Good comfort and cleanliness. Little small for suites but 2/3 the price too. Great for budget conscious families, or small business travel. Plus breakfast (was fine/usual), fitness and pool/jacuzzi, but didn't check those out this trip. would stay again. They were different but I prefer the smaller square bed pillows to the usual queen/king puffy rectangles.

Hotel conditions are a little worn down but the staff was great, room was huge, and the beds were comfortable. However, the doors to some of the rooms seem to slam, especially when everyone is getting up early in the morning so sleeping in gets kinda hard.

Room had odd odor in it and wasn’t very clean the sheets looked used, blood or something on the curtains and boogers or something on the walls ontop bath tub wasn’t very clean, neighbors up stairs were super loud all night and I only got the room to try and get out of the truck for a few hours

It’s fine. Room was just kinda banged up. Like fingernail marks and chipped wood finishes. Like a Beaver got at it. (Haha, get it?!) GREAT mattresses.

Booked a king bed that included a sleeping sofa. No sleeping sofa in the room, I was told that not all of the rooms that are listed as kings with sleeping sofa actually have one. The front desk person seemed very nonchalant about the issue. It was not very pleasant to have 3 people in one bed for the night.

The bed was very comfortable. Everything worked (tv, ac, fan, hot water, frig, microwave). Staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative was that the doors slam shut very loudly such that neighboring doors can be heard from inside the room.

This was my first time at a comfort suites. The staff and property definitely made an excellent first impression. The person who checked us in, his name may be Owen but I can’t remember exactly- was fantastic! Very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The entire building was very clean. The room was the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels traveling for work. The room had everything we needed and the bed was cozy. The pool and hot tub were clean. The breakfast offerings were fantastic and were fresh and hot even though we walked into the breakfast area just 20 minutes before it ended. The gal managing breakfast was great. I will definitely stay here again!

While there are some cosmetic damages (scrapes on walls, worn handles, pool needs repainting,etc) the size of the room, how CLEAN everything is and the really friendly staff shines. Care is taken and it shows. Breakfast was awesome (scrambled eggs had spinach and cheese!) There's a lovely quiet courtyard to sit in the shade. The pool is WARM, and feels like a sauna, but my husband loved it. We have a kid heading to OSU so we will be back for sure.

Quick and easy check in and check out. Room was very clean. Beds could be more comfortable as the mattress was extremely soft. Quiet location, 2nd floor room facing the parking lot had privacy/less light coming in thanks to well placed trees around the building. Standard breakfast was decent and runs at good times on weekends and weekdays.

Every staff member with whom we interacted, was lovely. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was central to what we needed. Breakfast was varied, ample and delicious. The hot tub was out of service, though the pool was large and fitness room was well stocked. They had fresh cookies and lemon water; which won my kids over! Will stay here again!

We were here for a baseball game at OSU. It was 6min from the stadium. Our room was newely remodeled. The AC worked great in our room. The rest of the hotel was muggy and warm. The hallways were humid and the workout room was too hot to work out in. Breakfast was great & there were a lot of options. The pool needed a remodel. The bottom of it was pretty gross, but we think it was just stained and not fresh dirt. We would stay here again.

Room was tired and dated, as was lobby. For that price, I expected more. When we checked in at 9pm, we asked what time the pool was open until, and the clerk said 11, and that the hot tub wasnt working. He also warned that the pool was cold. I wandered down and walked through the gym, that was ridiculously hot, to disover that I needed a code. Had to go back to the desk to get the code and upon entering the pool deck, I'd have to guess the air temperature was 50°. It was so hot in there that it felt unsafe. Stepping bacl through to the gym, it made the gym feel cool in comparison. Expressed concerns of heat to the clerk and he shrugged and said "yeah, when the hot tub isnt working, the room gets really hot." As a person with a working knowledge of plumbing and HVAC, this made no sense to me. That pool is a health hazard. Woke up to the food delivery truck right outside the window this morning in all of its warning alarm glory. Couldn't wait to get out of there. Didn't even entertain breakfast.
