We asked for a refund and checked out 10 mins after webgot there. Still waiting on you to reply. The lady was just handing out random keys to peoples rooms to people. There was mold abd rust in the shower. The bathroom lifht didnt work. Please CALL US BACK

I have always booked through hotels.com and this room was by far the worst room the LG. TV dosent work the room didn't have any towels. I asked the front desk and was told that they would try and find some. And to make matters worse the plug outlets didnt work and the bathroom ceiling didnt come on and the light fixture was hanging down from the ceiling.

While the exterior of the hotel looks great, that is where it ends! My room had no refrigerator although it had been listed as an amenity. The toilet would never fully flush, one of the lights above the bed flickered so I had to unscrew it, the TV did not work and showed "no signal", the remote had no back and was held together with duck tape, there was just a hole in the wall where a smoke alarm should be, and the wall plug next to the sink did not work. Too exhausted to mess with any of that, slept with earplugs in and was gone by 6:00am. Do not stay here!!!

The hotel said we had not paid and charged us for the stay. I even showed them my confirmation from Hotels.com showing payment. So I ended up getting charged by Hotels.com and also from the hotel! Clerk would not listen to me. It was midnight so I had few choices.

This place was absolutely disgusting. We reserved two rooms, both were filthy. Floors are vinyl and we’re slick from grime. There was black mold in bathrooms and on windows. There was literal human feces on the toilet in the seat and seat hinge. The heater/ AC did not work in either room. They had not changed any linen, you could see where someone had slept there and the cover was just pulled back up. This place should be shut down. This is the absolute nastiest hotel I ever walked in. We stayed in the room about 5 minutes and left. We went next door to Hilton Garden Inn and it was actually pretty nasty for a Hilton property too and they are remodeling now. Black mold by the tub there, debris under the beds, but at least there wasn’t any visible human feces anywhere.

It's a hit or miss here. One room was perfect, cold a.c., clean, microwave sparkly clean, beds mattress wrapped in plastic, clean tubs and toilet.... So we decided to stay here again.
THEN the next two rooms are filthy, moldy crusted up food exploded all over the microwave, leftover sodas in the freezer that have exploded and not been cleaned up, supposedly a non smoking room but cigarette burns in the sheets, on the tub and toilet, counters filthy, dead bugs in the corners, sheets were unwashed and just stretched back over the beds, dirty towels rolled back up with someones long hair and makeup all over it and put up in the clean towels, a.c. would not cool all night long, had to go buy a fan at walmart... SO DISAPPOINTED. Asked for a clean microwave tray because looked like vomit on ours. Finally took our food to circle k to microwave it so we could eat. Couldnt stomach using the one in the room.
What are yall paying the housekeepers for??? The same squished up bread that was smushed into the carpet on the second floor is here a week later! O.m.g. s.m.h.
The front desk lady is very friendly and it's not her fault. But PLEASE do yourself a favor Motel 6!!! Hire someone that will clean something. ANYTHING would be an improvement. This place has potential to be very pleasant... or become a dump really fast.

Upon entry, the hotel smelled like marijuania. There was no one at the front desk and we had to wait for them to come and check us in. There were no towels readily available in the room. They were eventually delivered around 7pm. The next morning, around 8am, someone came to the room and collected the dirty towels, we were giving more clean towels around 4pm. The bed was very uncomfortable, The mattress was worn in the middle and the frame had some rails on the side that if you were not careful, you would hit them and they were metal. In the bathroom, the shower looked like the walls had not been cleaned and there was something that looked liked mold. We would have left, but due to the capacity of the other hotels, there was no where else to go. I know this was a 2 star, but based on the location, being in between 2 other hotels, we thought it was in better condition.

The room was small but the layout was perfectly efficient, modern decor/ lighting, COLD air, HOT shower with perfect water pressure, COLD refrigerator chilled our water and drinks to almost frozen like an icee. No hassle check in. No hassle / charge for pets!! Superstore shopping and any kind of food you can think of within two blocks of the front door. Airport right down the street. We will stay here again.Thank you Expedia for helping us find this place.

Checked in around 10pm, the room was in good condition except for the burn holes in top sheet and the tv not working. My husband and I stayed only one night, but we’re pleased with the clean under sheets and plastic wrapped mattress.

Room smelled bad, tv was on when we entered and remote was broken, channel could not be changed, floor was sticky/slick, a/c struggled to cool. When consulted, staff said it was just always like that.

Who knew there were still smoking room hotels?! I didn't look for one specifically and I would have not chosen that. The comforter had holes in it, the pillow cases were stained, the tv was on and the remote didn't work, the phone was off the hook and wouldn't stay on the receiver, the check in staff was sleeping at the front desk, etc. I get it, it's a Motel6 - my expectations were low but this is probably the worst hotel I have stayed in.

Requesting cash because they’ said credit card machine was down. Coping my license. First room -a scent in room that affected my eyes. Just drops of water in sink. Some lights were out. Tv remote didn’t work. Asked for another room- water was a little better. Remote still didn’t work.
Appreciated the older lady who was a cleaner.

