Really enjoyed the stay with great food and service. The main part was the proximity to beautiful beaches and easy access to local services to visit other top attractions. Hotel services like swimming pool, bar etc was excellent as well as hospitality shown by every member.

Property is huge. 3 pools. Rooms could use some refurbishment.
8.0
First room given was above a loud bar, so I asked to be moved and they did move me to a quieter room.
Most of the food was good, although a smaller selection than other places I have stayed.
Gym facilities quite basic and only open from 8am.
Pool area well maintained.

The property was in a great location. Endless amounts of restaurants and entertainment right outside the hotel. The only thing I didn't like was the buffet food, the quality just wasn't there. Everything else was great though. If I was to stay again, I wouldnt do all inclusive, I would just stay there and eat everywhere but there.

Unfortunately our room was right above an Irish bar which sang the same songs until midnight every night, very loudly!

Very disappointed with the room and hotel food. Rooms are absolutely tiny, first room level 2 was far too noisy from bars outside so moved to level 5 which was much better. We had a broken shower door so the floor was soaked after every uses run the room smelt of urine from toilet. Asked to be moved 3 times and nothing got done. Didn’t change bed sheets when it was clear our baby had been sick on the bed but they still made up the bed. Reception was awful it took 45 minutes to check in, under staffed reception. Food was very disappointing, everything was over cooked by about 3 hours. Gym was pathetic, 1 treadmill and zero weights. Pool area was nice. Overall it’s a 4 out of 10 from us,

Overall the hotel was nice and staff was friendly. Outdoor pools and indoor common spaces were very nice and the location of the hotel is EXCELLENT. Rooms were okay but if you are thinking whether you should pay extra for the sea view, you definitely should. Take it from someone who didnt and unfortunately hotel's outdoor AC thingies kept us up during the nights.

The reception was clean and smelt fresh on entry. The room was cleaned daily and towels changed even when they were left on the rail. As I was a solo traveller, I chose this hotel for its central location and particularly liked that the entrance doors were locked at night with security only unlocking them to allow guests access.

A bit dated hotel but well located ….
Cons: almost no vegetarian options (other than salad)… even the soup is not vegetarian… when one goes all inclusive, it is a huge loss if you happen to be a vegetarian or a vegan
Cleaning the room is a hit or miss.. my room was at the far end of the corridor and the cleaning person showed up everyday at 3 pmish when one wanted spend some time in the room before venturing out
Check in: some of the staff are very friendly and give all details while checking in. Unfortunately the staff who checked me in, handed me the key band and some papers and said that is it. No explanation on what is where, on the all inclusive aspect etc… I could see other staff taking time to explain these aspects to the people checking in but my person was lazy and said all info are in the pamphlet and I shd read!!
Overall, great location, some excellent staff but I did not find the value for the all inclusive I paid

Very well situated with friendly staff

The service at front desk was very slow to check in and when you needed help.
The staff was very friendly Though.

Really good hotel. Brilliant location

Lovely stay, great hotel, lots of comfy bar areas. Excellent range of drinks if you are all inclusive. Only complaint was lack of sun beds, towels on most beds by 08.30.

A little noisy with being on the front

Good stay, queueing at reception, at bar and for dinner was annoying but understandable these days. Not had to pay for a kettle in a 4* hotel before - it was mostly the irritation of going to buy supplies that annoyed us. Overall good and we would come back.

It is in desperate need of updating, the photos are misleading. The food was ok but at least one utensil/napkin/plate was dirty at ever meal usually multiple. The room wasn’t cleaned properly there was hair on the walls and toliet paper. The Air conditioner did not work. The room was loud. The door had light streaming in from the hallway.

Our room wasn’t like the pictures, perhaps they are the luxury rooms.! However our room was clean and comfortable with a fridge and, charged for, safe. There were lots of extras, shampoo conditioner etc. Comfortable beds.
The restaurant was good, plenty of choices, not always hot though, but plates cleared quickly. No problems with sun beds and pool towels available. Book a sea view room, it’s too noisy late at night otherwise.
Excellent staff always helpful. A mention for Xavier on reception we were early and he found our room quickly.
I would go again, a fabulous week.

Great hotel. Other than a slow check in my stay was excellent

Nice hotel. Shower leaked, but minor inconvenience. Great location & lovely food.

