We had an amazing stay! The staff was professional and kind and so helpful. Top quality establishment!

Le Petit Nice Passedat is an absolute treasure of a hotel. Greeted with kindness, very helpful, the cleaning staff attentive and our rooms were always clean and well maintained. The dining options are exquisite as Chef's Passedat's 3 Michelin Star restaurant is on site. The view from our rooms and hotel were that of the Marseille's beautiful Mediterranean and its people. Definitely recommend as a one-and-only. We will return.

Beautiful view! Service was horrible extremely
Slow

Arrogant service, owner…
Safe key did not work so no safe available.
Room key did not work, had to go back for the other key twice…
Non-soundproof room. You could hear everything from the corridor and the other rooms.
Smell of cigarette in the room coming through the ventilation.
Terrace was nice with a sea view.
We rearranged our dinnerplans because of the poor level of service.
Not a 5* hotel.
Also skipped the breakfast for three days because of the rude service the first morning.

Beautiful view of the Mediterranean.

One of the greatest locations in marseille. Hype and cocooning. The perfect balance. We love spending nights here as often we can.
4.3
It is a nice hotel, though there are lacking a few things: one gym/space where one can work out and a place where you can just chill when it is rainy outside.
I think the hotel relies too much on their 3 star michelin restaurant and not on the hotel.
With a baby was a little boring during the rainy days. But the Staff was great and the room really clean. The view amazing.

To be fair we only spent a quick night. You obviously would chose this hotel for the view as it is RIGHT on the water or the restaurant that we did not eat in. But the hotel is hard to find and uncomfortable to get to if you are driving yourself. It is down a very narrow walled street leading to a motorized gate. Once you get there there is a small parking lot. The hotel itself has a small lobby and bar. The staff was friendly. The rooms were stark and modern. Mine had a quirky set up making it not particularly comfortable. The view was, however, was very beautiful. There was a small pool too that was right on the water. If you are looking to see Marseille you might stay in a more centralized area.

Great location, great service. I paid almost 500 for a room in a first floor without a sea view. It is too much. The pillows had a funny smell and the comfort of the bed was ok. The staff was great, they brought my bags to the room and parked my car, very attentive. They recommended good places to go around.

Good situation , nice room, good welcome

If you're passing through Marseille, I don't think you can find a hotel with a more breathtaking view than Le Petit Nice. Extra bonus points: the craggy little beach (named Le Petit Nice) is a perfect pre-dinner spot for a swim. Counting down the days until my return...

The view is amazing, the location is great on the corniche and the hotel is cozy and personal. It’s perfect for a romantic trip in Marseille.
4.3
Outstanding Relais & Chateaux hotel with something like 16-rooms, mix the comfort and service of the brand, with the coziness of a well-known institution in Marseille.
Service and attention to its finest levels, from the free valet parking to the reception to everyone you will see at the hotel; spacious rooms with great amenities & an amazing view.
Only area of improvement: the breakfast was good, but would have expected better from a Michelin-starred chef.
4.3
Best view in town!
4.3
Fantastic hotel & breathtaking views. Staff were friendly, professional & accomdating.
4.3
Exclusive hotel with artistic amenities for the discriminating Travellers. Do not drive your fancy car to the hotel entrance, rather ask for their driver to navigate through the alley. Good breakfast. The only problem is a resident roaming bulldog that may make some guests uncomfortable. Interesting hotel. With only a 17 rooms the guests get a lot of attention

Great location for us

Absolutely the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in! Top service, gorgeous views from the rooms, excellent restaurant. Worth the price for a beautiful place in Marseilles.

This hotel is beautiful and our stay was fantastic with the exception of the fact that there is an "outside food" charge that we were not told about (by Expedia or at check in) so when we brought in a pizza we were told we would be charged ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY EUROS ($75/euros each) should we choose to eat it on their property. This is done no doubt to "discourage" guests from doing this very thing given that it is associated with its fsnous restaurant, however I was unaware of it or the charge when I booked. We took the pizza and walked out onto the street where we could have sat and ate it however the very road leading up to the property is a narrow one that can hardly fit cars so there was no where to sit (and I was totally unprepared - no knife, napkins, drinks etc) so I decided to take my daughter and our pizza back to our room to pack and enjoy the most expensive pizza on the planet given that we had to be up at 3am to catch our flight. I've asked the hotel to kindly reconsider given that had we known of the policy we would have happily eaten the pizza across town where we purchased it. My fingers are crossed that they will refund the charge and I am hopeful they reconsider.

This place is a true gem! The attention to detail and incredible staff made our stay BEYOND expectation! The views are incredible, rooms are spacious and mix old and new design beautifully. The staff knew us by name, and made sure we felt at home! Can't say enough about this place! We barely explored Marseille because we were so in love with the place!

We arrived afternoon, and asked to have dinner at the terrase but refused to get food there, the menu was basic, and the the course were disappoint.
The view is grate and it built high expectation, but we were left with bad taste in the end of our visit

The Hotel is very nice. A little nerve racking if you drive there. It is two blocks of the main road, but the road is tiny. We had a sea view balcony and it was beatiful and spacious.
