Excellent service.

There was no place in the hotel to buy water or food, I had to go out of the hotel which looks a dangerous area just to get some water. There was not hot water.

The neighborhood is terribly unsafe. I feared for my safety even in my room. I closed the curtains and put a chair in front of the door because the lock chain was broken. The room smelled of mold and the bathroom was filthy, I could see hairs in the nooks and crooks. The hotel felt rundown and the pool was not available. There is no restaurant or bar. I hated every moment of my stay and left as soon as I could the next morning. The pictures are deceiving. The lobby looks classy, but the rest of the hotel is not so well maintained. I DO NOT recommend. One good thing though: the water pressure was great. That’s it. If I wasn’t worried I would get fungus on my feet, I would have enjoyed the shower.

Part of the reason i booked was because of the casino but it was closed. In fact the hotel looked like it was closed. Its a big beautiful hotel but i think i was the only guest my first night. The saving grace was the staff who were excellent and attentive. They were the reason i decided to extend my stay

My first night sleep was not so good. if you stay in a room facing the main street, it gets very noisy starting at 5:30 am until 11:30 at night. So I asked to change rooms for one in back, where it was very quiet. The food is good and for those of you who enjoy German beer, the bar has 3 different Paulaner to choose from. Nice semi-interior pool with glass block ceiling.

We were there for 10 days, they told us that they were fixing the pool, but no one ever work in there, so it's closed.
The breakfast included in the price is awful and some days they don't even have milk or cheese.
Bathroom always have a bad smell that come from the pipes.

This hotel was perfect for two nights in Tegucigalpa. In a safe-ish area too. Only downside is that if your Spanish is limited it is hard to communicate

Very unfriendly staff. It was clean and tidy, but rather cold and seemed like no one was there. Not many options with free breakfast. No coffee in rooms and none until 6:30AM

Stayed total of 4 nights 2 nights then another 2 nights
Cons: pool was closed, under repairs
One elevator closed for repairs,
Casino was shut down.
Cleaning just use a mop and water to mop leaves the room smelly, at least add bleach,
Hotel n room were old and in need of repairs lobby had major water leak in roof, so they had a 20 gallon trash can catching the water in the lobby,
The room although large had horrible views and the a/c was loud.
Breakfast was so so depending on who is waiting your table, it will be how much breafast you will get...
If your adventurous you can easily walk during daytime to the main central park, shopping, food court, market and the Catheral is about 6 blks away.
I was charged 2 nights at 45 dls a night told there where no rooms for friday so l had to check out go to another hotel and come back for the other 2 nights and then was charged 60 dls per night the last 2 nights so make sure uu confirm price before agreeing to stay more nights.
Pro's beautiful mural in fromt of pool area,
Good beer selection at bar
Great front desk help especially ANA :-)

I booked the executive suite for a 4 days stay - After checked in I noticed the suite wasnt cleaned - the furnitures were damaged. I notified concierge then a housekeeper was sent to clean the suite - she didnt change the sheets - the hotel offered us no apology. The restaurant staffs werent friendly at all, however, the food was delicious, unfortunately, it wasnt enough to kept me there. I checked out the following day.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the Hotel and in particular my Room!I was equally impressed with the Hotel Staff who made my problem theirs and quickly furnished answers to my questions and the provision of whatever I desired. I enjoyed the people and my stay in the Hotel and will likely return again one day!

Room was much larger and nicer than expected after reading other reviews. Average staff for our one night experience. Casino was not open at al (this was a Thursday night)l, advertised on the website 365 days a year, another friend stayed here a month prior and had the same experience. All in all very average. Very noisy street if your room is in front. horns start around 4 am so dont plan to sleep in.

This is one of the worst hotels Ive stayed in. I am typically very generous with my evaluations so you may want to subtract a point from my score if you really want to know how most others would view this hotel. This was my first time in Honduras and only stayed here one night. The hotel needs maintenance, the surroundings are full of graffiti and are not safe. The river behind the hotel is full of trash. The staff was courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean but the sheets were old and worn out, the vertical blinds were falling off, the mattress sagged a little, and many shower tiles were cracked and mildewed. The air conditioner worked well. As I returned to my room to get some things, the hotel staff was sweeping water out of about six rooms, mine included. A pipe had broken in the room across the hall. My daughters purse and its contents got soaked. The ATM in the hotel would not give me cash. I had to walk about two blocks to the Honduras Maya -which looked much, much nicer- to get cash. I was going to get cash again at night because the taxi company wouldnt accept credit, but the security guard advised me not to go because I could be assaulted by a gang of homosexual men who frequented the area at night. I decided to wait the following morning. Finally, the food in the restaurant was so-so. I liked my sancocho panameño, a Panamanian soup with beef, chicken, plantain, yucca (cassava), plantains, and potatoes. My daughters hamburger was not good.
