The room design was nice for 5, but they didn’t give us towels or sheets for 5. Room felt dirty. Breakfast was great!

I check everything seemed fine up until my kids went to get a folk! To my amazing there was a crack pipe with rocks inside there! I went to the front desk ask if they cleaned the rooms they said yes. I said the folks to, they told me they put them in the washer mechine after each person! So I ask how you didn’t see a crack pipe with rocks inside! Nothing was done didn’t even get another room! Had the police come to remove it.

It was a great overall stay; clean, friendly staff, good breakfast choices, ideal location for us. Did not like the traffic noise from the expressway on Sat but no significant noise on Sun night.

Good to excellent overall. The decor was a little odd with a mirror in the corner behind an end table that was barely accessible, while there was an empty wall where it could have made sense. Pictures in bedroom were bunched in one area while other walls had virtually nothing. The breakfast was very nice and better than expected.

Gave us a handicap accessible room. Light for bathroom was outside bathroom and exhaust fan very loud. Husband got up before me but the light and fan noise woke me up. Also upon checkin had to ask for extra roll of toilet paper; the body wash for shower was outside shower and there was body lotion in shower. Couldn’t switch ourselves so I told front desk but it never got switched. Also tv in bedroom didn’t work. Told front desk and they never fixed during our stay. Also room was also not cleaned when we left for the day and we were out of room early as was meeting family. Overall not a great experience. Will not book again.

Everything was fantastic. Staff was nice and helpful. Pool was clean and maintained. Breakfast was GREAT. Rooms were clean. LOVED every minute staying here. Will always recommend and hopefully stay here again in tbe near future.

Everyone was awesome when I stayed with my family. The staff is great. Only thing is the door's are hard to open and shut in our room. And the A/C made a load noise when it was running. The pool is very nice. Will definitely stay again.

The staff were working incredibly hard and were kind. That was evident. However, this hotel is sorely understaffed and it shows. They need more help. Breakfast service was good, but you could tell the one person woeking breakfast was so overwhelmed Other staff would pitch in and help, but it still wasn't enough. Some of the linens were permanently stained and need to be thrown out. Some towels were torn. The carpets are stained down the hallways and staircases. More staff need to be hired to keep the place up. Corporate should be ashamed to charge $175 a night in the condition it is in, and they should be ashamed of how overworked their employees are even within the traditional 9-5 model.

The room was very nice. The only two things that struck us a bit odd were that there were no ice machines. Later we discovered that there was an icemaker in the freezer in the room that had been stopped from making ice. So we had no way of getting ice until it made 5 ice cubes at a time. Also, we had a king suite with a pullout double bed. The only way to get to the bathroom was through the master bedroom. It was ok for us since it was just our teen daughter sleeping on the pullout but she was suspossed to bring her friend with her (but ended up not being able to come last minute) which would have been a bit awkward for her to go through our room when we were sleeping to use the bathrrom during the night if needed. Both of these things need to be info listed on the hotel listing and i think it would be helpful to have a note on the fridge as well, notifying of the ice maker in the fridge. It looks like your typical fridge with no dispenser on the outside so yoy would have no idea it was there unless you open the freezer.

This was average hotel. Rooms were decent but very outdated and needed work in bathrooms as exhaust fan wasn’t working on the shower fixtures holding up the shampoo and soap was falling apart. Could use some painting and updating. Location was good and easy to access.

We had a terrible service for our 3 night stay. There was some misunderstanding at the check-in and the employee at the front desk who was ombviosly alone and overwehlmed asked us if we wanted to cancel our reservation and find a place elsewhere!! The terrace was dirty and the fountain was a pond. The pool had no air conditioning. The breakfast was cheap : always scrambled eggs with one meat and frozen fruits. The staff was non-existent. No room service. And the room we had (109) was next to an exit and it was very noisy. The dishware was broken and the kitchen poorly equiped. Most of the laundry machines were broken.

Our room had dirty dishes in the sink and dirty sheets on our bed when i approached the man at the desk to complain he had attitude on his face and all he could say was ok, ok ,ok. Not what can i do to make it better no opology just ok. Gas was syphen from our car,, homeless people were sleeping in. Ars with blankets hung up all around car.

The location was great for our trip. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was dirty. There are stains on the carpet and the sofa in the room we stayed in. A hole in the bedroom door. Clearly it has not been vacuumed in corners or under tables. The hallways were no different. The carpet in the hallway is sticky in spots. There is a large amount of fruit flies in the buffet area. The woman who served breakfast was super nice and I cant say enough about how pleasant she was but her shirt was filthy. And it was the same shirt all 5 days we were there, so I watched it get filthier each day. Her apron is even dirtier. The reason I didn't want to make a big deal about it during our stay is actually because the staff was great. I guess i should have said something directly to the management though to ensure that my observations are meant to be constructive. My family has had great experiences at Staybidges so that is why it was suprising how dirty this one is.

Didn't like anything, so I had them cancel my reservation! Tried to give me an accessible room, that's like parking in a Handicap spot when your not Handicapped! They refused to give me a different room so I left and stayed at Red Roof inn

Room size and setup was great for a family. The pool was nice and well kept. Breakfast was great! Some areas of the bathroom in our room were worn. Comfortable bed. However, when we woke up, we found ants all over part of the room (first floor and spring weather).

I came into Dublin to teach Tactical Medicine. I was very Impressed at just how hard the woman working on the morning breakfast buffet was working. It was the quality of the morning breakfasts that caught my attention! Then, as usual, I realized that the quality was due to a stellar employee. Pieces of the wall were falling off in our room. Our bathroom had a lot of black mold. The entire room was cleaned poorly. The washing machine broke and so did one of the workout machines in the gym. The elevator was also not working during our entire stay. We were on the third floor and my elderly mother had to use her inhaler every time she had to climb the stairs.

The room wasn’t very clean, the toaster oven was never cleaned, there was all kinds of dust on top of the fridge and the window in the livingroom was covered in it looked like white silly string.

The on duty manager was extremely rude to our family at check in. He attempted to bill me for another guest stay and was argumentative without out even asking my name or seeing my ID. The elevator at the property is out and was unable to accommodate our need for handicap accessibly (4th floor). Refused to provide a refund receipt and told me to take it up with credit card company. Appalled at the lack of basic kindness or management skills. Would not recommend this property.

The front desk person was “interrupted” by my family checking in as he was translating to a housekeeper on his personal device. Our rooms kitchen floor was dirty, bathroom door didn’t shut all the way, you can hear EVERYTHING that the room next door is doing. The pool bathrooms were horrible. Looked like feces thrown all the wall and bottles of alcohol in trash (2 days in a row it was still there). The best experience was breakfast & that breakfast staff, so kind!

We absolutely love staying at Staybridge Hotels!! Every time we stay at one, we have an amazing experience! It is always so clean and beautifully decorated and the staff is always kind and respectful. The breakfast options are absolutely amazing! There are so many wonderful real foods to choose from. I don't want to stay at any other hotel😁
