Clean, comfortable and convenient for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was having to get our room keys rekeyed on the second day. This is our second stay at this hotel.

Front desk associates are always friendly. Rooms are always clean and smell nice. Great value for the price.

Nice & quiet for the most part

The stay was nice and the staff was very helpful also breakfast and the pool and hot tub was excellent on all counts. Thanks again for affordable and great time.

The bed was comfy & clean! But everything else felt like the bare minimum. The staff was nice and friendly, so that’s a plus!

The gentleman that checked us in was great and the other staff members were very friendly & they were the best part of the stay! Please note that this hotel is BEAT up….if it wasn’t 9:30 PM and the booking wasn’t non refundable, I would have left the minute I saw the room. Cracks on the ceiling, dents in the walls, mildew on the shower ceiling, stained tub, TV stand was literally falling apart, the walls and doors were heavily scratched, paint was peeling and there were stains on the carpet. The beds were OK and the breakfast was typical but the condition of the room was unacceptable. We travel quite a bit but have no plans to use this hotel brand again…it was really THAT bad.

This was a great place to stay for the price. Obviously it isn't anything fancy but the room is great. The service desk was always very helpful and kind. I would come back and stay here!

Comfort Inn has quickly become my favorite place to stay when I'm in Huntington. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is fantastic - friendly, helpful and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. I've stayed in fancier places downtown and frankly, the experience really isn't any better. Great value for a great price!

There was no volume on my TV in my room. Wallpaper torn in bathroom and the holder for wash cloth was missing. Hotel was clean otherwise and front desk was really nice

This hotel was very nice. My room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.

The all-night lighting from the service station across from our room was somewhat distracting. We had a handicap-accessible room. The room itself was navigational although a bit tight for the transport chair - the regular chair would have given us a problem. The bathroom had horizontal grab bars only - we managed although a vertical bar would have given more support considering my husband's hemiplegia (left side). The sink was open, so his chair fit, but there was no place to put his dopp kit, only narrow spaces that were part of the sink to hold the toothpaste tube and mouthwash bottle. This was our first trip since his stroke, so it was a learning experience for us. In its price range, I would recommend it.

This was an average stay. The room was clean. It even smelled nice. Everything worked as it should. There was a very small amount of mold around the handle/towel rack in the shower. The back of the toilet had a crack but it didn't affect the working order. Breakfast was offered. Dreama with housekeeping was very nice and should be recognized for her customer service. Check in was a basic check in. The clerk didn't make small talk, just did her job. That's ok. Check out was quick and easy as well. The clerk did ask how our stay was. Both check in and check out were very efficient.

The staff at the property was very helpful. We got in after we visited a friend of mine who recently moved into the Infirmary at St. Mary's Medical Center. We were told that we could have a room near the elevator or where it was more quiet which was what we wanted. Breakfast was incredibly wonderful and then we enjoyed the pool and hot tub at 8:00 a.m. all to ourselves!! We will definitely come back again!!

Overall this was a good stay. The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. I have to admit I've paid more for worse conditions at other hotels. The only thing that I would note is that the breakfast was not stocked well. Came down for food 30 minutes before breakfast was scheduled to be over and there were no eggs, two stale biscuits and one piece of sausage. There also was no coffee. I get they are trying to make sure there's no waste but it was kind of disappointing. That being said, I'd absolutely stay there again!

The $50 hold placed on my account and I have not been reimbursed for it yet and I have been in a lot of motels and I have not ever been charged a incident all fees after which I had done paid for room in full and after I had done checked in the motel staff asks me for a credit card and I said I had one and they said they were just putting my card on my file in case I needed to stay extra night but then I discovered that in fact the motel staff had charged me a $50 fee for something I didn't agree to or have any knowledge of such security fees and now I have to wait 2 weeks to get my money back and I don't believe that I will receive anything for interest and why did they remove the money from my account when I didn't destroy anything belonging to the motel but you can hold my money up for two weeks well I will not be back to your motel and if I am not compensated for my inconvenience I will be telling my family friends and coworkers not to patron your establishment because of the hidden fees and the other thing the prices I was charged was entirely to much money for a 15 yr old busted up economy lodge I mean a Two Queen bedroom with nothing other than necessity's and a complimentary breakfast there was no Jacuzzi in the room and it was a simple motel room but it wasn't no $114 a night room I mean this is the second ownership of the building it was out dated

No hot water for shower, hotel ran down, breakfast was not well provided, very little to offer and not enough food for thoses trying to eat. I will not stay here again.

Everything was great, except I wasn't informed the breakfast would be minimal due to construction until after the room was booked.

The area outside of the hotel was very loud after 11:00 pm but seemed to quieten down by midnight. The room was really nice, and the beds were incredibly comfortable! The front desk person was very nice and we had no issues at all! Will plan to stay here again!

Price was good for the accommodations

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Lobby under construction bit of a cliche checking in but it’s ok. 10 am check out seems a little early. Over all nice place will be even nicer when lobby is put back together

Stay was okay. Hotel is being remodeled. Key cards stopped working multiple times during the two night stay which was an inconvenience. Fridge could have used a wipe down and the window was left cracked so there were a couple stink bugs in the room upon arrival.

I was not too happy with the microwave in our room, and when I asked about it I was told not all rooms have a microwave. I was disappointed with the condition of the area aroung the hotel, ground maintenance of the grounds.They are remodeling the entrance, we were there for two weeks and there was never any workers attending to the issue.

The AC was very noisy; not a normal noise expected from a typical AC unit at all. The floor of the room above me was SUPER CREAKY and whoever was in the room was up and moving around at about 4:30AM. I could hear EVERY FOOTSTEP LOUDLY! If not for the noise, the room would have been okay. But I couldn't rest at all. I won't be back. The AC can be fixed but the floor probably won't be. If you have to stay there, get a top floor room.

Under renovation, very clean but bathtub super slippery to take shower, nearly slipped fell, must take measures to make sure cleaning agents properly rinsed off shower/tub floors or someone will get hurt, badly.

Needs some TLC, to bring it up to be in the choice group, I realize it was just changed over from a Ramada, so maybe given some time it will be better.

This Comfort Inn was very clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We were attending my Mother's funeral, so I was not in the best of moods, but this hotel was still very nice.
