The perfect accommodation in an outstanding location in beautiful Antibes. The rooms, the underground car parking, the staff…all added to make it a worry and hassle-free holiday…..we’ll definitely be back.

Excellent location and great staff

Really spacious one bedroom flat, with everything we needed in the kitchen area. Great location in Antibes old town. Lovely staff on reception but its open restricted hours. Some road noise in our room and the pool is only open 10.30am -6.30pm. Great value overall.

Very nice and quiet while we were there. I do wished they'd advised one pool would be closed, it showed it would be open during dueing our time there.
Lack of provisions when checking in, for a short 5 night stay no bin bags, extra toliet paper, kitchen towels etc.

Lovely garden, great kitchen and space. Nice Ac and towelheater!

Stayed in 4 person apartment which had adequate facilities and nice decor. View from terrace was stunning looking over the harbour and fort. Only downside was noise from traffic even early hours of the morning, but not the properties fault. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location though was perfect for Antibes area and bus and train services where excellent. Would stay here again if visiting Antibes.

Very good. Location was very convenient

Lovely hotel, nice staff, great pool, clean apartment. We enjoyed our stay here as a family of five. The only room for improvement relates to food preparation space. Yes there is a table but we found that Items such as kettles, coffee maker and toaster had short leads and had to be plugged in at the cooker and this became our worktop.
A small gripe given the value for money and overall we would highly recommend this location.

Great place for a few days stay visiting family. Took advantage of the pool. Compact apartments but perfect for our needs. Would definitely return if in the area. Close to port, old town and great restaurants!

It was ok! good location... would have been nice to have had a vending machine that took card as no where to get a bottle of water from etc etc... room itself was fine and clean and tidy.

A very Good location close to the Old town. In general a Good choice with parking offered in the garage below. We did very little cooking, although the apartment was well equipped. The problem though, No space whatsoever for preparing and handling the food. No surface to work on.
Also We changed room beacause the toilet was very low, and No handle on the wall to get support from. We got a more handicap friendly room which happened to be available at an additional cost.

Antibes is a wonderful little seaside town, and the hotel was in an excellent location. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

As a regular visitor to Antibes and the Cote d'azure in general, on this trip we wanted to chill out in the evenings rather than having to eat out each night we could do our own thing in an apartment rather than the usual hotel room. This place was ideal. It had everything we needed in the apartment, a good sized comfy double bed, spacious lounge, pretty decent kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet and showroom, a spare bedroom for the cases. The place was generally clean and the pool area was good. It is however just an apartment. If you want a drink or something to eat you either bring it in yourself or go out. The walk to the old town and restaurants and bars is an easy 10 min walk.
Parking in the underground car park is easy and convenient. There was a good size balcony which faced the marina but being on the second floor we could not see below or above the trees. No hardship but worth noting if a marina view is important.
Check in and out was easy, there is a charge for parking and they do block €300 on your card as a security deposit.
It us on a main road so expect noise, French drivers love to sound their horns, and there was some construction taking place on the street outside the hotel but our room faced the other was and was therefore not a problem.
We didn't try the spa.
In all, a good place and a good location to explore this wonderful part of the French Riviera.

The property was perfectly located in the old town of Antibes, with a five minute walk to the train station & surrounding very beautiful old town & new town. The property itself was OK and we just managed to get through the 5 nights, we booked late and it was the only property available so was a bit small (bedroom tiny) and we are quite fussy so cant really moan too much as we would have got a bigger apartment if we were able to choose. But we were fine. No english channels on the TV but not too much of an issue really. Kitchen amenities were perfect and small welcome pack with sponge, washing up liquid and dishwasher tabs (didnt use the dishwasher) etc. Bathroom had a good hairdryer. I agree with other reviewers about the floor, i washed through it myself with warm water and one of their handtowels and it was black (I washed out the handtowel after...like i say im quite fussy i like a clean house). Would have been nice to have clean sheets & towels halfway through our stay and would have been happy to pay extra for this. Wifi was intermittent also. Good reception staff easy check in. Pool was nice but we only used once as only one side had the sun so you never really get a bed in the sun unless your the first there. We got the train to wherever we wanted to go as Juan les pins is 1 stop on the train (beautiful beaches) very easy to use and we went to monaco one day on the train also which is approx just under 1 hour. We used the train to get back to Nice airport.

