Very comfortable, central hotel. Nice selection for breakfast. Lots of little ways they are trying to be more environmentally friendly and reduce waste. The only downside was the shower didn't have great pressure.

The Hotel is ideally located for the city centre yet still far enough away for some peace and quiet. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and modern. We ate the hotel breakfast each morning and would highly recommend it due to the wide selection of tasty fresh food options. The staff were all very friendly and helpful when we asked for information of how to get around and find things in the city.

Great stay. Good location. Very nice and helpful staff. The only bad thing was the lack of fresh air in the room but I got a fan and that made a huge difference and we slept like a baby.

Our fifth stay at this Hotel. The Hotel is superb and the location is excellent and in walking distance to the old city, but our room was on the side of the tram and after 5 am it was very loud in the room.

On our second visit to Wroclaw, we decided not to use the hotel from our previous visit. We are very pleased to have selected Hotel Mercure Wroclaw. We found the location convenient for walking to the old city center (Rynek), Wroclaw University and the churches on Wyspa Piasek. We also found many traditional Polish restaurants within walking distance. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful in answering questions we had on arrival. Rooms were clean, well -appointed and spacious. Though we selected the third floor for our stay, we had nice views of the of the old town and its churches. The included breakfast offered a wide selection typical of those found in Polish hotels. The dining room was clean and spacious with attentive staff clearing and cleaning tables. The lobby area and and the Winestone restaurant/bar were clean and nicely decorated with prompt and attentive service. We would definitely recommend the Mercure for anyone wishing hotel accommodations in Wroclaw!

We were staying for 2 nights and booked and paid in advance. After the first night we were told we had to be evacuated from the country and had to leave that day. We were unable to get a refund for our second night which we paid for to include breakfast

Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms and beds and a breakfast with varieties of food make the stay very comfortable. In addition there is a mall with restaurants and a hub of the public transport just next to the hotel and the city centre can be reached by foot.

I've used Mercure several times in Poland, mainly Wroclaw, but also in Krakow and Poznan. I find them clean, friendly, affordable and convenient. Thank you.

Hotel was conveniently located, great restaurant downstairs. Rooms are a good bit dated and could have used a bit of a deeper scrub. As with most European hotels "with ac", ask for a fan when you get there.

This was such a good value hotel considering the fab location and amenities. It was clean, comfortable, very modern and rooms were spacious. The hotel was less than a 5 minute walk from the market square and right next door to Galleria, the multi storey shopping centre. Fantastic hotel and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

In a great spot. Next to a shopping centre. Just a few minutes walk from main tourist attractions and others within easy reach by tram network with stops just outside the hotel. Comy bed and all amentities.

We stayed for two nights at the Hotel Mercure for sightseeing. We enjoyed our stay altogether. The hotel is very well located next to the Old Town and the Market Square. It has a nice wine shop and a good restaurant. The complementary breakfast was also excellent.
