The staff's language skills were at a really poor level, however, the hotel was also advertised to international customers.
The quality of the food in the restaurant was moderate, but it did not match the price/quality ratio of the rest of Sicily.
The hotel's free parking depends on luck, in our case the car was parked in the middle of an abandoned industrial plot.
I see a complete lack of maintenance as the biggest factor that worsens comfort. In fact, in any destination you looked at, something was broken or unmaintained. The actual greatest joy was not caused by the sanitary water leak in the ceiling of the room's shower

Good hotell, wish the selection for breakfast was a bit better.

The service was amazing, however it definetly not 4 stars though. Shower was very small too.

Staff were friendly. Hotel a little run down and rooms noisy and the hotel needs some TLC. Swimming pool was really excellent. Tony

This was a nice hotel with a lovely swimming pool. The room was fine and the breakfast was good. The only thing i did not like was the very loud music outside my window, coming from the outdoor dining area, until 11.30 at night! I know this is sicily and the culture is to eat late and party late, but i think the hotel management could have at least alerted us to the late night music and offered an alternate room.

We needed somewhere to spend the night so we stayed for a night. It has a parking lot right outside which is pretty convenient The room was OK, as shown on the pictures. However the shower was a bit dirty inside as if it hadn't been cleaned in a while and we couldn't get any wifi signal inside the room. Breakfast could be better. Overall the hotel was a bit outdated.

The hotel is modern and spacious, with good size rooms and well appointed rooms. The swimming pool is large and clean, with a good pool side area for relaxing. The location is just outside the town on a busy road, but you don’t notice this once at the hotel, as it is set back from the hotel. A short drive to the local lido and good shopping centre, if you wanted to stock up on water, and nibbles while on the beach.

Leaky shower, bed uncomfortable food not very good

Staff was very helpful printing off our boarding passes.

Very difficult to find - it sits behind a gas station. (Note: GPS only works 50% of the time if then.) Spartan hotel/rooms and the shower leaked. It has a restaurant but the food is mediocre. We stayed here thinking it was close to the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento and it wasn't that close. Would not stay here again.

Hotel was satisfactory. Clean and comfortable. Only stayed 1 night. Had a nice dinner at a trattoria down same street. Had a piano in the lobby my husband got to play a little on. Breakfast was just ok ....minimal juices. We had a great day after checking out. Agrigento ruins (valley of temples) were awesome -can’t miss that if you’re in the area.

The room is very very basic. So is breakfast. If you are there after half eight, all the hot stuff is gone. No fried eggs left. The sound insulation of the hotel is very bad. In the evenings, the bar and restaurant are very very noisy. Loud music goes on and on until 2am! Then early in the morning, you hear your 'neighbors' showering, talking in their rooms and in the corridor.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it is easy to locate when you are driving. It is possible to walk into Porto Empedocle from the hotel (as long as you don't mind walking along the highway for a couple hundred metres), but I would recommend staying in Porto Empedocle instead. This hotel lacks any personality (we saw it was a bus tour stop, and it definitely had that feel). We can live with that, but it had nothing to recommend it. The hallway walls were grimy, there was basically no wifi in the room and the shower was absolutely repulsive with mold - and not stained but actual mold that if anyone had spent five minutes with a scrub brush in the last six months to clean, would have come right off. The breakfast only had a self-serve machine for coffee (like you would have in a hospital waiting room), the "hot" water out of the machine for tea (or coffee) was tepid at best, the "orange juice" was also out of a self-serve machine so was basically tang, and the only fruit was sickly peaches out of a can. We also didn't have hot water for part of the stay, although they did manage to get it working again; not that we felt clean after being in the disgusting shower. Finally, the king size bed was the style of two twins pushed together. We've had that a lot, and with a minimum of effort a hotel can make sure you don't fall between the beds in the middle of the night. This hotel made no such effort. We found that in this price range there are much better places.

This hotel was one of our best stays. The attention given to us by the gentleman in charge was so helpful and attentive that we gave him a gift on our departure. Can't really fault the hotel and would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

it is unbelievable cold ,heater not working, bath is not working, staff can not speak english ,no internet at room, breakfast is terrible ,

When we arrived we were not made to feel as welcome as you would expect and were given no infomation on if there was any shops or restaurants close by or what time they opened/closed. Nkt sure if this is usual or just because of the language barrier as no one spoke english. However had brilliant time after finding all this info out ourselves and the staff did try hard

It is a good place if you are driving. Has many facilities and is good value for money.
