disturb sign on the door which was not true . It was hot all night we were even down in the lobby at 5:00 a.m. asking why they never sent anyone and the woman at the desk was very rude and was assuming that we were lying about the AC because she couldn't find it in the computer. So after being uncomfortable all night in a hot room because it is 90° outside it was also an adult and a child up and down the hallway all night long so we were trying to stay another night because we got no sleep and didn't want to travel exhausted and asked if we could get a discount for another night and was really shut down

The staff was very professional, patient (I’m handicapped and a little slow) and offered to help with my luggage, I only had one small bag, I was very impressed by the staff. Every thing was exceptionally nice, I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

In compared to other hotels chain, we were unable to check in a couple hours early when the room was ready unless you have to pay $40 for early check in. After we checked into the room, we discovered that there was water under the kitchenette sink, the faucets in the bathroom and the kitchenette were dripping. There was no hot water in the shower. We went downstairs to Front Desk to complain about the condition of the room, unfortunately the Front Desk didn’t want to change the room. She told us to email the Hotel manager and notified the situation. Well, it sounded pretty silly as we didn’t book the room with water damaged. After we emailed the Hotel Manager, they decided to move us to another room. A new room had no water damage under the kitchenette, had hot shower, but the faucets in the kitchenette and shower were still dripping AND the AC wasn’t cold. We were tired at this point and gave up… We would never recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel.. It was horrible and pricey for the condition and management..