First the staff has no is rude and lack customer service skills. Hotel hostess was very rude having a conversation on her cellphone in regards to he being tiered and how she had to take a shower early to wake her self up and the other person on the line responding how fresh she was. Mind you call was on speake;; so i could hear everything while she was checking me in. This was at 4:30 pm because they dont do early check-in, we had been there earlier at and hostess states we may have to checkin even later if our room was not ready. So i asked her to please give me call if it would be later than 4pm, since we had a dj event and came in for Houston,Texas. As I walked away she stated well just cancel now. Finally at 4:30pm we chk in the first room was not even ready. I had to reture with a foto as prooff that the room was not ready. She gave me another room which smells of cigarettes which I asked for non smoking, infact the whole building smelled of smoke. My new room smelled of mildew it was a little cleaner. Washed my hand in the sink and handle had a large stand of hair on it. There was only 2 set of towel for a room with 2 beds. The restroom light didnt come oh if you had the vent on. There was mildew stai s on the ceiling in the restroom. Wifi didnt work. And the a/c was releasing condensaction in the air and the room was very wet floor and walls. The next morning hostess was rudely knocking on the doors with her son at 9:59 checking if the room was vacent . Check out is a

When I walked into the lobby it smelled clean and the lady at the front desk was friendly. As soon as you leave the desk to go to the hall where the elevator is the smell changes and it smells like ammonia. The elevator smelled like ammonia and marijuana. When I got off on my floor, the hall smelled like marijuana. My room was clean. It smelled like pine sol and bleach. The bed covers were thin and had stains on the top cover. There was a hair on one of my pillows. I asked the housekeeper did she have an extra one on her cart. She said no and asked her coworker. The coworker screamed refund! The lady told me she would find me one and change it. The bed was uncomfortable. The tv remote didn’t work. We smelled marijuana first thing in the morning at 6am. The towels had stains on them. We checked out before 7am. I would not willfully stay there again.

The building itself had a bad odor to it, smelled of old mop water, one lady at the front Dess had a bonnet on her head, eating Ramen noodles out of a cool whip bowl at the front Dess. One of the house, keepers, Haire, whole family at the hotel and the dog just roaming around while she’s cleaning her room baby running up and down the hall. Totally unacceptable. I reported that the toilet had stopped up the lady at the front Dess with the bonnet on her head, gives me a plunger, she did not attempt to call anybody attempt to find anybody no maintenance man no nothing just gives me a plunger and allow me to furthermore see the pool was in a horrible condition leaves and flies maggots just horrible and then upon arriving at the whole motel because this is not a hotel, this is a motel the television was already on in the room. The remote was on the bed and earrings were on the nightstand. It look like someone had previously just been in there. I wouldn’t under no circumstances ever stay at a motel six property again this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at hotel even worse than one that I’ve had when I was 19 at the comfort inn motel. This was utterly ridiculous someone from headquarters should most definitely go and check out the property. It’s just horrible, it is absolutely horrible and what we most definitely should get a refund if not a credit for another property but I don’t want to stay at another motel six property so I really don’t know what you all could do.

Room 1 broken toilet seat. Moved to Room 2, toilet wouldn’t flush. Moved to Room 3, no running water in wash basin; extremely slippery floor. I think they ran out of rooms. Bed very uncomfortable. Very noisy all night. Poor night’s sleep. Very poor value.

The bathroom sink didn't work the Linens or smelly the floor in the bathroom tub or slimy and slippery and my 80 year old mother almost fell because of this so no I wasn't happy it was a horrible Motel everywhere.

The hotel was in horrible shape. The entire building smelled of chemicals. In the first five minutes of being in my room, the clerk and housekeeper were knocking on the door inquiring if I had a reservation.

HORRIBLE experience!!! We opened the doors to the 2 rooms we reserved and went straight back to the front desk. The hallways to the rooms were filthy. The rooms were absolutely disgusting. The air conditioning wan not cooling, there were cigarette burns all over the bedding, it smelled awful, the lights wouldn't turn on, everything was filthy, there were dirty socks by the beds, dirty hand prints on the walls and stains everywhere. We asked for different rooms (which I doubt would have been any better anyway). While speaking to the lady at the desk another woman walks in wearing bed clothes and a bonnet and rudely asks what is the problem. When we told her she yelled " Just go ahead and give them a refund cuz once they start complaining it ain't gonna end" and she walks off while I'm trying to tell her we need a place to stay tonight and she says "y'all just needa leave, I ain't in the mood". She then proceeds to the rooms to see what the problem is and tells us "there ain't nothing wrong with these lights or the ac" as she flicks the switch on and off. The lady at the desk told me that woman is the "Head Manager" and her name is Jasmine. We waited nearly 15 minutes for the refund to be processed and were given 2 print outs. We have NOT received a refund!!! This all occured on May 18th from 10:11pm - 10:51pm. We never even stayed! This was Motel 6 at 6715 Raspberry Lane, Shreveport LA 71129. Hotel ID: 8851. We are owed a refund for two rooms in the amount of $172.54!

It was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in the refrigerator was leaking there was a stain on the other bed the floors were slippery they were roaches and also the bathroom facility did not look clean at all thank you I would like a refund