The location is excellent, the series of pools and the garden are lovely. The apartment this year didn't get enough sun, which was a pity, but otherwise was very good. Reception is helpful and efficient.

Some remedial work going on whilst was there in other blocks, looks like they are having a refresh of the appartments. Very convenient location for Bus and train stations, on site parking available. Stayed out of season but complex was nice.

My wife and I stayed for a short mid week break at the end of October. There is a reception which is staffed during the morning and afternoon. Like everything else in France, it closes for a couple of hours over lunch. There are no other services so if you want a snack or drink then you will need to prepare it yourself or go into one of the many local cafes or restaurants. Take plenty of money with you as Antibes is not a cheap place for anything.
The pool complex is very good but doesnt see much in ths way of sun (it may see much more in the heighf of summer) and was far too cold for anything more than a very very quick dip.
The room was clean and adequate, although the furniture was showing its age a little. The kitchen is well equipped although the location of the plug sockets makes things interesting. We had a roof top terrace and jacouzi which was great for sunbathing and a dip.
All in all it needed a bit of spruceing up as do many such appartments at the end of season. We would visit again as Antibes is a beautiful destination.

Our feet turned black just from walking barefoot in the apartment. Furniture and cupboards not cleaned in years. We were pressed for time on departure and the desk staff said if we didn’t retrieve the iron from the room they would charge us €50. Also very noisy.

The stay was almost a disaster as Hotels.com had not confirmed the booking with the residence and they were full. Customer services at hotels.com were initially not able to help and suggested I call reservations to find a new hotel. We were in Antibes at 8pm, so imagine the price and availability. After 45 minutes on the phone, it was sorted, though not with our original room. The hotel is great for families young and old. Nice pool, small kitchen area and balcony. Really close to the Old Town, with 10+ nice restaurants within a few minutes walk, and close enough to the railway station to make day trips easily viable.

With hindsight as a couple we chose the wrong room. Instead of the unit we chose we should have had a room with a double or twin beds rather than sofa beds. Other that we enjoyed our stay

I stayed here in September 2017 and it had everything we needed. In the apartment, there are great showers, toiletries, bathrobes and plenty of towels provided. The beds and sofas were very comfortable and in the main living area there was a dining table and table on the balcony to enjoy meals. In the kitchen there was everything you could possibly need - four ring hob, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of glasses, crockery and cutlery, as well as a range of pots and pans, other utensils, toaster, kettle and two types of coffee makers. We didnt need these as we tended to eat out and drink cold drinks, but great for those who want to use them. Dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and sponges were also provided. There is a lovely pool area set in nice gardens, with two pools and two Jacuzzis. We had an apartment over looking the harbour, though it was noisy on the balcony as it is right on the main road, but I suggest you ask for an apartment further back if you want it quieter, as these still have great views. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the residence is a few minutes walk from shops, supermarkets, restaurants and the bus and train stations. If you have not been before, Antibes is much smaller than it looks on a map! The only slight negative is that there were some marks on the walls in the apartment; but this is to be expected in a place with such a high turnover of guests, you can expect them to redecorate every time a room is vacated! Would stay again.

Superb location. Nice apartments in general. A bit expensive for what you get, but you need to pay the great location, close to all the attractions in Antibes.

The flat was pretty basic. The kitchen area in particular was in need of an upgrade. It had no oven, no work surface, and electric sockets adjacent to the sink!!!
There was an extremely bad smell in the kitchen due to an unsealed waste pipe. This was finally repaired after 3 days of complaining. Requests for an alternative flat were unsuccessful despite the Residence appearing to be very quiet.

Lovely stay - my first stay in a hotel in Antibes since selling my flat there where I had lived for over 20 years! The staff were so helpful and instead of the studio I was expecting I had a whole apartment for myself! Very impressive.
