Room smells bad do to painting I guess. Heater/ AC wall unit loud. Elevator inoperable so we had to take stairs to our 3rd floor room.

We had already been at this hotel for 2 days and we needed an additional 2 days to conclude what we were doing with our car at the dealership. During the total of 4 nights we stay we found a mouse living in the coile in the back of our refrigerator! I could hear something weird coming out of the back of it so I took pictures and caught the little dude in a picture! Super gross! I am just mortified! I thought I had found a mouse turd on the bathroom floor but convinced myself that is not what it was. But that is exactly what it was! Gross gross gross!! I circled him in red in the pucture

The receptionist was awesome and helped us get a 1st floor room since elevator was broken. Bed was great. Cold water ran continuously so we closed the valve since maintenance couldn’t fix til next morning. Hot water ran black at sink for several min. Shower ok. Breakfast was minimal- cereal, yogurt, (no spoons), waffles, muffins. Won’t stay here again.

Reserved 2 rooms of same description and price. Both had microwave as listed, however one microwave wasn't usable because it didn't have the glass piece. I asked front desk and was told that was because some rooms didn't offer microwave. Tried to explain I reserved both rooms of same amenities, but just was told the same excuse. Hotel description says pet friendly, but doesn't say what type so i called to see if 1 cat that is declawed, neutered and toilet trained is allowed. The next day upon checking in, now told cat's are not allowed. After a moment just said ok to my cat and would have to pay the fees, which is fine because I expected to based on being told my cat was welcome. My room was ok, nothing special. My sons room smelled awful and had to get cleaning products to clean AC filter to get rid of smell. There was no smoke alarm, just wires, and had musty cigarette smell or Marijuana smell. After reporting it to front desk, nothing was fixed, and didn't change rooms. I'm okay with being pet friendly, however when the room across from me had 2 dogs that barked if someone walked passed the door in the Hallway, if I opened my door, or any door for that matter. Contacted front 3 times and nothing was done. My cat made no noise, or bothered anyone's stay, nobody called complaining about my cat. So maybe charge animal fees accordingly. Overall cleanliness was not great. Trash bins left in hall, a Q-tip on floor in hall was there the entire 7 days.

Thinking as a Wyndham property it would be clean we decided to stay here. No! Do not recommend! In fact a match is the only thing that can save this. Smelled awful! Floors disgusting and like nobody has vacuumed maybe ever. Elevator broken. Avoid staying here!

I didn't even stay. NO HOT WATER!! ELEVATOR BROKE DOWN and I wasn't even told until check in was completed!! Front desk treated me like S--T!! I demanded a refund and left!! I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THAT PLACE!!

Inside the restroom, the shower wall, appeared to have mole. When the toilet was flashed water poured over the top led of the toilet. Behind the television the electrical strip had been ripped from the wall. These items were reported to the front desk/management.

The room had a broken door, missing drywall, stained carpet that was NOT vacuumed well at all, ac cover would fall off, carpets across the board were gross, broken elevator, and musky smell in hotel. There was also something hard under the carpet that rallied your foot if you forgot it was there. The staff however are phenomenal!

I’ve stayed at Super 8s in the past and they have been just fine. This one was run down and dirty. The elevator was broke and our room was on the third floor. The room had no accessible outlets and trim was falling off the baseboards. Just grungy. The parking is minimal. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

We were there for a kart race at GJMS, so we were away all day we came back and my buddy stuff was missing. It had all his clothes and meds in it. For some reason the cleaning crew took it. Lucky it was downstairs behind the counter. Not sure about that.

The room was clean, and all the amenities that I interacted with, worked. The luggage carts were pretty worn, but still worked. It's not a new facility, but the hotel was comfortable enough and the room air conditioner worked extremely well. The breakfast was what Super 8 serves in the morning. Unfortunately, Very little of the offerings are geared towards individuals needing to balance Carb and Protein grams on a daily basis. Otherwise, it was a solid stay.

Having stayed here before, we were needing a good shower and cool place to stay since it was very hot in town. We got what we needed! And no noisy neighbors! It was so quiet, we thought we were the only ones on the floor. We will definitely come stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights. Everyone was very welcoming. The place is dated but you can tell they are trying to make it better. Bathtub water leaked non stop. Carpet was dated. Beds were decent, breakfast was average. Waffles, pastries yogurt etc. we would stay again.

I was a single woman traveling. There was a large group of bikers hanging out in the front of the entry area when I came to register. I waited to check in and when I asked if my room would have a refridgerator to keep my food. I was told that no rooms were available and I could not get one. I disposed of my left overs because of that when i went to my vehicle to get my luggage. (walking throught the large group of men still gathered in front of the entrance. When I got to my room, it DID have a refridgerator not plugged in but it was too late to get my food back from the trash of course. the door to my room did not go down to the floor-it had a gap about 1 inch from the floor so the light and sound from the hall penetrated my room. it was difficult to sleep with people in the hallway throughout the night. I will not be staying at this facility again.

Beautiful pool, decent internet, and super pet friendly even thought theres a fee for dogs. Truly was a good stay for a super 8, except the carpet. The carpet was so filthy that walking around with out shoes for 10 minutes in our room the soles of my feet turned BLACK!

Staff tried to assist but it’s hard to do when the TV was broken, A/C dials were broken, sink was plugged. Very disappointed. 2nd time we stayed there. Was reserved for 2 days.
