Such a disappointment.
Asked for a second pillow - "none available in the whole hotel".
Not one single hook or rail in the bathroom to gang towels etc.
Couldn't get on to the "free wifi".
Shower head held in place by an elastic band!

Lovely motel-style hotel. Small rooms but very clean and comfortable. One drawback is that the bathroom door is a sliding door that doesn't cover the doorway completely, so there is no real privacy in the bathroom. The food was not great and the service was very slow. They did compensate us for the problem with their service.

Relaxed environment. But the hotel is showing it's age and needs refurbishment

Breakfast was mediocre. The scrambled eggs were poorly prepared and one had to search various tables on the dining area for cereals, bread and other breakfast consumables.

A simple nice hotel. We stayed there for a few days and it was very convenient!

Simple hotel, very friendly, convenient, well-situated. Pretty amazing setting, as well. All-around, an excellent experience at an easy-to-manage price. Thanks!

Friendly service, Nice breakfast, well maintained pool, good check-in and check-out times. The walk to the old city center is not the nicest though

Not signposted as Best Western so easy to miss. They see to have changed the name.
Room was fine and clean, But:
- Not enough hot water for a hot shower in the morning. Water was luke warm in the middle of winter. Unacceptable.
- Breakfast was basic with possibly the worst croissants in France.

Fantastic location within easy walking distance of Uzès
A short drive to the spectacular Pont de Gard

We used this hotel so that we were in the area on a Friday night before a stunning Saturday market in Uzes, and then travelling on for a gite holiday.
We had a really nice meal in the hotel that evening and we were able to walk into town the following morning.
The location was perfect for us.
The pool was an added bonus given our preceding long journey, small but adequate.
The stall were very helpful.
Bedrooms are a tad dated, but they are clean and comfortable, and thankfully, air conditioned, although this did not seem to get cold enough given the extreme heat.
Overall, the hotel was good and suited our purposes very well, and we would have no problem staying here again.

This was a stopover after visiting the amazing Pont du Gard and was perfectly acceptable. We didn’t eat there as we walked into Uzes to go to the Green Gourmet which had a great vegetarian platter and very good reviews. We picked up breakfast pastries from the Maison du Pain which had a fabulous choice.

Was very average. Nothing special, didn't refill coffee and tea. Was comfortable enough.

Good for overnight stay. Food very good and overall quality is good. Could easily stay for a few days and enjoy the area.

Getting in was so easy and relaxing after days of driving into the center of small French towns. It was definitely a relief to just drive up, check in, and be done. We didnt spend much time in our room but walked into Uzes, which is about a mile down the road, not a super pleasant walk but perfect for us (we ran it the next morning) the beautiful church is to the right of the town and the downtown castle is also beautiful. We stayed here only to get an early morning checking out Pont du Gard, but it was actually a lovely spot. I definitely recommend.

Nice hotel but the room was quite small, food facilities though with tea and coffee and a bathtub. Air cond. was really efficient as well, lots of parking spaces.

I spent a very cold night trying to keep warm under two duvets and a blanket. There was no English speaking tv and the hotel was very empty and down at heel. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

I complained at the end of my stay because the ro window was broken. The shower head would not stay above my head and the only way I could get soap out of the dispenser was to open it and get the. Ad pit from inside. The girl at reception was not interested at all as I had already paid

Hotel in good location to Uzes and Pont du Gard. Very quiet as it was off season. Would recommend it to others.

My wife and I have stayed here once before and can confirm it's still as good. Having spent the previous night at a very noisy hotel (due to heavy traffic on the road next to it) it was lovely to stay in a very peaceful one. The availability of air conditioning in the room was also great. As it's only a fifteen minute walk to the superb town centre of Uzès, there's no need to use your vehicle and you can therefore indulge in the gastronomic and viticulture products of the region, if you know what I mean.

The hotel is alright, good location and nice breakfast.
But, as in many other hotels in South France, WiFi is unreliable.
If you depend on internet connection, make sure to have reliable 3G.
