We were very disappointed in our stay. To start with I booked two rooms to pay on arrival. I arrived first and told the desk clerk I was paying for one room and the other couple would pay for their room. He charged me for both. They were supposed to have breakfast, it consisted of two kinds of dry cereal and a waffle maker. Nothing else. I went down from my room in the morning about 7:30 to get coffee. When I took a drink I found it was cold. As of leaving the motel there was still no fresh coffee. The room was OK but the bed was as hard as a rock. All in all I do not recommend this motel.

No housekeeping, they didn’t take the trash out.
They were always understaffed, and didn’t communicate properly. They changed the breakfast time without a prior notice, which was a trouble. The breakfast is bare minimum anyway.
Bathroom sink was clogged from the beginning, the desk light didn’t work.

Poor, charging for early check in even though we weren’t going to be in the room until later in the evening. Dirty floor and plaster falling off ceiling in shower area, breakfast only choice of waffle or cold cereal.

Our room was very noisy. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6am. There was NO motel employees there by 6:30 am to get Breakfast started, to check out or anything. Couldn't wait any longer, had to get to airport. Never stayed at a motel with no one at front desk in the morning

Stayed here for 1 night, the room was ok but breakfast was very poor. Two choices of cereal and 1 waffle machine so you had to wait in turns to get some food. Nobody at the desk when I checked out and got charged twice for the room. I tried multiple times to phone them as soon as I noticed they had taken payment twice on my CC but there was no answer. I emailed them and never received any answer. Eventually they reimbursed the error 1week later with no explanation. I would not recommend this motel.

the clerk was confused about our room payment. There was no ice machine and the clerk suggested we go to McDonalds to get ice. Tub was very stained and the shower head was stopped up. A/c unit cover kept falling off and it had a piece of blue paint tape on it to try to hold it on.

I have stayed at a number of Super 8s and the breakfast and breakfast facility at this location are very poor. Breakfast consists only of coffee/tea/juice, make your own waffles and dry cereal. This is a far cry from other Super 8s that in addition to the above provide yogurt, bagels, bread, and fruit. The facility for breakfast has wires running on the floor and bare white walls. It is obvious they have done the absolute minimum to meet what are likely Super 8 requirements. Would definitely never stay here again.

They have no help. Nobody at the front desk. After calling the number that was on the desk 5 times i finally got a hold of someone to come from another motel to check us in. Then was charged $25 for checking in before 3, which was not posted anywhere. Nobody was at the desk the next morning when checking out either.

Room was clean and neat but the breakfast was just short of a disaster. Ice machine broken, back door broken. Rack over the toilet is so narrow our towels fell in the toilet. The property needs some TLC!

A/C didn’t work and was given a stand up fan. Miserable night sleep. Under staffed Nobody at front counter to check out with. Several people just threw their keycards on the counter and left.

The room was disgusting. There was someone’s hair in the bathroom sink, bathroom reeked of mildew, wrapper on the floor, and huge old coffee stain on the bedding. The AC did not work properly either, it was loud and turned on every minute for 30 seconds. We would have left out of there running if it was not for the fact that it was late and there were no other hotels available due to moving our child in for college at MSU. Worst experience ever, slept with our clothes on for 7 hours and booked out of there as fast as we could.

The pillow top mattress was new and very comfortable. It was a quiet room in spite of its proximity to the roads. But, the "continental breakfast" was not a breakfast. Only fruit loops for cereal, waffle batter, and orange and apple juice. No pastry, bread, no other cereal choices, no yogurt, no yogurt, no fruit. No coffeemaker in the room although I got one on request. They do not handle any currency so I was not able to leave a tip in the room. Don't give me the excuse of not handling money due to "safety reasons." Covid epidemic has been over for years. Motel was short-staffed.

The location is right by the highway exit. A minute to McDonald’s and Subway. There is a big supermarket and Starbucks across the street. 5 minutes to downtown. We requested a pack-and-play for our toddler, but the newer one was broken and the older one was dirty so we ended up not using them. Our room was right next to the public washer and dryer. Other guests started laundry before 7am when it was supposed to be used after 7am. Everything else was ok. Staff was very nice. There was a sign at the front desk that they are short staffed and had to call the number on the sign to get assistance. It was tolerable for a quick one night stay.

This was the worst hotel room i’ve ever had in my experience for $450. There was no breakfast yet when i called to reserve the room the woman at the desk told me that they had a nice continental breakfast. Why were the rooms jacked up so high on august 9th yet one day later that lousy dirty room was $180. there was a a wall near the heater unit were you could see outside. This is price gouging which i thought was illegal.

Property is overpriced. Beds are old. Ice machine didn’t work. There was no plug for the bathroom. The place was very short staffed. No one could help with issues. The included breakfast had Froot Loops and a waffle maker. No fruit or yogurt or even a healthy cereal. Don’t stay here.

Upon arrival and check in we entered our room and found that it has not been cleaned since the previous people. The hotel was under staffed and had only one person working. While this person was cleaning our room, as there were no others available, they also had to continually go to the front desk and help others. It took over an hour for our room to be ready. It was tidy but I can't say it felt clean.
After that we slept till an early morning hour when there was a loud banging noise that happened again and again. Then a large group of people must have been leaving and were loud. Sleep was limited.
The breakfast station was minimal, two kind of cereal, one jug of milk and the waffle maker. There was no one around to ask for help.
This is not a place we will ever stay again.
