Very roomy and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

I try to visit this resort every year or so in shoulder season for a quick weekend away. The room was clean, bed was super super comfy. Check in was quick and hospitable.
The bathroom could certainly use some updating. The kitchens should be stocked with more supplies for actually cooking in them. We knew we were eating out this trip so I didn’t pack all the kitchen stuff I normally have to bring. The bathroom sink backed up just from washing hands but does empty slowly. None of which are a big deal. Biggest thing if your renting full kitchens at least have basic supplies to actually use the kitchen.
Overall I had a wonderful stay as I normally do. Thanks Trickle Creek and Staff!

There was no mention that the restaurant and most of the facilities were closed already for the winter (this was the beginning of September). Rooms were fine - clean, simple.
Check in was exceptionally late at 4:00pm with check-out being at 11:00a.
Overall, it wasn't anything special, and too far out of town to walk anywhere for dinner or something. Too far from downtown to get to the restaurants or anything.
So, for this time of year, I wouldn't recommend it unless you're playing golf.

Older property but well maintained.

Room was spacious & very clean

Stay was fine. It is looking a little run down.

Property was your typical ski chalet. Rooms are older and worn, the pull out couch was in rough shape, springs coming through, angled towards your head so my son had to sleep backwards on it. Visible springs poking through the couch cushions. Bathroom shower very noisy. Was ok for a 1 night stay.

Appliances in room did not work p

Great location! Facilities need to be upgraded, renovated, refreshed, and cleaned for the cost to stay there. Not a 5* accommodation for the price. It’s a solid good hotel, not a great one.

Using COVID as an excuse for inattentive room upkeep is not acceptable. The real reason would suffice.

Starting to get a little dated, but overall a nice place to stay in a beautiful area.

Liked everything overall .

The hotel advertised restaurants and a bar but none were available. This should have been clear when booking.

We loved the balcony where we could have morning coffee, the hot tub to relax, and well stocked to meet our needs

Bathroom fan was connected to bathroom light and was very loud.

The area is quiet and there is underground parking which is a plus.
Did not like service at the front reception area when we first arrived.

Rooms were clean. No staff at night. No garbage can in the room or soap etc.

Suite was clean, nice towels & bed comfortable. A non-stick frying pan would have been great with scrub pads to clean pots & pans. Great to have a full size fridge with ice maker. Underground parking was convenient.

Not worth the money for a summer stay. The property is ok. The room we had was good for a family of four. The pool is good for small kids, but not really big enough for my 10 and 14 year old. Inside property is dim and definitely showing ware. The photos posted look nicer tan the real thing.
They only way I would go back would be in winter to ski as it’s conveniently located at the base of the mountain.

The rooms are very dated I think they new some renewing.

No amenities, no restaurants.. they don't tell you until check-in. Suites are nice was clean.

Great location right on the ski hill!

The hotel is in bad need of an update. For the price we had to pay (long weekend pricing) I would have expected a little better. Guest services at the check in was fantastic. Facility not so much. Kitchen in suite was poorly supplied. Minimal dishes and cookware. Just kind of expected more for the $400 plus a night we paid.

My first time in Kimberly…super comfortable and decent.

Property was old and dated. Very dark and not well lit. Bathroom fan was very loud. Loved the outdoor balcony. Receptionist was very friendly and personable. I realize this place is a winter snow resort and the wear and tear it has succumb. Wish there was places to get breakfast nearby.

We have stayed here before a few years ago and it was a nice place but it has definitely gone down hill. It’s in desperate need of renovating and cleaning. Nobody was in the pool area and we realized why when we saw how dirty it was. The restaurant is terrible.

I enjoy having a bedroom with a door from the kitchen/living room area. As well as a full sized fridge.

This is an older condo property on the Ski Hill. The staff is friendly and the pool was nice to have with the heat.
We have stayed here before and will probably stay again.

Beautiful, clean resort.

Our room was very nice. One of the hot tubs was closed. We had to share the one hot tub with two drunk men arguing very loudly. A little uncomfortable. The dining room was closed so we ate in the bar. The food was not worth the money we paid.

The lodge was in a great location. Rooms are outdated but was clean and spacious.
The restaurant and lounge are only open for a few hours a day, wasn’t convenient at all.
In order to get the room cleaned , you must request instead of the cleaning staff actually coming around like hotels chains. In saying that , all we needed was more towels and the staff was AWESOME. Front desk employees were amazing

Service was good, but felt like there may have been some mould in the walls from water damage. Triggered allergies like crazy.

We had a great stay at Trickle Creek Lodge. Our studio suite was clean and quiet, only thing is the microwave didn't work and the fridge was turned too high so froze my newly purchased fresh BC Fruit. Staff was not overly friendly.

Place was nice and tidy. But the room which where we were staying the dining chair not clean. Also theh should have smart TV in both of the room. INTERNET was slow. Servide was nice andvery responsive. The only isseu that we have with the Toilet. It was clogging all the time. Had to call the management three times to fixed it. Anyways other than than, very cosy and nice place, and quite place. The best part was the restaurant in there. Food was excellent. Hats of to that.

Pool was cold and very, very dirty. Only one of two hot tubs was working. The hot tub was tiny. I was charged a fee for my dog that I was not aware of. The place is in need of some serious work. It is very run down.