Have to get a sea view or your balcony overlooks the Las Americas strip. We paid for a double room but got a twin and took a lot of complaining for them to agree to make the bed a double. Food was ok but I would have expected better from a four star resort. Everything else was good

This hotel is not for any one wishing to have a good quality, peaceful, relaxing holiday.
H10 management tries to maxize the income by booking in huge amount of hotel guests, but is not capable to handle this caos. The personal was polite, but they were too few.
A lot of noice from the hotel bar and from the surrounding area until late in the evening.
Quality of the food in the buffet tables, both at breakfast and dinner, low.
Room cleaning was of good quality.

Leaking bathrooms and very noisy

Beautiful hotel in las americas , main pool being refurbished when we stayed was the only problem, apart from that everything else was spot on . We stayed half board and usually eat out a few nights per week but the food was the best hotel food I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommended

The staff are terrific, especial Nicole on the front desk and Marcus in the luggage room. The restaurant staff are very good. Physically, the property could really do with renovation. Wood surfaces such as doors have been painted too many times. The balcony door is very hard to lock and the corridors are little with unbecoming fluorescent lights. The bathrooms are efficient and the soaps are good. A spiffing up is in order.

I stayed in this hotel for 6 days whit my brother and we’ve had the all inclusive option
All the staff is very friendly and professional ready to help you if needed in all the departments
There is a lot of selection in the buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner and the food was always hot and the trays always topped up
Excellent experience

This place is 2,5 stars. Outdated , terrible food , pool not heated.

Asked for slippers but they said it is only offered to premium rooms? Not possible to pay for it? And asked for an extra towel at night they said it was too late to get extra towels

Good enough for a short stay. Corridors are a bit dated but rooms are adequate. Breakfast is good. Service is friendly. Great location near beach. Very expensive during the few nights before New Year, to be expected.

Lovely hotel. Staff was super sweet at reception, pool and breakfast. Great with the bar by the pool. Rooms a bit noisy if on the lower levels, but apart from that no complaints!

Fantastic hotel in an excellent location for exploring Playa de las Americas. Really attentive staff, who were super helpful. Rooms comfortable. Lovely pool! Delicious breakfast.

People were kind and always with a big smile. Great choices of good and good quality,

A typical Spanish 4 star with grumpy over worked reception staff, all the "normal" apply here, rooms are small but comfortable, there is A/C which is a bonus but it isn't that effective in Feb, cant imagine it will be fun in the hotter months. The food comes straight out of the 70's eggs are only cooked one way....badly, the "bacon" is awful, sausages are tasteless, but the other breakfast bits are fine, didn't have lunch or dinner as there are much better options nearby, It really is a throwback to the costa holidays of the end of the last century
Given H10's lofty reputation I expected better than this

Can not fault the staff, especially cleaning, grounds keepers, poor bar staff and ladies on the front desk. Place was immaculate always. Amazing pool landscaping. However hallways on room floors need some modernisation still. Gym needs some long standing equipment repairs to be done.

Disappointed in Dining Room. Three times in 12 days waiters cleared my table including a full glass of wine and other personal paper when I was going to buffet for food. Queuing system to have paper filled in then signed before entering in evening very frustrating. Waiters rushed off their feet. Too many men in dark suites me thinks. Check in was slow . Food quality very variable from excellent to a roast beef joint that required a jack hammer to cut it

Very nice stay during year end and new year. There are slot of acvities and events. Furthernore staffs are very friendly so helpful for family. Buffet is good and every day change menu. Drink including bottle of wine is reasonable. Pool is cooler to swim in this season.
I want to back again soon.
Best regards,
Yasuo Oba

Appaling room - number 254- which is on top of the very large Irish Bar below - sliding doors in room wouldn't close so loud music and related street noise couldn't be muffled- street noise continued until 5am!

Was allocated room on 9th floor (top). 1 double room, one twin, living area, balcony with 4 sunbeds, table & 4 chairs. Superb.

In the center of everything, lots of restaurants and bars within a couple of blocks
2.0
Very pleasant and clean hotel right in the centre of everything, would definitely recommend! Only downside was member of staff on reception who checked us in was very rude and unsure of what she was doing, but based on the rest of the service we soon got over this.
4.0
Beautiful hotel, everything you could want, the only negatives I would say we're meal times, queues to get in some nights then the tables are very close together , can't always get to see what dishes there are as very busy, think if they had different servings might help ease thevsituation, the pools were lovely, just sun beds were very close to each other and like most hotels beds were taken before 9 most days with towels on them and no people coming to sit on them until later in the day , very clean throughout the hotel and friendly helpful staff .
