The front desk was awesome. Didn’t dig the general manager though. Very unfriendly but maybe that’s her job status. Other then that that staff is absolutely awesome!

I wanted to take a moment to express that while the location and the housekeepers were quite pleasant, our experience with Michelle Williams at the front desk was less than ideal. There were several instances where her behavior came across as quite rude. Initially, we chose to overlook her attitude, but when we called to inquire about details regarding our reservation, she chastised us and abruptly hung up the phone.
It is our hope that she could benefit from some updated hospitality training to ensure future guests have a more welcoming experience.

Stay was fine, however, slow drain in bathtub made showering a little irritating. Front desk during checkout was rude and non-approachable. Cut me off while I was attempting to ask about renting for an additional night. When I approached her she told me she didn’t cut me off before apologizing when I walked out. More training is needed.

Bathroom (tub specifically) had cracks and grime, otherwise room was fine. As far as breakfast options go, definitely 1- star. Staff was great.

Check in was a bit off putting by Blaire. The pool chemicals were way off balance causing a thick fog to be visible to the point the bottom was not clearly visible. A cleaning bottle of pink liquid was left in our room from cleaners.
Morning staff really turned around the experience though for us. The morning crew were very pleasant and smiles all around. Really brought up our rough start to our stay.

Arrived a little later in the evening and had to wait a while to check in - the front desk agent was dealing with an incident - only wish she had left a note saying she was away from the desk so guests were aware and didnt feel ignored. She was incredibly friendly and personable though. The room was clean overall, but definitely wasnt perfect. Random hairs in the towels, stains on the towels. Could tell that the house keeping staff placed things a certain way to hide the stains. Bed was very comfortable.

Loved my stay here and it was right by the highway and a lot of food options within 5-10 mins, so it was easy to get to every place I wanted to visit.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights because our flights were cancelled, checked out early this morning and woke up with bed bug bites. Yesterday we went out about noon and returned back to the room only to find it not cleaned by housekeeping. Both nights we stayed, we had to go downstairs to ask for clean towels! I will never stay at that location again nor at any Comfort Suites. Also, it is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel and the hallways smelled of smoke!

Elevator was dirty, toilet wasn’t cleaned properly, and the initial room that was book for my reservation was dirty. The front desk had to give me another room and that room wasn’t really any better. Will never stay here again

My sister got bitten by bed bugs and they brushed it off like it was nothing and tried to say she was lying and we showed photos of the bug bites

Upon checking in, they told me I was already checked in and had to make sure they had a room for me. The room they had for me had a strong odor smell and the connecting room did not lock. Eventually they gave me another room. The room did not seem like it was clean well. There was hair in the ice bucket and bathroom sink. It was dusty around the bed and the bedsheet wasn’t clean as there was dirt stain and dust on it. Staff was nice, but room could have been more clean and smelt better.

The room was nice and the staff was friendly. The pool and hot tub were visibly greenish and dirty. In the summer the pool should stay pristine. The friendly and accommodating staff made up for the pool.

The phone in the room did not work. The individual at the front does refuse to let me make a phone call in time of an emergency. The toilet ran all night in my suite.

My room was amazing. I enjoyed my Jacuzzi room so much. Room was clean and it was quiet. Loved it and will being going back.

Room service was terrible. Housekeeping knocked on the door to clean and when advised of time frame and leaving the room, the housekeeper never came back. I came back and the housekeeper left two towels in a bag that was torn up outside of the door. She never entered the room. The service desk did apologize, however, I had to change sheets and replace all of the towels after complaining to the customer service desk.

The room I had first had bedbugs. I was bitten twice on my arm before I realized it was bedbugs. I took a video of it and also a picture of my arm also. They moved me to another room but didn’t compensate me for the bite or inconvenience. I had my blind cousin with me otherwise I would have left.

Room was great. I wish there was a way before you book to know if the pool is in operation. This has happened to me more than once. The hotel is being renovated and it looks like they are doing a good job. The lady at check-in seemed a little out of it. I put my credit card on the counter, she picked it up and looked at it then asked me how I was paying.

The hotel was under construction and we were not notified of this beforehand. There was no pool. We were yelled at for entering the hotel at 1am, but the lady at check in never said anything about a night time entering policy. Some of the staff was incredibly friendly and sweet. But overall I felt a tad uncomfortable about being scolded for entering and with the construction going on.

Walked into the lobby and the hotel manager was wearing a N95 mask because of the amount of dust from construction. Since it was past the time I could get a refund I figured I do not spend that much time in the Lobby so I could deal with 5 minutes of dust at check in. What I did not know was that because of the dust the fire alarms kept going off from 5:30pm to 11:30pm and then again the next morning at 6:am to 9:30am. They refused to offer any sort of compensation since they stated that it was posted it was under remodeling(I did not see that on anywhere on the listing so not sure where they mention it). I talked with the general manager and pointed out that even if they had posted about remodeling that does not include fire alarms going off repeatedly making it impossible to have a restful stay. The way they handled the situation tells me they are not concerned with their review ratings or customer relations. I would avoid this hotel and any that are under the same management group. You can see other reviews around this same time having the same issue.

The property was under construction without our knowledge

Our stay was from 5/17-5/19. Upon arrival they were in the process of removing the floor with a jack hammer so it was extremely loud, The general mananger checked us in which she was very unprofessional, Either no one has been trained in nor on hospitaliity or they just don't care, when I inquired about the noise the General Manager had no problem with expressing that there Cooperate Office told them to get it done, mean while no one even attempted to cover anything with all this dust in the air none of the furniture, retail candy, lobby refrigerator nor water dispenser & cups was covered to protected it from any of this dust but remained out during our entire stay to be purchased & served but yet not cleaned either During our stay alarms was going off, fire department came out several times the remainder of the day & evening some alarms continuously throughout the night @ 7am Saturday morning our sleep was interupted was again do to the fire alarms still going off which I inquired about during check in & was assured that it would not be an inconvenience, all was a lie, In our room the luggage rack leg was broken I brung it to the front desk attention no one came to switch it out nor remove it , not to leave out front desk staff was flirting with a young man at the desk it appeared that she knew him he had to tell her to take care of your costumer. A sign needs to be posted up & pointing letting people know to use key fob on the wall when doors won't open.
