I stay here whenever I come to town. Reasonably priced and conveniently located near work. Always clean and the staff is always friendly. Even the restaurant staff is great

It was okay for a solo birthday trip, staff was friendly. My room was okay but when I walked into the room it smelled like a skunk every time I entered.
2.5
Good location, easy experience, not many folks, bathroom not fancy, but clean.

Room was great but after I left I got charged 62 dollars for leaving the room with nothing broken, not sure what the issue was
2.5
Great location, very clean room. wed stayed for two nights.

Loved the 12:00 checkout. It gave me time to enjoy just reading or watching TV without interruptions. Very comfortable room.

Hotel definitely needs upgrades… elevators, flooring (tile & carpet) rooms. However the beds were very very comfortable and our view was great. Alaina at front desk was awesome…very friendly, courteous and helpful with this being our first trip to Seattle. She gave us many suggestions for our two day stay ( restaurants and attractions) and helped us with the next leg of our trip..Alaskan cruise.. by getting us signed up with the shuttle.
3.0
This property is convenient as it is close to the Space Needle, glass museum, and restaurants. It is a busy neighborhood that is noisy. The hotel seems to be going through some remodeling so there is one elevator working and messy. Safety was an issue as there wasn't any decals or mat on the shower/tub floor. I slipped and fell in the tub.
4.0
Construction, only 1 elevator, bed small, our stays previous had larger beds
5.0
Was located within walking distance to several sites, ie pike market and space needle.

The location of the property was great. The elevator was broken when we were there. It was very difficult for us to get to the 3rd floor.

One of the Elevator was not working

Great staff! Thin walls and was woken up a few times by neighboring units.

Noisy area due to traffic and construction. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff is friends and professional.

Awesome staff, very accomodating. Early check in was no problem at all. Friendly and helpful crew here. Rooms are very clean and big compared to other hotels.

Other than the elevator renovation… I had no complaints. Safe parking, central location and close to everything. Very close to the tunnel… which gets you to the airport way faster

Pros: Prime location, 7min from space needle area. Parking (for a fee of course). Staff nice.
Cons: VERY outdated (I'd say no updates in at least 10years). Shower dripped, no exhaust in the bathroom so it stayed humid (wooden door had clear signs of swelling from the humidity). Phone didn't work. Only one elevator working, took at least 10minutes to go down/up, and stairs were difficult to find and use since they didn't all connect to an exit and/or lobby.
No breakfast option available as in other Holiday Inns.
Some of the outlets didn't work.
Staff friendly and useful, however it was very busy so it took a long time to get help.

All well

When booked through expedia they said free parking and breakfast included but had to pay for parking at the hotel and also breakfast.only had 1 elevator working all the time. The hotel needs a revamp as the room we were in had a leaky faucets and water was dripping. Not really worth for the price we pay
2.5
The hotel only had one elevator working on both visits. It made it time consuming getting back and forth to the room.

No problems at all, great staff, was very clean, bus stop block away. Recommended!

Excellent location. Just a couple of blocks from the Space Needle and museums. We walked all over the city. Clean room. Safe neighborhood. Parking was extra but convenient to have.

Handicap parking should be free, not $36.00 a night. Booked a room with 2 queen beds. When we got there, we told the lady at front desk we needed a walk in shower and 2 queen beds. She told us all rooms had walk in showers. The room (if you want to call it that) has a very very tiny bathroom with a tub! The room had 2 double beds! There was only one chair and barely any room to walk around the beds. Not worth the price I was supposed to pay! They over charged me from what my booking fee said it was supposed to be.

Was right in downtown Seattle so only about a 20 minute walk to most things. Was down to one elevator so that was a struggle. But hotel was clean and beds were cozy
4.0
Close to everything. Room size is big. Hotel needs updating though

Elevator so slow especially with lots of guest . Longer time to wait
5.0
Only one elevator worked and that slowed us down until we found the steps. The hotel is close to many attractions ( we walked to the Space Needle and Lake Union) there are dining and breakfast options within walking distance and it was nice to start the day with a Keurig coffee in the room. Parking was $30/night.
Housekeeping was great! Thank you!

While the distance to the space needle is good, I would not recommend it at night unless you are ok with walking by several homeless people. We took an Uber back, which was fine.
There is no real restaurant in the hotel. We arrived after 9pm with a teenager and were looking for somewhere to grab a bite still. The staff was very nice and provided a list of restaurants, however, the two she suggested were both bars - we could not enter one due to age, and had to sit outside at the other one.
The room itself was fine and the bed was comfortable.

My grandchildren and I had a lovely stay the rooms were clean and the staff was excellent however the elevator situation is not good other than that excellent stay.
