Bra och prisvärt

Rent och fint.

Hade vilat ha en sittplats som soffa och bord i rummet. För lite bakdukar och handdukar. De var bara en av varje.

Not a bad stay but could of been better with a few minor tweaks

the security on the property was good, house was clean and tidy, kitchen was lovely and big, nicely decorated parking was good as well overall we had a good stay for the 2 days we were there. the host was very helpful when we had a few minor problems with the room 5 stars room was nicely decorated and clean

we feel the 2 single beds was very small and the mattresses for us was not very comfortable but the host did give us extra duvets to put on top of the mattress which helped. We found the blind let in a lot of light could do with blackout blinds instead we also found the shower very temperamental getting the temp right kept going cold then hot which was a pain we also found it was a bit noisy as we had a room on the main road also it is right outside the zebra crossing and had the yellow beacon flashing in our room all night needs the blackout blinds for sure.

Great place.

Excellent and clean, with lock on the door, television and private bathroom.

Room 1 was close to the road outside, and although it could be heard a little, it didn't disrupt my stay.

Perfect, well worth the money

Host was very friendly and welcoming. Property was immaculate and very well presented. Bed was extremely comfortable. Close to town centre and local shops Thank you for a wonderful stay Mo, I am sure to be back

Great value for money

Clean and comfortable. Was surprisingly peaceful and I got a good night sleep. The kitchen was handy and clean. I felt safe with the lock on the room. Staff very helpful and quick to respond. Walking distance to town and Lidl just round the corner.

There was mould on the wall by the bed. Desk wasn't really usable as a desk, recommend mounting the tv on the wall to free up space.

Gutes Preis-Leidtungsverhältnis und für einen Kurztrip nach Wigan ideal.

Gute Lage, zuvorkommender Service und Zimmer und Bad grundsätzlich sauber und komfortabel .

Check Inn ziemlich umständlich mit den Codes Da das Bett direkt an der Wand in der Ecke steht entsteht Schimmelbildung, das wäre vielleicht mal zu beheben

Avoid

I paid for the property and within minutes of the booking and contacting the owner, I realised that due to my disability the room was unsuitable as the toilet was down stair and through the kitchen. My request to cancel the booking and be reimbursed was refused. I travelled to the property. I rang the Ring doorbell and phoned the owner. I received no response. I left the property very disappointed.

The owner’s behaviour was bizarre and I would not recommend his place to stay on the grounds of his lack of compassion and empathy.

Prima voor een kort bezoek aan Wigan

Aardige en behulpzame host. Goed uitgeruste keuken

Helaas hadden we een 2 persoonsbed ipv de beloofde 2 losse bedden en van de overigens mooie en prima keuken heeft de host zijn kantoor gemaakt wat ook beetje apart is. Maar de host is erg vriendelijk!

Clean, but very basic & could be much better

The apartment room was clean, and was nice & bright.

Overly complicated Key locks to both the Bedroom door & Private bathroom, which was frustrating when using the facilities during the night. There was no in-room complimentary Water, or Tea & Coffee The downstairs, communal Kitchen was not that clean, with left over food in saucepans on the hob, surfaces not wiped & overall, had a fusty smell, which drifted up into the bedroom areas. The location was fairly central, but the area did not feel that welcoming, particularly when walking back at night. The room overlooked the main road, & therefore there was quite a lot of noise levels from the street. In my opinion the price was not reflective of the facilities, accommodation or location, & i felt the room should have been priced around £15.00 cheaper than advertised.

We had great stay at SA stay thank you to the host . Bed was comfy. Rooms and bathroom was clean and tidy . Shared kitchen but didn't mind has we had a laugh . Would definitely stay here again.

Nice decor and lovely host, very helpful

We was on a main road. No curtains so sun light beemed through the blinds. Doors from down the hall constantly banging when people left or entered their rooms early in the morning, not intentional I'm sure but doors were heavy

Good price for location and facilities provided.

10 minute walk from town centre. Room was at rear of property therefore not too much noise. Bed was comfy enough and lots of pillows. Didn't use the communal kitchen facilities although they looked spacious and well equipped. Host was very helpful when contacted about getting check-in information.

Friends were in front facing rooms which had a lot of traffic noise. Shower in my bathroom was a bit temperamental with a slightly loose fitting and not much water pressure. Lights flickered quite a bit. No tumbler in bathroom and no bath towel - just a couple of hand towels. Payment from booking.com didn't go through for some reason and got a request for payment after we'd checked in due there having been a problem (A pending payment had showed on bank statement a few days previous so don't know where it went to).

You get value for money.

the property is exceptionally clean including the communal area which is kept clean regularly by the cleaner. All facilities in the communal area are working well and there are ample space for every lodger. The staff are very professional and willing to help. They attend to you and always willing to provide the best customer service to make your stay enjoyable and memorable
