They did a great job! Lots of awesome things to do during NFR! Valet and Bell staff were always on point, even when they were busy! Would definitely stay here again!

Great experience at the Palms - nice resort at a decent price point

Nice room for the price. Great staff. But, better to stay on the strip and save $$ and time walking around.

Nice staff overall very accommodating

The first valet refused me to let my car for 2min to unload all our luggages. The second valet whistled to call me and told me "move your car" in a rude manner. My car was not blocking any lane (4 lines, 2 occupied only).
The room is OK. Be careful no pool is opened in the winter

Was worried about having a hotel that smelled like smoke... The hotel room were very fresh, very nice, and I loved the fact that there was a panda express, McDonald's, and other restaurants... Free parking was also a Major win! Will stay again.

Great hotel, great room, great service.

Front desk was amazing customer service was over the top. Room was remodeled, very nice and easy Uber ride to strip

My reservation was changed without any form of communication provided to me from the hotel. The front desk woman who checked me in was very rude and condescending. She made stereotype comment and I felt racially profiled. My room was poorly cleaned hair was on my bed sheets in and the shower floor. There was a contact lens on my bed side table and only one of the outlets actually worked making it extremely difficult to charge my cell phones.

Amazing facility

Room was nice but we never received housekeeping services. There was a horrible odor coming from the sink and shower drain (sewage odor) that we immediately noticed upon first entering the room. Housekeeping never attended the room and the one time a hotel worker did stop by, she banged on the door several times, and when we opened, her only concern was whether or not we used any items from the for purchase mini bar (which we had not). We were here for a concert and the best part about our stay was that the concert was located in The Palms Hotel.

Great for a one night stay close to my office. Good food option, entertainment and fun.

It was fine. One restaurant was closed that we wanted to go to, El Popular Mexican restaurant and then we waited on a list for the Mabel’s BBQ and once seated we were told the were out of ribs. Bad experience food wise

Furniture was damaged in room and repaired with blue painter's tape. Room needs to be deep cleaned. It was ok for the price.

Room Service forgot half of our order and we had to call them 3 times to get it corrected. The day of check out housekeeping was knocking and came into our room at 9:45 am to tell us check out is at 11:00 AM. The line for registration was long and it took 25 minutes before anyone even came to the front desk.

We had an enjoyable stay once again at the Palms.

The ivory tower was ok. Room was dusty and furniture is deteriorating. The bed sheets were clean but once I took the sheets off, the mattress was gross and stained, and I found crumbs on it. Sink faucet had a leak and bathroom mirror was stained. Room was overpriced but friends stayed in the fantasy tower and that was much better. Dining options were not great. Overall would not stay at palms again.

Will never stay there again I was very disappointed my first time there

Nice resort and island pool area. Basic average room. Air conditioning not working well. No bathroom fan and only one towel hook. No place to hang wet towels and swimsuits. We had meals in on site restaurants which were good but no place to store or heat leftovers.

For the price we paid I was not impressed. It is convenient if you are going to a concert there I will say that. The front desk was understaffed, but they were very cordial. The room was nothing special. The phone didn’t work, the body wash was empty, and the bathroom needs updated. The ice machine and vending machine on our floor (14) were both out of service. I would have called down but like I said previously the phone didn’t work either. It was good enough for what we needed and the pool was fun.

We used the Palms Casino hotel as a place to sleep on our way to see the National Parks in the area. It is a noisy hotel (expected for Vegas), but the bar service was extremely slow. For what they charge for drinks one would think they would serve quickly and generate more profits. I guess the $$ they miss at the bar, they can extract from you at the tables or slots.

I booked two rooms for my family. One room for my husband and I (King room) and one for my mom and sister's (Twin Queen). Both rooms were dirtier than acceptable. Barely and towels in both rooms. Our love seat had noticeably questionable large white stains on it. We stayed for two nights and checked out on the third day. We called about the stains down to the service desk and was told they wouldn’t be able to clean it until the next day due to not having the proper cleaning tools. The next day rolls around and it hadn’t been clean. We were offered a $50 voucher to eat and $47 back for the hotels deposit. One room was $508.18 total and the other 392.42. The rooms were just ok and unclean. Not worth the prices because it felt uncomfortable knowing things had been dirty. Stains appeared to be from bodily fluids. The toilet bowl was also dirty which was alarming. We requested a new room initially but then were told they were all sold out. About 10 minutes later we were told we could switch rooms. By this time it was very late and we were exhausted from travel and our experiences throughout the day. We kept the room but will not book here again.

There was no complementary coffee in the room for the morning. There was no soap in the room. It took at least 20 minutes for them to bring us soap. The pillows were rock hard, woke up with a neck pain.

Nice hotel but none of the vending machines on the 4 floors I checked worked. Also on my floor there was a big puddle in the vending area and when I left after 4 days it still was not cleaned up

Just an ordinary hotel casino.nothing special. Room service did not replace towels. Room furniture was uncomfortable. Room was spacious. Just ordinary.

AC did not work Had maintenance come up and said there was nothing they could do. The engineer said call down to housekeeping maybe they have a fan…….they did not. The beds were absolutely horrible and most uncomfortable.

Ameneties, resturaunt options, and esspecially the club and pools were amazing. The only two things i have wrong was our toilet not working for the first two nights and the desk chair's fabric in a state of deterioration. Other than that, everything was excellent.
