Everything was great. The only caution is if you have a large vehicle with a trailer or boat, you can't drive through the parking lot. It ends on one side. The good thing is Chili's right next to the hotel will let you park there with no problems

It’s fine. Just a basic hotel with no frills in a safe area. The rooms were plain with no character. The bathroom set up is a bit odd but everything was clean. We booked a king and they did not have one so we were given two queens. Typical breakfast of diy waffles, etc. We had no issues.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I was concerned that the floor in the bathroom and by the sink felt very slick. We had to be very careful not to slip and fall while walking in there. The breakfast was good and hot. It would have been nice to have peanut butter available.

Wonderful hotel. Checking in took about a half hour. The king room was smaller than the other comfort inn location on Ike but overall clean friendly helpful staff!!

Price - Excellent; Service - Excellent; Condition - Average / appears to be an older hotel; biggest issue: no quiet hours - it was pushing midnight before people were settling in for the night. Lots of noise in the corridors, etc.

The room was on the smaller side and the bathroom was even worse. The toilet seat lid was broken. The water had a yellow tint. The linens smelled bad. The pillows were the size of throw pillows. The only positive was the AC blew nice and cold.

Brown water with an odor! Burt out lights! Broken telephone. TV remote batteries dead and remote was filthy. Could NOT BELIEVE COST for such bad rooms!!

It was horrible because they had a sewage problem which came up in the tub of the room we stayed in. We had to change hotels at one in the morning. Very terrible and uncomfortable. Will never stay there again

The room was spacious but no towel bar near the sink, sink stopper missing, no remote for the remote controlled blind, broken outlet cover next to the sink, and telephone not plugged in to the receptacle which was behind the bed. Small thing, yes, but need attention.

My room is as small to have two beds in it, the bathroom door was a nuisance it was in the way , why? Very disappointed with my stay there, soap rack rusted out, bathroom veeerrryyyy small for two people,this hotel needs walk in showers , I guess I was assigned this room because I booked thru Expedia and you they had the nerve to hold incidentals on my card, really!

I should have read prior reviews. Not in a safe area- room was dirty, door jams were filthy. Water was yellow and wasn’t told during check in. We went to buy bottled water and the desk clerk told us not to brush our teeth using the water-

It was quiet until our last night, when a bunch of girls softball teams came aboard. We loved our room; comfortable bed, good shower, lots of pillows. Steady room temps. They had just gotten new furniture and have a great breakfast. Good value.

The hotel is old and showing every one of its years. The paint was pealing, acs didnt adequately cool. Curtains barely covered windows, locks didnt work and the tv woildnt turn on. You could hear everything above and next to you. Bed was comfy and breakfast was fine. Definitely not worth the $$$ i paid.

Wish I'd looked at the 1 and 2 star reviews before booking! We traveling back home and made the reservation within 10 minutes of arriving at the hotel. Understood that the hotel was undergoing a renovation, but the issues were outside of any "inconvenience". Headed to the bathroom after entering the room (we'd been driving all day), and the toilet seat was up and yellowish "water" was in the toilet. Seemed like someone (one of the folks renovating the hotel?) took care of business but didn't return the toilet to "guest ready condition". I tried to flush the toilet but it wouldn't flush. I went down to the desk to request a different room, and the clerk obliged. But not before she asked me "did you remove the tank lid and see if you could get it to work?" The new room was pretty janky looking and the toilet had a really weak flush, so my husband decided he would tinker with the toilet in the original room. He was able to get it to flush, so we opted to stay in the original room. The water that came out of the sink - for teeth brushing and hand washing - was tan. It never cleared up, no matter how much water you let run. The room had a really odd layout. The toilet and tub were the only things in the bathroom. The sink was right inside the door - where you might normally have a closet. And the light switch for the bathroom was outside the bathroom. I would not stay in this place again.

This hotel was good for the price! The room could have been a little cleaner and some of the stuff updated. The tub and toilet were stained pretty bad and the AC unit seemed a little outdated. Overall, it was good and I would go again for the price.
