Generally nice hotel. Pillows not the best and they came and cleaned the room everyday though I didn't hang the sign on the door requesting it. Fire alarm went off one early morning but turned out to be a false alarm which was very annoying. Could have been a bit cheaper.

We were disappointed that there was so much renovation being undertaken. The builders were outside of our room on the scaffolding from early morning, banging and being loud. No chance of a lie-in and the lift was broken.

Small rooms, yet elegantly and functionally designed. even the amenities are of a good quality- L'occitane. Great service at front desk (open 24H) Lovely breakfast lounge, good breakfast. The location is so convenient and the dining options- awesome

Location is fantastic, close to train station, arc the triumph, restaurants, stores, bakeries… staff was very friendly and helpful. We also found out Rick Steves stayed there! 😊. Definitively we will stay here in the future.

Excepcional service at the front desk; Hadi, Vesela and Ioana help us in every aspect beginning with our delayed baggage, calling the airline and making sure about the delivery, also very good information about good but not to expensive restaurants, shops and transportation in Paris.

Worst hotel we have stayed at. The toilet seat is in the corner of the room which makes it impossible to sit on it properly. Very badly designed and a very rude manager who refuses to help customers. This hotel should be taken off Expedia for being atrocious.

Wonderful family stay. We had the quadruple room which suited us perfectly. Its size was very decent (especially in Paris standards) and it was very comfortable. Comfy beds and nice bathroom. The staff were all also very nice and helpful and the location is fantastic - 3 minute walk from the Etoile. Definitely recommend.

Hotel was very nice. Supplied breakfast was very, very nice. Only complaint is the stairs are winding, uneaten, and dimly lit. Dangerous especiallly while carrying luggage. Staff was SUPER helpful at all times.

Not a great start as they the room we had booked was given to someone else. We had paid for a superior room with terrace, but they quickly offered as a small discount along with the correct room rate. It was a shame, but the team there are so friendly and were very apologetic. Once checked in we realised lots of lovely little touches like the quality of products in the bathroom, an excellent breakfast and a lovely bar area open 24/7! The beds were the weak point of the bedroom, but overall very clean, functional and would definitely stay again.
