It was decent. The only complaint Is that the shower drain is wide open and a roach came out of it. But other than that, it was very cozy for a simple solo trip.air conditioning was great also.

Checked in and found a bed bug. The staff had no problem refunding nd understood why we wanted to check out but the fact that they weren't surprised leads me to believe its a known issue.

It was not bad at all. The staff were friendly and courteous. The room was clean. It was a bit noisy from the cars racing by but I suppose that will be as it is next to a busy road. I would have preferred a coffee station inside the room but that is neither here or there. It served its purpose as we just slept there.

I checked in but couldn’t stay at the property. The scent of marijana was strong in the check in area and the outside looked area looked very unsafe. I am asthmatic and had booked a non smoking room so this could not work. I had to get other accommodations for the night.😡

I no sooner arrived and a couple of hours later I had to leave for a family emergency. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and refunded my account for the unused day without a problem. I have stayed at the Hampton in VA Beach. They had horrible customer service. I will be staying with you guys.

It was very very dirty place. Roaches insects were everywhere in the room. Rooms were stinking like rotten eggs. I would not recommend anyone to book this property even with free of cost. Generally, i don’t write reviews but this place was horrible.

Me and my familys rooms smell moldy and bad I was in room 122 and my brother was in room 113. It was hard to sleep in the room cause of the smell and when I woke up on Sunday there was a dead water bug under the desk in my room and the and dead roache by the mini refrigerator. And I have taking pictures. After driving back home I developed a very deep cough and headache. I know what mold is cause I remolding apartment and many house in my time. I am certified mold detector. And my stay wasn't happy at all and my family. This is unacceptable and unhealthy for anybody stay.

There was hair in the shower and bugs on the floor. A flea jumped on my while there, and we unfortunately had to leave to find a different hotel. Thankfully they told me they would refund the stay, which we're still waiting on.

The lobby smell oddly of some type of spiced lemon, not unpleasant, but odd. The room was poor. The room smelled very strongly of mildew. Ended going to a local store to buy disinfectant to make the smell go away, but was still strong in the sheets. If I was in a better economic situation, I would have spent 300 to stay in the city a Marriott or The Hilton, butI was on a budget

This hotel was not clean and was very run down. The staff didn’t care that items in our room needed repair - light and refrigerator. We informed the staff multiple times but nothing was done. They could have offered us a different room if they weren’t able to repair them. But no communication from staff at all. I would not stay here again.

My wife checked us in and she called me with the room number, once I came in with our bags I was harass by the owner. I told him my wife just checked us in, he begin following me. If we wasn't there for a graduation I would have checked out. I was pisst

The property allows tenants with dogs. Barking dogs kept me up until 2am in the morning. Limited lighting in the room made it dark and it smelled like cigarette smoke in a "non-smoking" room.

The room was okay until we realized that they had roaches. There were two little ones and then a giant one seemed to crawl out of the wall. We decided to leave and the front desk clerk gave us what seemed to be a well rehearsed corporate notice saying we couldn’t get a refund and I told them I wasn’t leaving without the money for the remainder of the stay and eventually the deposit was returned. Will not recommend and won’t ever stay again.

This place is very DISGUSTING the lady at the front desk RUDE!!. She kept rolling her eyes and interrupting me mid conversation. She try to insinuate me and my fiance that we didn’t have money on our card saying “check your bank” in a very rude way. I came all the way from Delaware to be disrespected? And also when is there a rule you can’t sit out side your door that you pay for I have a bad leg so I was waiting for my fiance. Holes all over the room. Burn holes in the walls also on the sheets. Floor falling apart. There is a smell that lingers the whole hotel even outside. They have crack heads running in and out this place. This is not safe for family and kids they have crack heads sitting outside the hotel people parking on the wrong side of the road. But that staff was nice beside that lady in the front desk

Wasn’t too bad of a stay. Saw a little roach once turning in the light but only one. Tub mat looked dirty and toilet paper was pretty much done on the roll.
