a lovely, old school Italian hotel with amazing views, great food and wonderful staff. I felt like I was staying with friends. The pool, the restaurant and the bar all have amazing views and it was never too hectic - even in the middle of august. A great experience.

Yet another wonderful week at the Graal. We have been here 7 times now and it is always great with clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, fantastic breakfast buffet; oh and the views from every room are the best on the Amalfi coast! I have seen some bad reviews for the Graal and wonder what people are thinking because this is a very good hotel. We will be back!

Its a beautiful place with an amazing view of the Amalfi coast. The hotel is easily accessible by car and there are buses available galore to get to Amalfi. The rooms are awesome and the staff is extremely attentive and friendly. Staying in Amalfi or Positano can we quite painful with all the luggage carrying through tonnes of stairs. Ravello is a great location as it gives you the necessary peace and quiet required for a vacation. I highly recommend Graal to anyone visiting the coast. You will enjoy it.

What we didn't like 1. The air conditioning in the room with a sea view was noisy i had to sleep with headphones,i did notify the reception they said they would check but no action was taken 2.The parking at the hotel,I was not informed of the cost I woke up at the end with a bill of 100 euros for 5 nights,not bothered to give the money but the logic is to inform about cost,maybe some people don't want to pay. 3.Swim in the pool, you are allowed only wearing a helmet for hair that if they give you at the end of the stay you pay for it.No problem paying,but to be notified would be a gesture of professionalism 4.We were stuck in the elevator for about 30 sec.When we said to them a women told us that this is what happens when the fire alarm goes,it did go off 3 times.So if you are in the elevator and maybe fire you remain stuck there.A man came with us joking if we need some oxygen masks in the elevator with us, when i said that the elevator had no verification date,he changed the subject.Bad joke in such a TIME 5.My husband is a morning person and went to the hotel lounge at the reception no one but a man who I assume was in charge of the reception was sleeping on the couch and woke up disturbed and asked who he was and what he was doing there.When you say we have a reception 24/7 you don't sleep and you find yourself with a client and you ask what is he looking for when the problem is why are you sleeping during work. What we did like 1.View and food was good

The service, food, location and surrounding area was great to stay. The property was just ok seemed older, needed updating, pool needs a little painting or tiling. For the cost I did not find this property worth it. We stayed in room with king bed very spacious and comfortable bed.

Great staff.. wonderful place

A lovely European-inspired hotel with lots of charm and character. Wonderful buffet breakfast spread and pool area. Location is central for Ravello and close walking distance to shops/restaurants and the middle of town. The hotel has been renovated, our room was one of the older rooms. Very generously proportioned with an incredible coastal view from the balcony. The bathroom is dated (no shower) and there was a strong-mould smell because of poor ventilation. All in all a positive experience and would come back again.

Very convenient location, close to the centre of Ravello. Fantastic views towards Salerno. Great food, breakfast choice was fantastic. We ate once in the restaurant in the evening and it was the best meal we had all week and there are some great restaurants in Ravello. Room was cleaned every day with fresh towels, really friendly staff and the pool was great. Pool has a nice bar / food point. Staff took time to ensure everything was ok with our stay. We had very special memories of our 1st visit to this hotel on our honeymoon and we have equally special memories following our latest visit 25 yrs later. The view from the property is amazing. The rooms a good size. Beds could use an upgrade. Staff were so helpful and friendly.

Everything seems so nice. Ravello is a really nice small town up in the mountain. Hotel staffs are very helpful and so kind. However, pool wasn't so clean so if you have skin troubles advice to not use it. Also double beds are combination of two single bed which causes uncomfort in the middle of the bed. Generally it was nice. The view was mesmerizing, restaurant is top class. Parking is charged 20euro by night from hotel garage.

I was a wonderful stay, beautiful scenery and easy walk to town square. Staff was so nice and accommodating.

Amazing

Unfortunately this hotel did not live up to the pictures and our expectations. The pool area is very small and there are lots of gusts which makes it very crowded. The breakfast was good but no possibility to sit outside, and again it was very crowded. The Ravello village was small and nice, but no "real" restaurants mainly bars and cafes offering very simple snack menues

A really beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Regular bus stop right outside to/from Amalfi. The main square and all dining options within a short walk. Swimming pool and views were amazing. 10/10!

Absolutely loved this hotel! The photos don’t do it justice. The rooms are beautiful with the most stunning views of the mountains and ocean! The staff are incredible! The pool is amazing! I would stay here again in an instant, and I highly recommend staying here!

The property's staff were responsive and kind. Further, the views down the coast were unbelievable (especially while enjoying a night cap 🍷).

The staff were friendly, our room was lovely/clean with pretty interior. It was a great location and easy to get around. Located just a min away from Ravello’s villa, cathedral, restaurants, shops, etc. The hotels food was nice but I’d Highly recommend Da Nonno Alfonso! The food was amazing and it’s only an 8 min walk from the hotel. The bus stop is located near the hotel and it’s roughly 30min to the Amalfi coast. However it feels a lot faster due to the wonderful view along the way. Lovely hotel, would recommend and stay again.

We liked everything, breakfast was amazing (very, very good). Pool has good view,same as from balcony.Peaple at register was really helpful. I wish car parking included. We paid separately for parking.

The staff was absolutely lovely ! The second we stepped foot in the lobby we were greeted with a warm welcome until we left. We ended up eating dinner at the hotel restaurant twice because it was so delicious. The room was updated and had an incredible view. Can’t wait to visit again.

Excellent location, great view from room and restaurant, close to city centre. Rather small room and bathroom, the latter somewhat run down. Good restaurant. OK pool. Not much atmophere at the hotel, should mainly be chosen for the location.

We travel a lot this is the first time I had a such experience very uncomfortable room with the cracks on the wall and the bathroom set up was disgusting no proper shower very uncomfortable bathtub we very disappointed we bring this to attention to the staff and we got no response.
