It is not a hotel, it is a motel. It is not a very well kept motel either. There was a space between the door and the frame that let a draft into the hotel room. The heat barely worked. It was not very cleanly and it did not feel like a safe environment. Which is why I ended my trip two days early. It’s hard to get into the parking lot because the road is always packed with cars for the other businesses and it also shares a space with a restaurant. There is also graffiti on the wall right in front of the hotel which tells you exactly what you’re about to enter into. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. Especially Joanne. The new system they used , double charged me by trying to pre-Check in online and I was never given my military discount. We will not be returning to this La Quinta but still loved other La Quinta’s in Texas.

This facility was dirty and needing major repairs. Our phone did work. The floor i the restroom was lifting and you could see opening between the tub and floor. There was long hair strands and dirt on the room floor, walls, and tub...it was not clean and we did not feel comfortable sleeping in the bed or using the towels.
The ned was made neat and the room made to appear neat, however it was not clean and appropriate for hotel guests.

Our bathroom door didn’t close correctly, the closet didn’t open the right door was locked for some odd reason. The toilet seat was broken. The beds were a bit small, they were supposed to be queen but seemed to small.

The room door was ajar when I got there, which made me feel super unsafe. It also smelled moldy and musty with an acrid sharp additional smell that burned my nostrils. I hopped online and booked another hotel room elsewhere.

First of all there was a dirty wash towel in the shower there was dead roaches in the bathroom n the room stunk as if someone had been sleeping there n took their shoes off so smell like bad feet

I checked in at La Quinta by Wyndham on August 4. When I got in, it was a little bit late and I was hungry for dinner. I unloaded my car without really looking around inside the room. When I returned back to my room and had a chance to really look around, it was apparent that my room looked nothing like the photographs online. There was a hole in the bathroom door. Black mold, growing inside of the bathroom. The exhaust fan didn’t work. There was no dresser in the room or a table. It had one lamp with one little tiny trashcan. I went up to the front desk where I checked in. I proceeded to tell the young lady at the counter all the issues I had with the room. She just stared at me blankly. I realized I was not going to get anywhere with her And asked about the manager. She stated the manager would be there in the morning. I spent the night in that room. In the morning I had surgery so I had to be dropped off at 7:15. The person I was accompanying had to go and get us a different room. What made it so horrible was that I had to come out of surgery to a room that wasn’t set up and ready for me to lay down. Also the Complementary breakfast left a lot to be desired. Definitely won’t be staying there again.

Overall, the stay wasn’t too bad. I slept good, which was good. When I arrived and walked in the room, it wasn’t fully clean. There was long fake acrylic nails on the floor, the drawers were broken, the mini fridge was very wobbly and every time you opened the door the fridge would tilt over. In the pictures, it looks a bit light but it was a lot of nails. Also, didn’t have a do-not-disturb sign, had to go ask for one. Once I got the sign, no one knocked the entire 5 days I was there. Which I was surprised. Usually, hotels have a 3 day policy they have to clean and exchange the sheets. But I will say, it was nice not having anymore knocking early in the morning.
Waiting for check-in, took 15 mins for the front desk person to return. Then processed the information.
The pool was okay. It wasn’t clean, there was a bunch of styrofoam pieces in the water. The lounge chairs had each set fabric ripped or falling apart.

The bathtub looked filthy and had mold so we did not use it at all. The AC unit was super loud which acted as white noise for me, but for others it might not be so enjoyable. The beds were creaky and squeaky but comfortable just hate waking up the other person after every movement. The television and microwave did not work at all. At checkout I let the woman know that the appliances did not work. She then tells me “oh maybe it was a switch” So if there is a switch that makes the appliances work why not let the guests know that information? Completely unsatisfied the breakfast was extremely limited and the only thing being refilled constantly was the coffee and not the food items, which were already only sausage links and an egg patty. The bread options were 3 bagels and about 6 pieces of toast only and it was 8:30 when breakfast does not end until 9:30. So I do not understand why no one could restock the breakfast station. The waffle station was a mess completely unkept and the batter tasted like nothing at all. Also was the absolute hottest lobby with hardly any AC at all.
