Need more clean

Jamie at the front desk was outstanding! They're lucky to have her. The owner is very kind. Our room was clean and well-maintained. For the price, we were highly satisfied. The only 2 issues we had were the doors that were supposed to only be accessible with room keys were open to all. There are a lot of undesirables but that's to be expected at this type of motel. We needed a last-minute place to sleep while we were in town buying a scooter and this place fit the bill.

The front desk lady was not very nice. Checkin was great, but departure was not pleasant due to irate customer and rude front desk. I would not chose facility again.

The first room had cockroaches in the sheets when we pulled back the covers and in the second room that they replace me in it was dog turds already in thejooʻofrom previous guests and the window was wild open with no screen for bugs to come. The place was dirty as hell and i found a nose ring on the floor that my dog was playing with.

The hall ways smelled like marijuana, rooms need to be repainted and waited for 45 minutes for someone to help me check into my room.

Worked well for traveling thru from md to tn. Stayed halfway in roanoke. Only slept there but it was nice, comfortable and quiet.

Desk agent was in a loud argument with a patron when I arrived. Room was in poor physical condition. “Breakfast” was poor, no milk for cereal, white bread for toast. No desk agent available at check out.

I didn’t even get to stay at the hotel! I paid on hotels.com for a room and was really excited but there was a not mentioned deposit that they were trying to make me pay will I got to the hotel, me being 19. No I don’t have the deposit money that you never told me I needed. But ok no big deal just give me my money back since I can’t stay in the hotel I paid for… right? No I had to go through 80 million phone calls then they said I would get a refund finally , well no. Never received! Wouldn’t recommend this hotel or booking app.

The hotel was dingy and we got our room. Some of the lights did not work. The bed also had a noticeable stain and there are many reviews of bed bugs. When we arrived. The area was very unsafe looking and had shady characters in the parking lot lingering around.

Didn’t even get to stay here because the site didn’t list the fact there is a 100 dollar deposit required to stay there. Since I didn’t have that deposit I was not able to stay and wasn’t refunded so i paid for a room that I never even got to use or enjoy will never book here again. Had to come out of pocket for another room. Worst customer service ever. Then never receive a response from the hotel on the situation it’s a low down shame they take your money for a room you didn’t get to even use at all and should post something about the 100 dollar deposit that is also required instead of find it out after you arrive and then pretty much told sorry about your luck highway robbery if you ask me.

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. We made a reservation for Friday to Saturday. We were just driving through on a road trip and needed a place to sleep for a few hours. First of all, doesn’t say they want a $100 CASH deposit when you check in but you do. Then I had to argue with the front desk kid for 5 minutes because he was trying to charge us $30 for an early check in. I had to explain it MULTIPLE times that we were leaving in the morning. Our reservation was for Friday to Saturday. It was 1am. We were literally leaving in a couple of hours. Finally get our room. It smelled so bad like cat pee it was disgusting. Tv didn’t work. Burn holes in the blankets. Good thing they charged us a $100 deposit so we didn’t trash the room lol we are people who sleep with the tv on. But whatever tried to deal with it and the smell. I laid there for about 15 minutes trying to sleep but the smell of cat pee was so intense, I finally gave up and went to ask for a new room that didn’t stink and had a working tv. Gave me the next room down. It smelled but not like cat pee. Tv worked. Room still was icky but whatever. Got a couple hours sleep and got out of there. They should have paid US to sleep there. We did a cross country trip and stay at lots of cheap hotels everywhere across the US. I am not a complainer nor do I have high expectations for these places but a clean room that doesn’t smell shouldn’t even be a question. It’s a bad place to stay.

Nice people. Clean room. Hot shower. Comfy bed. No problems. Sorry we slept through breakfast, but it looked like a good one.

They wanted to charge me a $100 CASH deposit on the room....never stayed...tried canceling by calling Manager.....they charged my credit card for the room $194 & i never stayed....disputed the charges to my card without my authentication.....never stay there....bunch of damn crooks

Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. None of the lights worked in the room except the bathroom. Sheets had tears and burn holes.

The motel does not have an elevator, a business area or a gym.

The first room the AC wasn't working. In the second room the AC was new, so the room was quite cool. The bedding had holes in bedspread. The bathroom rack were the towels were located was rusty as hell. And a roach crawled on the microwave. That was the last straw, i check out that night lol. I got the room on a discount and it was cheap. So you pay for what you get. lol I would never stay there again.

Rooms were dusty and smelled. My mini refrigerator didn't work, the TV remote had tape keeping batteries in, the desk edges were all chipped off, the toilet tank lid didn't even match the tank, cigarette burn marks on bathroom sink.

The toilet was broken (unable to flush) light didn’t turn on A/C stuck on 63* other than that it was fine for a cheap hotel, but you need to be able to flush the toilet and turn on the main light in the room

Facility and room was not clean. Trash and dust in our room. Towels were threadbare and dingy. Cigarette holes in comforter. Non smoking room had an irritating smell.

Is this the most up to date facility? No. There's some dust, clearly not a ton of people working there, some concerning signs about deposits at the front desk - but it was clean and I didn't worry about anything and I had a good night's sleep and I'd stay here again if I'm in the area. It's good enough. It's very good enough.
