I have been staying at a couple of hotels here in Leon while visiting family and this place has definitely topped them all!! Room was clean, spacious, and came with a kitchenette. The only thing about the room was that we were limited on towels, but you were always able to ask for more. The front desk was very attentive! We had needed help finding directions to a location and they were nice enough to google the info for us so that we could call our Uber. They have a restaurant in the hotel and the food was good, went there twice during our stay due to the convenience and the friendliness of the staff. Definitely recommend booking this place! Truly made my visit enjoyable and will be booking here from now on!

When I shower, I started to get stale water through the siphon of the bathroom and flooded the bathroom. I got another room, but the smell of pipes continued, so next day I went to another hotel. I want my money back

Room was very run down,frayed and ripped towels and pillow case. Cracked tiles in bathroom. The wi-fi constantly dropped in and out and the TV in the kitchen area did not work. That said I am just being picky, the room was comfortable enough, the staff were excellent despite me not speaking Spanish and the food and beer selection was very good. Overall I had a very pleasant stay.

Room is a suite...King bed in one room and pull out in other. 2 tv's. Great price for the space. Quiet room. 2 TV's. Some english movie channels. Near grocery store and restaurants and not far from mall.. Road construction is a real mess but not a big deal when you figure it out.

This hotel is near everything I need. Restaurants, a huge supermarket and even some clubs to dance are just within 1 minute walking distance. It is a quiet place away from the city traffic and hassle. The nicest and biggest park in Leon is less than 1km away. Huge lake, with complete work out area and beautiful 7km cycling and walking trail. This hotel has suites with microwave oven and fridge, nice and clean gym next to a small but warm pool. I have been here one week, will stay another 2 :)

We enjoyed our stay! Hotel needs some work due to wear. Double beds are full size beds, small for two adults. The sofa bed was broken, my son had to use the sofa cushions to hold up the bottom fold of it. Pillows were very lumpy. Very difficult to have cell phone/computer connection. This last one might be a town problem.

My husband and I rented this hotel room for a day. We had to attend a meeting in Leon. We got there late because we got lost. First of all the staff did not know English and we couldn't speak in Spanish. Anyways, we were hungry and wanted to order some pizza. The guy who was working there (maybe a manager or worker) told us the pizza place was closed at that time and he can order our food from the hotel. We didn't care because we were really hungry. Unfortunately, my husband gave him 400 pesos before we even ordered our food because that was the money for the pizza. This guy took the money and i think he got our food from some street vendors and gave us receipt from the hotel saying it was for 367. We couldn't say anything to him. It was late and a foreign country. So if you want to stay there, stay but don't order anything from them.oh and their iron almost burnt my skirt.

This was a nice hotel for the price. The room was a little small, but it was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accomodating. Not all of the staff was bilingual, but quite a few were. The pool was very small, and the gym was only two machines. I would stay here again, though, mainly because there were many restaurants around the hotel and anything that you need the staff will help you with. That was the bonus for my family and I. When we needed a cab, the front desk informed us that the hotel has a car and a driver that can take you where you need to go for the same price as the cab. It was so much nicer and personal than having to take a taxi. When we travel to Leon next year, we will book a room at this hotel.
