Staff was amazingly help and courteous and the facility was amazingly clean. The only real detraction was the remodel being done on the hotel parking tower.

The customer service at check in was horrible when we arrived to check in the first we went to was not even cleaned or ready so we went back down and they gave us another room when we got in that room it was not a king bed that i booked instead it was a queen dbl bed. I went back down and was told just because I booked a king room that per Harrahs policies it is not guranteed. I asked the rude manager where that policy was she stayed its there and basically I had to deal with that room. I looked through booking policies and did not see nothing like that. I believe she just did not want to help. That is unexceptable and I hope going forward your front desk staff treat your guest a better.

Front desk staff was very friendly and the check in/out process was quick. Room was very clean and comfortable. Downside was, there was no place open to eat at 8p except for Mexican food. We did eat there and the food was very good but very expensive.

Very nice huge room

Good location but tired and in need of repairs. Staff friendly and patient.
4.2
Very nice staff. Unfortunately only one dining option. The toilet area of the bathroom had a few questionable hairs in it but the room really was nice.
4.2
There are three bars on the property. One was little more than a bank of games with a server. All were closed by 9ish.

My stay wasn’t good at all. Customer service was ok but my room… WAS DIRTY THE TOILET THE FLOORS THE ICE BUCKET THE COFFEE POT THE SHOWER..
4.2
It was ok. Could use some updating but was fine for the price.

Nice place. Great service

Nice hotel, great room , comfy pillows , awesome price through hotels .com
4.2
No restaurant on premises.

More than we expected for a small casino
4.2
To high priced. Elevators- only one working and so small you could barely get luggage cart inside. Have to go security check everyday even if staying at hotel. Hotel was freezing. Two places to eat. One like snack area and the other expensive.
On positive side rooms & bathrooms are huge.
Negative on room- afraid to sit on couch or chair. Disgusting.
The casino area small . Manly slots. There is a smoking area inside for those who need it. All the staff here are very friendly.
Won't stay here again.

The customer service team at the hotel could have been a little friendlier. The hotel room was very nice and comfortable.
4.2
When we check in the toilet was plug and had full of toilet paper in side of toilet.
4.2
Very nice hotel. Room is very spacious for a king.
4.2
No hot water throughout the hotel!! Unable to shower in the morning!!

As soon as I entered room 406, I felt a sense of uncleanliness. I didn’t want to touch anything. The room was very outdated. The bathroom had hair on the floor and inside the tub. The bathroom faucet is corroded. My wife and I slept with our clothes on. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. I started to take pictures but figured it wouldn’t do any good. I didn’t complain to the front desk because it was only for the night. If I wanted a cheap and dirty looking room, I would have gone to the Red Roof Inn. I’m sure there are other nice rooms in this place, but room 406 was definitely not one of them.

Great view of July 4th fireworks overlooking river and Chicagoland. Clean, safe, and fairly priced. Great little stop along the highway.

Perfect for fun and location to town.

Good stay after all for Joliet, I wouldn’t recommend walking alone at night or with family at anytime. Indoors should be just fine. Be safe
4.2
I expected more from a casino. It was so outdated. No room service.
4.2
It was nice

Love it. Staff is so friendly! Parking is so convenient

The stay was good

Getting hit up with the $17.80/day "resort fee" is quite infuriating. Hiding the fee is so darn insulting as with similar bait and switch tactics. Just list the darn price and quite with the shell game rubbish.
4.2
We could hear kids running down the hall and loud voices from other rooms. Not restful. No freezer portion in mini fridge so we could not refreeze our cold packs.

Likes: Very nice property - 4 star in my book. Big room.
Dislikes: It’s a bit of a walk with your luggage even if you use the hotel drop off area. TV is a challenge: Jimmy Fallon showed up on HGTV. HLN wasn’t in the guide but I found it and there was no sound. Currently watching Reach but it went off air saying “LG No Signal”. If you visit Mon, Tue, or Wed, the dining option is the Grill, which is really a snack bar. You order at the counter; maybe a dozen items on the menu. The chicken wrap that I had was pretty tasty.
4.2
Our stay was average. This facility doesn't have much to offer. No pool, no free breakfast etc. waited to check in for a long time as the staff were discussing some kind of problem. When I finally got to the counter they were courteous and attentive of course by that time I was warmed up already.

Nice hotel but overpriced. Only stay here due to it being conveniently located by the Forge concert venue.
4.2
I was only there to spend the night. The rooms were very ckean and the beds were comfortable. The casino is older. All staff was helpful and friendly. The room rates were very affordable comparied to Chicago. It was well worth the drive for the savings I received. I would definitely stay atvthis properity again.
4.2
There is a casino and when we are done visiting family for the day, we would go to the casino before heading to room for the night. Very enjoyable

nice staff

Rooms were spacious and clean.
Smoking lounge was dark and scary. You need to put some lights in there
